James Wehr's crash victim, Lexi Kramer, will be honored at a memorial in Florida next month.

Lexi's sister, Gracie, shared the details on Instagram Friday ... announcing a celebration of life for October 9 in Lakeland, Florida.

Gracie says the event will be a chance for Lexi's loved ones to celebrate her life and cherish their memories. She adds that all of Lexi's friends and family are welcome ... but asks the media to stay away out of respect for everyone who is grieving.

The first photos of the baby at the center of the legal drama between the biological parents and surrogate McKenna West have been released ... and they are tough to look at.

TMZ obtained two photos of the newborn from his biological parents, Omar Ahmed and Nausheen Gilkar, and the images show a long scar down the middle of his chest from emergency heart surgery.

The child, who Omar and Nausheen call Rumi, is hooked up to all sorts of tubes and machines monitoring his health. It's a lot to take in.

The parents of the baby at the center of McKenna West's surrogacy battle are pushing back on her latest Supreme Court move ... saying the emergency relief she's seeking could put their son's health at risk.

Attorneys for Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed filed a response with the U.S. Supreme Court, obtained by TMZ, opposing McKenna's latest attempt to challenge the California ruling naming them the legal parents of baby Rumi.

Their lawyers say pausing the parentage ruling could create confusion over who gets to make medical decisions for Rumi ... potentially disrupting his treatment.

B2K singer Raz B and wife Mona Li's 3-month-old son showed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play when police responded to the Atlanta home where he died ... TMZ has learned.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a "person down" call at a home shortly after 8 AM on September 8.

Police say officers arrived and were directed to Astro Monte Thornton, Raz and Mona's 3-month-old son, who was unresponsive.

Hayden Panettiere Celebration of Life Planned For Malibu

Hayden Panettiere will be remembered by family, close friends, and former colleagues at a special celebration of life this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the memorial will take place Saturday at a church in Malibu, with about 150 people expected to attend. We're told guests have been informed it's a memorial for Hayden.

We're told her dad, Skip Panettiere, will be on hand, along with a handful of celebrities and Hollywood power players. It's unclear if Hayden's mom, Lesley Vogel, or Hayden's former boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were invited.

The Florida mother charged with incest, Christina Clemens, is out of jail as she awaits trial ... and a judge ordered her to have absolutely no contact with her son, Shane, who she allegedly had sex with around 100 times.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge released 46-year-old Christina from custody but specifically barred her from having any direct or indirect contact with her 22-year-old son.

Shane was released from custody on Thursday, according to jail records ... so they're both fresh out.
