Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann are suffering a luxurious loss -- failing to make payments on a Range Rover means they've now been ordered to hand over the keys ... TMZ has learned.

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled against the reality TV stars, granting Ally Bank the right to repossess their Range, after the bank sued BB and KZ in December for failing to meet the terms of their sales agreement.

The judge issued the order Wednesday ... making the 2019 vehicle immediately available for repossession.

Todo esto después de que el banco demandó a Brielle y Kim en diciembre por no cumplir con los términos de su acuerdo de venta.

El juez emitió la orden el miércoles, haciendo que el vehículo 2019 esté disponible inmediatamente para su reposesión.

The comedian hopped on the 'Tamron Hall Show' Wednesday, where he was plugging his "Good Burger 2" movie -- which, ironically, is a Nickelodeon production -- and he was asked point blank what he made of all the horror stories that surfaced in 'Quiet on Set.'

Kenan says, "It’s a tough subject because, it’s tough for me because I can’t really speak on things that I’ve never witnessed ... Because all these things happened after I left, basically, and Dan [Schneider] wasn’t really on 'Kenan & Kel' like that."

Drake Bell isn't done exposing the abuse he suffered as a child actor ... as he's set to appear in a newly added episode for the 'Quiet On Set' docuseries.

Investigation Discovery, the network behind the harrowing doc, has officially greenlit a fifth episode with Drake -- and other former child stars from the '90s and '00s -- set to return. The new episode, notably titled 'Breaking the Silence,' promises to delve deeper into toxic workplace claims made against Nickelodeon in the first 4 episodes.

"Quiet On Set" has already featured plenty of bombshell revelations, including a sit down with Drake, who spoke out for the first time about being sexually assaulted as a teen by Nickelodeon dialogue coach Brian Peck.

Zachery Ty Bryan has been hit with a felony charge following his February DUI arrest.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Home Improvement" alum was charged with the crime of driving under the influence with three or more priors within the last decade.

The felony complaint says Zachery refused to submit to a sobriety test, although cops say the 42-year-old had a blood alcohol level of 0.15, nearly twice the legal limit.
