Ex-New England Patriots' Star

Parents Threaten To Sue

For Outing Hooligan Kids

9/20/2013 9:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed.  Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college.  Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school.  And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth.  And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

The parents should try and bottle their chutzpah and sell it.  They could make enough to pay for the damage.

I'm confused....didn't these kids all out themselves by posting their own pictures on the internet SHOWING what they were doing? How did Holloway out them?

If the parents want to cover their brats behinds then they should go to jail for them. If you are going to protect them then why not go all the way? @jeweled and schooled got it right, send their names, addresses and serial numbers to the information clearing house for colleges and the company that handles Admissions screening for 90% of the colleges. Maybe some deserving inner city minority will get a chance to attend college by way of affirmative action since the chosen ones have chosen to take their future for granted.

They should be arrested for what they did. What is that telling other teenagers, that its okay to brake in someone house and party and use drugs as long as they don't get caught doin it? C'mon now that's not right. Something should be done jail time or citations an a fine maybe they'll think twice about doing it again or anything else that may get them in trouble. Something needs to be done. Lawsuits against Holloway is not the way to deal with this parents its your own childrens fault they caused this for them selves. They need to be responsible for their own actions.

I have been reading some of the comments and would like to know why some people think it would be ok for his homeowners insurance to foot the bill, less the deductible?? These are NOT his children, the belong to unknown neighbors. Why are the kids not in jail?? Because he is a nice guy and wants to give them a second chance. I WOULD NOT BE SO NICE!!!
