Justin Bieber

DUI Case On Brink of Plea Deal

4/2/2014 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber DUI Plea Deal
Justin Bieber
is about to score a very sweet plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... prosecutors have backed off the DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges, and they are working out a deal with Bieber's lawyers for the singer to plead no contest to reckless driving.  The 3 charges will be dropped.

And this is the critical part ... prosecutors have backed off their demand for random drug testing ... something Bieber's lawyers would NEVER agree to for obvious reasons.

Bieber would not be entirely out of the woods ... he would be placed on probation -- it appears for 1 year -- which means he'd have to keep his nose clean.

We're told the deal could be finalized in days.

Hmmm

guess they would have to drop the charges because of the mess that cop caused. if that cop really did lie about him drinking and driving and speeding, Bieber could sue big time. and I heard he never even got that first plea deal. tmz you should get better sources lol

The State is lucky they are getting anything. The whole case stunk because instead of waiting till Bieber actually did something the cops bare faced lied to make the stop and exaggerated the state Bieber was in. A set up is wrong regardless of who it is. Hopefully this whole thing taught the brat something. He has kept himself out of sight and out of trouble since.

Oh I get it: sounds like the prosecutor came to the Biebs and said, "oh ummm I've always wanted to be a singer, will you listen to my demo tape?" And Biebs is all like, "yes you can be the opening act on my tour dude." And the prosecutor is all like, "charges dropped!" The corruption and preferential justice is so obvious.

Don't accept the plea deal Justin. Take them down in court. Money, power, respect. These crooked cops are about to get a life lesson 101.

The only deal should be they'll drop all charges if he leaves the US and never comes back.
