Jesse Williams Coughs Up Huge Spousal, Child Support

9/26/2017 9:03 AM PDT

Jesse Williams is opening his wallet wide for his estranged wife, to the tune of $160,000.

Jesse's estranged wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, just filed legal docs which disclose a temporary settlement, in which Jesse agrees to give her $100k for spousal and child support and $60k to cover her lawyer's fees and other costs.

He has to pay her in 3 installments from his first 3 "Grey's Anatomy" paychecks.

This doesn't mean things are copacetic with their divorce, which has been super nasty, but it's one battle ground where they've stopped fighting.

T-Boz Cops Killed My Mentally Ill Cousin with 18 Shots

9/26/2017 9:56 AM PDT

T-Boz Watkins, from TLC, believes cops gunned down her cousin in cold blood at the end of a standoff ... and she's demanding justice for her family.

The shooting happened last Wednesday in Peoria, Illinois -- police responded to a bank robbery and, after using surveillance video to identify the suspect as Eddie Russell Jr. ... tracked him down to a home. Police surrounded the home for 2 hours before 25-year-old Eddie emerged.

While police describe Eddie as aggressively advancing "toward officers with a handgun" -- T-Boz disputes that and says her cousin was unarmed. She also blames cops for "using" Eddie's mother to lure him out of the house. Her biggest issue is he had mental health issues, and she claims the police knew that, and promised his mother they would "give him the help he needs."

Cops admit firing 18 shots, and say the coroner confirmed Eddie was struck 17-20 times. They also say they recovered a handgun on the scene.

T-Boz isn't buying it, and wants to get the word out about what she considers a senseless killing. Illinois State Police are investigating.

'Fixer Upper' Stars Done Fixin' After 5th Season

9/26/2017 9:32 AM PDT
Breaking News

Chip and Joanna Gaines are calling it quits -- for their hit HGTV show -- after 5 seasons.

The "Fixer Upper" stars announced their decision to end the show's run on their blog Tuesday, saying ... "It is with both sadness and expectation that we share the news that season 5 of Fixer Upper will be our last. While we are confident that this is the right choice for us, it has for sure not been an easy one to come to terms with."

The power couple's show has been one of the network's most successful since premiering in 2013, and their announcement's a shocker for millions of viewers.

However, Chip and Joanna say they want to return to more of a normal lifestyle and handle their business out of the public eye for the sake of their 4 kids.

As for rumors that their marriage is on the rocks, or that the show's ending so Joanna can pursue a skincare line, the couple has this to say -- "Our marriage has honestly never been stronger. This has nothing to do with a fraudulent skincare line or anything else you’ll inevitably read. This is just us recognizing that we need to catch our breath for a moment."

Season 5 premieres in November.

Jhene Aiko Stop the Music! My Fan's Having a Seizure

9/26/2017 9:25 AM PDT

Jhene Aiko brought her performance to a screeching halt as soon as she noticed something terribly wrong in the crowd -- one of her fans having a seizure.

The scary incident went down Monday night at Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta where Jhene was headlining. She was in the middle of a song when she stopped the show and frantically called for a medic.

The video shows medics carrying out the fan, who was still violently shaking.

Jhene was classy and poised before resuming the concert, and even warned fans about strobe lights onstage ... which can trigger seizures.

Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott It's a Girl!!!

9/26/2017 1:00 AM PDT

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are having a baby girl ... sources directly connected with the couple tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie is pregnant and Travis has been telling friends about the sex of the baby, but now family sources tell us Travis wasn't lyin'.

We've also learned Travis has been privately telling friends about the pregnancy for nearly 2 months, and Kylie is around 5 months pregnant.

What's interesting about the timing ... TMZ broke the story that Kim and Kanye are also expecting a baby via surrogate, and their kid is due around mid January. That means their baby will be born around the same time as Kylie's. BTW, we broke the story ... Kim and Kanye are also having a girl.

Maybe a discount at Cedars is in the works.

Corinne & DeMario Hooking Up Again This Time at Disneyland!!!

9/26/2017 7:31 AM PDT

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson are making the leap -- from showstopping sex in a pool to hand-holding in The Happiest Place on Earth! Yeah, it's kind of a downgrade.

