Jason London

I'm the REAL Victim

THEY BROKE MY FACE!

1/30/2013 12:52 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0130_jason_london_launchJason London's face was a broken, swollen mess following the crazy brawl at the Martini Ranch bar in Scottsdale, AZ on Sunday ... and it's clear Jason was on the losing end of the fight.

A rep for London tells TMZ ... the actor doesn't exactly remember how the violence began -- but says he DOES remember that someone had approached him in the bar and accused him of "looking at his friend's girl." Jason says the man then got physical with him.

Jason says the next thing he remembers is getting arrested ... but before he wound up in cuffs, the actor claims he was brutally assaulted by the bar's security staff ... and he doesn't know why.

"Jason's injuries are consistent with a brutal attack with deliberately and expertly aimed landed shots to the head which, according to eyewitnesses, continued even after he was unconscious," the rep tells TMZ.

We're told Jason suffered a right orbital fracture in the attack ... as well as a sinus fracture, multiple contusions, hematomas, abrasions and a concussion.

Jason claims he didn't throw one punch -- and his fists can back up his claim, because there are no bumps, bruises or cuts on either of his hands.

We're told Jason is currently exploring his legal options.

Jason's story is a stark contrast to the police report, first obtained by TMZ ... in which cops say London was a drunken, obnoxious mess who instigated the fight and even attacked police.

London was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting and assault.

The owner of the Martini Ranch tell TMZ ... "We stand behind our security staff."

He adds, "We feel confident that when the time comes between witnesses, police reports and our surveillance footage, that the truth will come out and show that the comments by Mr. London and his people are clearly inaccurate."

Sounds like the bouncers were cops working off duty to make extra cash. I know several who do that. Makes sense why the police report seems so skewed.

I hope he sues and the place is shut down. There is never a reason for security to ever make someone look like that. It also says witnesses said it continued after he was unconsious. I dont care what started it that is wrong. Those guys should have been arrested.

LOL!! the most interesting thing about this story is Martini Ranch is still operating. Man that place will never close. You need to be 65 and have a pound of coke and two gold chains to get in there. At least that is what is was in the 90's.

Yep, this is how bouncers do it out there in the wild wild west. . When I lived out there , it was not uncommon to see soneone get thrown out. All it would take is for that person to say something or try and break away from the boncer. Ping pow bang pop snap. Sad part of it is that a lot of bouncers and cops have an undertanding that almost always ends up with a beaten up dude that then gets arrested for either public intox, assault, etc. they work without fear of being sued because the bouncers and cops side will almost always be taken. They need to be trained better....Epecially those a holes at Martini Ranch. Sorry to hear about the bouncer that got stabbed up the other night, but knowing how they are, the dude who did it was probably defending himself

I love it when these actor guys say, " I am going to explore my legal options ".. Hey, don't waist anymore of the tax payers money.! Own up to it and take whatever consequences come your way and chalk it up to a life experience! First thing is grow up and second, do something if you feel you have an alcohol problem!

His hands are a good piece of evidence. And whether it is police or security, their job is to subdue NOT beat up a person, drun k or not. And IF a person is sooo drunk like they say he was, ALL the more easy to take him down and hold him. His face looks liek he was attacked by a gang. I hope he sues the hell out of them.

It comes down to what his wife said about him being an a-hole when he's drunk

He probably said or did something that got his ass beat

Just because he han't back up what his mouth or actions instigated doesn't make him a victim

Lesson: Don't start something you can't finish

Better lesson: Don't be an a-hole drunk
