Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit ... and, this time the accuser has included pictures from the party where she was allegedly raped.

LaTroya Grayson -- an Oklahoma woman -- has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, Bad Boy Records and a series of other companies over a 2006 incident where she claims she went to a Combs party, and was drugged and raped.

Here's the deal ... according to the lawsuit, Grayson's sibling won a radio contest through KJAMZ -- a local Oklahoma radio station -- which included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in NYC, and two tickets to attend Diddy's "White Party" in NYC.

7:50 PM PT -- Diddy's attorneys tell us, "As we've said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone -- man or woman, adult or minor."

Diddy is facing a new rape allegation, one that dates back to before he was famous ... and the alleged victim says it went down during an already infamous NYC event.

The accuser, who's filing as a Jane Doe, says she was attending a December 1991 charity basketball event at the City College of New York, which was co-sponsored by a then up-and-coming producer, Sean "Puffy" Combs.

She and a friend were invited by an unnamed rapper set to appear at the event, she claims in the lawsuit -- when she and her friend arrived, she says the crowd outside was large and getting unruly, and she convinced a security guard to let her and the friend in early.

Liam Payne's drug use had him "close to death" on multiple occasions ... long before his fatal fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina ... at least according to his friend, Roger Nores.

In new legal documents from Argentina, obtained by TMZ, Nores recalls Liam's drug issues ... claiming the late One Direction singer had to be revived two times in as many years.

Nores is charged with abandoning Liam before his fatal fall back in October, and he's defending himself against criminal charges here ... by talking about Liam's drug habit.

The lawyer for numerous Diddy accusers is firing back at Jay-Z and his team's allegations of misconduct ... calling their demand for sanctions against him "frivolous" -- and saying the star is just trying to intimidate his client and himself.

Tony Buzbee filed a response Friday to Jay-Z and his team's recent filing ... claiming their justification for having him sanctioned falls on tiny inconsistencies in a person's story from nearly 25 years ago -- when the "Jane Doe" was just a child.

Buzbee says that Jay's side is trying to use a simple dispute of facts as proof that his client's allegation of rape is all BS ... and, his threat against Buzbee himself is just another instance of "bullying."

Robert Vito will not face criminal charges after his arrest last month ... though he will speak to the city attorney about alternative conflict resolution in the future.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Vito has an upcoming hearing with the city attorney where they’ll talk to him and go over ways to avoid situations like this in the future.

After that, the case will be put on ice ... and, as long as he doesn't get in trouble in the next year, he won't ever face charges because of it.

2:30 PM PT -- The federal U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York said in a press release ... the state of New York's separate prosecution against Luigi Mangione is currently expected to proceed to trial before the federal case.

Luigi Mangione just arrived in New York City after he waived extradition in Pennsylvania today, and was promptly slapped with a federal criminal court complaint.

According to the complaint filed by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of NY, Mangione is charged with murder through use of a firearm, two stalking charges, and a firearms offense.

Tony Buzbee -- the high-profile attorney who's filed multiple lawsuits against Diddy, and one against Jay-Z -- is now accused of infecting a woman he dated with a venereal disease.

According to a new suit filed in New York Supreme Court ...the accuser, identified as "Jane Doe," says Buzbee has taken advantage of her since 2018 when they first met during an online conversation.

The woman said the Texas-based lawyer charmed her and convinced her to go out on a date. She says she ventured to Buzbee's hometown of Houston to grab dinner with him before they took in a show.

A rep for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of North Carolina tells TMZ ... the Bravo personality, who appeared on 'RHOA' alongside then-wife Cynthia Bailey, has been sentenced to 18 months behind bars after pleading guilty to failing to pay his taxes.

Following this sentence, Peter will have 2 years of supervised release. Peter has also been ordered to pay $2.5 million in restitution to the IRS.

Luigi Mangione has arrived in New York to face state and federal charges after being extradited from Pennsylvania.

The suspected killer in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was spotted arriving in New York City Thursday, just hours after appearing in a Pennsylvania court where he formally waived extradition.

Luigi, sporting his fresh shave and new haircut, looked somber as he was led into a secure police vehicle. NYC Mayor Eric Adams was among the dozens of law enforcement personnel who escorted Mangione from a helicopter to the awaiting vehicle.

Police officers then help Mangione -- wearing an orange jumpsuit with hands cuffed behind him -- out of the backseat, escorting him inside the building. From the camera's vantage point, you can only catch a glimpse of the serious look on Luigi's face.

Turns out the Wisconsin teen school shooter may have had a partner in crime -- a California man has been detained for allegedly planning a mass shooting at a government building in a coordinated attack with her.

According to a gun violence restraining order obtained by San Diego's CBS 8, 20-year-old Carlsbad resident Alexander Paffendorf is accused of exchanging messages with Natalie Rupnow about opening fire at a local government building ... while she attacked the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison on Monday.

The emergency restraining order from the Carlsbad Police Department states, "During an FBI interview, Paffendorf admitted to the FBI agents that he told Rupnow that he would arm himself with explosives and a gun and that he would target a government building."

The French rape trial that's captured the world's attention has come to a close ... with the accused, Dominique Pelicot, being found guilty and hit with a hefty prison sentence.

A French court brought down the maximum 20 years in prison sentence for Dominique on Thursday, after he was found guilty on all charges brought against him in the case ... where he was accused of repeatedly drugging, raping, and inviting dozens of others to rape his wife, Gisèle Pelicot, while she was unconscious.

Dominique, who is currently 72 years old, could easily spend the rest of his life in prison given the lengthy sentence.