The ex-"Bachelor in Paradise" stars hit up Disneyland on Monday, and the PDA made it at least look like Corinne and DeMario are dating. They even kept up the playful cuddling inside It's a Small World ... which says a lot.

Corinne and DeMario -- whose now-infamous sexual exploits temporarily shut down 'BiP' -- reunited last month, but our BS detector was WAY OFF the charts. After all, she all but insinuated he'd taken advantage of her sexually.

If they're faking a relationship now ... a full day at Disneyland is a looong way to go.

NCAA Coaches, Adidas Honcho Charged In FBI Corruption Sting ... Allegedly Paid $$$ to Players

9/26/2017 6:48 AM PDT
Exclusive Details

9:31 AM -- All 10 suspects -- including the 4 coaches -- have now been arrested, officials say.

8:57 AM PT -- The U.S. Attorney's Office is about to hold a news conference to explain the charges. The conference is set to begin in a few minutes.

The FBI claims Jim Gatto -- the Director of Global Marketing for Adidas Basketball -- paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to funnel top prospects to Adidas sponsored colleges ... including Louisville.

It's all part of a massive probe into corruption in NCAA basketball -- spelled out in 3 separate criminal complaints.

One of the probes centered around Auburn assistant coach Chuck Person, who allegedly took thousands of dollars in bribes to steer players to a financial advisor and a high-end suit-maker.

The 3rd probe included USC assistant coach Tony Bland, Oklahoma State coach Lamont Evans and Book Richardson from the University of Arizona.

In total, we're told 10 people are facing charges. Eight of those people have been arrested.

It's all in court docs filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of NY and obtained by TMZ Sports.

First, Gatto ...

In the documents, the FBI says Gatto tried to pay one player and his family $100,000 to get him to a school of Gatto's choice. Another player got $150k with the expectation that the player would sign with Adidas when he went to the NBA.

In the docs, the FBI says a coach at a major college in Florida told Gatto that he needed to pay a top player $150k so the player wouldn't attend another D1 school sponsored by a rival apparel company.

The coach allegedly told Gatto that the rival clothing company had also offered the player a "substantial sum of money."

The FBI says it has wiretapped phone calls catching Gatto and his conspirators in the act.

The FBI spells it out ...

"The investigation has revealed multiple instances of bribes paid by athlete advisors, including financial advisors and business managers, as well as high-level apparel company employees, and facilitated by coaches employed by NCAA division 1 universities, to student-athletes playing at or bound for NCAA D-1 universities, and the families of such athletes, in exchange for a commitment by those athletes to matriculate at a specific university and a promise to ultimately sign agreements to be represented by the bribe-payors once the athletes enter the NBA."

As for the case against Chuck Person, the FBI says he collected about $91,500 in bribes in exchange for funneling Auburn players to a particular financial advisor and a high-end suit maker, Rashan Michel.

The FBI says Person would use a portion of the bribes to pay off the families of high-priority recruits.

In one part of the documents, the FBI says Chuck met with a player and counseled him about how players secretly get away with NCAA violations.

He allegedly told one player, "The most important part is that you ... don't say nothing to anybody ... don't share with your sisters, don't share with any of the teammates, that's very important 'cause this is a violation ... of rules. But this is how the NBA players get it done."

"They get early relationships, and they form partnerships, they form trust, you get to know [financial advisor], you get to know Rashan a lot and like Rashan can get you suits and stuff ... you'll start looking like an NBA ball player, that's what you are."

The other 3 coaches are accused of taking cash bribes from an agent and a financial advisor.

Harry Styles & Camille Rowe It's Outta the Bag ... They're Dating!!!

9/26/2017 7:12 AM PDT

Harry Styles and Victoria's Secret Angel Camille Rowe are TOTALLY dating ... no dude holds a bag unless it's his GF.

Harry and Camille were spotted at an L.A. restaurant Monday and all but confirmed rumors they've been dating. Not even a hand injury deterred the former One Direction star from his gentlemanly duties.

Camille also was spotted at one of his gigs last week. She beamed with pride ... just like she does here.

So ... congrats!!!

