The anti-Israel protestor who clashed with Alec Baldwin hasn't filed a police report, but there still may be some legal action on the horizon over the phone smack ... TMZ has learned.

We found the woman who confronted Alec in a coffee shop in NYC over the Palestine-Israel conflict -- and as it turns out ... it's performance artist Crackhead Barney (yes, that's her real stage name). We asked her if she'd gone to cops yet ... and her rep tells us no, not yet.

No word on whether she plans to file a report over this, but the fact she hasn't gone yet would suggest she's not planning on turning this into a criminal matter -- however, her rep does tell us she's currently consulting with lawyers to figure out her next steps.

Milan Lucic and his wife are officially splitting up ... TMZ Sports has learned Brittany Lucic just filed for separation from the NHL star some five months after the two were allegedly involved in a domestic dispute.

Court records show Brittany submitted the documents on Monday evening ... citing "irreconcilable differences."

She listed the date of their marriage as July 19, 2012 ... and their date of separation as Nov. 17, 2023 -- the day before Milan was arrested for allegedly getting physical with Brittany during a disagreement.

The Los Angeles Police Department announced the news late Sunday afternoon ... posting to X a person broke into the Getty House, the official residence of the mayor, at around 6:40 AM Sunday.

While they confirmed occupants were in the home at the time, they wouldn't say exactly who ... but, law enforcement sources tell us Mayor Bass was one of them.

Two fitness titans are on a path to square off in court, because David Beckham has sued Mark Wahlberg's company over a fitness deal that made the former soccer star way lighter in the wallet.

Beckham's company, DB Ventures Ltd, alleges in the lawsuit F45 "duped" him into signing on with F45 Training, a company in which Wahlberg has a 36% interest. M.W. also serves as the company's chief brand officer.

Beckham, who got close to Mark when he moved to Cali to play for the L.A. Galaxy, became F45's Global Ambassador. The selling point -- David has millions of social media followers, so it would presumably greatly expand the reach of the company.

While initial reports claimed one passenger suffered critical injuries ... Universal says that based on agency reports, the "injuries sustained by guests were minor."

They continued, "We are working closely with public agencies, including the California Highway Patrol, as we continue our review of the incident and safety remains a top priority."

Park officials also stated tours have now resumed with a modified route.

The man who lit himself ablaze outside the Trump trial courthouse in NYC has died.

Max Azzarello was rushed in critical condition to a hospital Friday after he doused himself with a flammable liquid and set himself on fire outside Manhattan Criminal Court, where jury selection for Donald Trump's hush money criminal trial was winding down.

Azzarello, an alleged conspiracy theorist, died later that night from massive burns to his body.

Andy Ruiz's ex has won her court battle with the star boxer ... TMZ Sports has learned a judge granted her a permanent restraining order earlier this month against the former heavyweight champ.

Julia Lemus had been seeking the order of protection since April 2023 ... after she alleged Ruiz sexually assaulted, abused, and terrorized her throughout their relationship.

In her application for the order, Lemus -- who began seeing Ruiz around 2016 -- said the 34-year-old would often grab and yank her to move her wherever he wanted her to go. She also claimed he would "jokingly" punch her in her arms and legs, leaving her with bruises.

Alec Baldwin filed a witness list for his upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial, and it includes some "Rust" crew members -- like the recently imprisoned Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

The actor's attorneys submitted their list to the court Friday, and it's chock-full of potential names they say they might call come judgment day ... everything from actual eyewitnesses to sheriff's deputies, and even experts in relevant fields.

The big name is obviously Gutierrez-Reed ... the "Rust" armorer who was just recently found guilty in her own involuntary manslaughter trial for the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins.

A manifesto has surfaced that's being attributed to the man who set himself on fire -- and if it's legit, which it certainly seems to be, then the guy's motivation was purely political.

The man in question has been ID'd as Max Azzarello -- and he appears to have his own Substack page called The Ponzi Papers ... with his latest post titled "I have set myself on fire outside the Trump Trial."

The first lines are telling, and you can clearly make out that this man is very anti-governmental. He writes, "My name is Max Azzarello, and I am an investigative researcher who has set himself on fire outside of the Trump trial in Manhattan. This extreme act of protest is to draw attention to an urgent and important discovery."

Nate Diaz is being sued by a man in Louisiana who says the MMA legend beat him up and injured him during a street fight in New Orleans last year, TMZ Sports has learned ... a lawsuit Diaz's people believe is literally laughable.

Rodney Petersen, an amateur fighter, filed the lawsuit earlier this week in Orleans Parish ... where he's seeking damages for injuries he claims he sustained during the April 2023 brawl.

"LOL" ... was the response from Zach Rosenfield, Nate's longtime rep, when we reached out for comment.

TMZ has obtained the body cam footage from Tuesday night in Gwinnett County, GA -- where cops pulled her over and ultimately took her to jail and booked her on suspicion of driving under the influence, among other charges.

Now, we can see exactly how the whole thing played out on camera -- and you can tell right from the get-go the officer here wasn't gonna let her off the hook, despite GloRilla insisting she was okay to drive. The cop wasn't buying that, and made her get out of the car.
