Disney star Michael Galeota, who died Sunday at 31, had a rough road to the end.
Galeota struggled with alcohol issues, racking up 3 DUIs from 2006 - 2015. The last DUI -- in September -- was an ongoing case. He served jail time on a few occasions for violating his probation in alcohol-related incidents.
The actor, who starred in "The Jersey" on the Disney Channel, had a history of hypertension and high cholesterol. He also battled diverticulitis, inflammation of the digestive track.
As we reported, he was hospitalized last week for abdominal pain and left against doctor's advice.