L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. Hey FOX, You Screwed Us in Your Tupac/Biggie Special

9/26/2017 6:27 AM PDT

7:25 AM PT -- Critical Content -- the company behind the special -- issued an apology, saying, "Critical Content apologizes to Commander Steve Katz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, whose photo was mistakenly included in last night’s airing of 'Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?' He is not the Steven Katz of the Los Angeles Police Department mentioned in the program."

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is irate at FOX over its "Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?" special that accused a Sheriff's commander of bungling the investigation, and the Department is demanding an apology.

The show, hosted by Ice-T and Soledad O'Brien, misidentified Commander Stephen D. Katz as the lead investigator into Biggie's murder. The show repeatedly showed Katz' face and his badge and said the way he handled the case was disgraceful. All incorrect, the Dept. says ... he had nothing to do with the investigation.

In fact, the Sheriff's Dept. says they had no involvement in Biggie's investigation ... it was all LAPD.

The Sheriff's Dept. is demanding a public apology and retraction from FOX, claiming the references to Katz and the Dept. were defamatory.

We reached out to FOX .. so far, no word back.

Jason Derulo Numbers Speak Louder Than Words ... After Home Burglary

9/26/2017 7:13 AM PDT

Jason Derulo doesn't have to say a word about his home burglary if he doesn't want to ... because the sheer number of dudes in his crew speaks volumes.

We got Jason Monday night going into Ace of Diamonds in WeHo, where our photog tried asking him about the recent break-in at his home in L.A. -- namely, if he's beefing up security in the aftermath of getting jacked to the tune of $300k in cash and jewelry.

He's mum on what exactly he plans to do on that front, but watch what happens as he makes his way up the stairs ... at least 5 dudes pop up, almost out of nowhere.

Talk about calling in the cavalry.

The Weeknd Cops Investigate Alleged Post-Concert Rape ... Singer Not Involved

9/26/2017 12:50 AM PDT

Two temporary crew members on tour with The Weeknd are under criminal investigation after a woman claims she was raped backstage following the singer's show ... but we're told The Weeknd was out of the building before the alleged crime went down.

Law enforcement sources tell us a woman filed a report with the Ohio State University police station early Wednesday morning, claiming she was raped following The Weeknd's show at the Schottenstein Center.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell us the woman was in a backstage area with two crew members. Our sources say it's possible one of the suspects filmed the attack.

We're told employees hired for the tour can vary from city to city ... the two suspects are not a part of The Weeknd's inner circle.

According to the police report, cops believe everyone was drunk during the alleged rape.  The report says "hands, feet and teeth" were the "weapons" used in the sexual asault.

The Weeknd had left the arena before the alleged rape and is not involved.

The XO Tour Manager and Live Nation Team tell us, "Upon learning of the accusations that two members of our tour staff are facing, we immediately terminated their employment. We are working with the authorities to ensure they have access to any information or assistance they may need."

We're told the incident is under investigation and no arrests have been made.

Tommy Lee 'Mile High Club' Was Less Bang-y, More Sickly

9/26/2017 7:09 AM PDT

Tommy Lee and his smoke show gf are coming clean -- they claim -- about their entry into the "Mile High Club" ... and, for once, the tale doesn't involve Tommy's famous junk.

When we got Tommy and Brittany Furlan Monday at the Commons at Calabasas, we got right to the bottom of the story we broke. They spent 20 minutes in the first class lavatory aboard an American Airlines flight last month.

Tommy's swordsman reputation and his penis being what they are, other passengers assumed ... y'know. Who wouldn't?

Well, Tommy and Britt tell us what was really going down behind closed doors ain't nearly as sexy as you'd hoped. It's their story, they're sticking to it.

But you don't have to buy it.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Concert Triggers Wrongful Death Lawsuit

9/26/2017 7:07 AM PDT

The estate of a man who died after slipping and falling at a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert has filed a lawsuit, claiming the concert set the wheels in motion for his death.

Thomas Decort went to the Wells Fargo Center in Philly on February 12 to catch the show. According to the lawsuit, while he was walking to his seat in a pitch-black area he slipped and fell, hitting his head, neck and back on the floor. He also tore a tendon in his knee, which required surgery.

During the surgery, Decort suffered a pulmonary embolism and died on the operating table.

The estate claims negligence and is suing both the Wells Fargo Center and the city of Philadelphia. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are not named as a defendant.
