A not-so-funny situation for Marlon Wayans and his famously comedic family -- cops say his L.A.-area crib is the latest target of burglars.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Marlon wasn't home, but his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans was around 2:30 AM last Saturday when 2 brazen thieves hit the house.

We're told they snuck into his backyard, shattered a back window and entered the house.

Rachel Lindsay's estranged husband says he's going to need way more spousal support than the reality TV star is proposing ... claiming his expenses are draining his bank account.

Bryan Abasolo -- who Rachel married after her run on "The Bachelorette" -- is scoffing at the $9,882 she's offering to pay him every month.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bryan says he needs $16,275 in spousal support ... explaining, "After I pay monthly expenses there is nothing left."

Diddy hired a former porn star to have sex with people at some of his legendary parties, and threatened to blackball her and her model boyfriend if she didn't comply ... according to a new lawsuit she's filed.

Adria English, who says her porn stage name was Omunique, says she first met Diddy around 2004, when her BF was auditioning for a Sean John modeling gig. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Adria claims things got freaky with Diddy right out of the gate.

Adria claims her boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex on Diddy in order to get the job. She says her BF refused, but he got a second chance when another Diddy associate offered him the job ... as long as he got Adria to work as a "go-go dancer" at Diddy's upcoming white party in the Hamptons.

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis is behind bars again ... after a judge found she failed to pony up for child support payments.

New documents obtained by TMZ show ... Whitney's arrest was ordered Tuesday by a Floyd County, GA judge who found her in contempt of court over failing to pay her ordered child support.

We've learned Whitney has since been booked and is currently in custody -- where she has been ordered to serve 48 hours in jail.

Haliey Welch -- the viral "Hawk Tuah" Girl -- is apparently trying to go from "spittin' on that thang" to making audiences spit take ... 'cause she's now trying to lock up the rights to her famous phrase... and, it looks like she's got a comedy career in mind.

TMZ's obtained her trademark filing for "Hawk Tuah" in which Welch is asking for trademarks in two fields -- one for apparel like hats and shirts and another for entertainment services ... namely, comedy podcasts and live comedy shows.

Welch filed for the trademark under her new company, 16 Minutes, LLC -- a clever play on Hailey looking to extend her 15 minutes into lasting fame ... not the first sign she's trying to do so, as you know.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Starbucks is suing Starbuds for trademark infringement. Starbucks says Starbuds, which sells weed out of a converted food truck in New York City, is deliberately copying the iconic siren design logo.

It doesn't take a legal expert to see the similarities here ... but Starbucks goes ahead and lays it all out in their suit, claiming Starbuds' logo straight up jacked the double-ringed green circle and crown-wearing mermaid from their coffee brand, even using the same proportions.

Michael Lohan ain't holding back about his estranged wife, Kate Major -- this after she was arrested in Texas following their heated confrontation in the middle of the road.

The U.S. Attorney for the district, Damian Williams and the assistant director of the FBI's New York Field office made the announcement Friday ... claiming Wolf -- real name Justin Heath Smith -- received and sent hundreds of child pornography videos.

The FBI's alleging Wolf used an anonymous Telegram account to exchange videos containing child porn between March 24 and 28 of this year.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer for "Rust," claims prosecutors in New Mexico buried information that would have helped her prove the gun in the fatal shooting might have fired without Alec Baldwin pulling the trigger.

According to new legal docs, filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed claims the prosecutors were sitting on exculpatory evidence during her recent manslaughter trial, which resulted in a conviction, and an 18-month prison sentence for her.

In the docs, Hannah's attorney, Jason Bowles, claims prosecutors buried a report showing the gun had “unexplained” alterations to the trigger that were unlikely the result of the FBI's trigger testing, and did not appear to be original manufacturing marks.
