Tommy Lee Inducted into Mile High Club With Hot Girlfriend

8/19/2017 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tommy Lee can vouch for American Airlines, because he definitely got something special in the air.

The Motley Crue drummer and Brittany Furlan had one last hurrah as they left Nassau by slinking into the first class bathroom of an AA jet, and lingering for a long, long time ... passengers say at least 20 minutes.

The passengers were pissed off, but there was clearly no pissing in the lavatory ... just a little turbulence.

They tried to make a discreet exit, with Tommy walking out first and Brittany lingering inside for around 25 seconds before emerging with a s***-eating grin.

Here's what makes it even better. The flight to Miami took a grand total of 65 minutes.

Tupac Hummer Sold Again At Bargain Basement Price

8/19/2017 12:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Tupac Shakur's final ride -- a 1996 Hummer he bought a month before he was killed -- has found a new owner once again ... and the buyer scored a pretty heavy discount.

We broke the story ... the rapper's vehicle sold for a whopping $337,000 in May 2016 to an Ohio bidder, but got sent back to the auction block when the guy flaked.

RR Auction relisted the Hummer and it sold Friday for $206,531 ... $130k less than last time.

Now it's just a matter of waiting and seeing if the anonymous winning bidder pays up.

All eyez on him (or her).

B-52's Frontman Sues You Ruined My Christmas Album

8/19/2017 12:10 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

B-52's frontman, Fred Schneider, and his side project, The Superions, are suing their record label, claiming it failed to live up to any of the holly jolly obligations of their Xmas album.

According to legal docs, the synth rock trio -- made up of Schneider, Noah Brodie and Dan Marshall -- dropped "Destination ... Christmas!" in 2010, stocked with nontraditional yuletide gems like "Fruitcake" and "Christmas Conga (Jungle Bells)" that led it to debut at #13 on the Billboard Comedy Album Chart.

As part of their 6-year contract, The Superions claim the band was responsible for covering recording costs while Fanatic Records agreed to handle album cover costs, as well as manufacturing and promoting the LP. The band also claims the label was responsible for delivering biannual sale reports and royalties -- which Schneider and his bandmates said it failed to do.

When the contract expired in September 2016, the band says Fanatic failed to turn over the remaining physical copies of the album.

They're suing for a ton of cash.

A rep for Fanatic tells us ... "It's no fun being sued by one of your musical heroes, especially over a Christmas album, but we look forward to the opportunity to defend ourselves against accusations that are wholly false."

Jay-Z: 'Kanye Crossed the Line' ... Don't Talk About My Fam

8/18/2017 5:41 PM PDT

No wife. No kids -- that's the "Scarface" rule ... and Kanye West violated it, so says Jay-Z

Hov finally opened up about his beef with Kanye -- revealing that West crossed a line during a 2016 rant about his issues with Jay ... in which he called out Beyonce by name and said she was acting like a diva.

Kanye also ranted that Jay never brought Blue Ivy to his house to play with Kanye's kids.

Jay appeared on the Rap Radar podcast with Elliott Wilson and B. Dot and said he and Kanye had argued a ton of times in the past ... but he always respected the boundaries.

When Kanye mentioned B and the kids, "That's a problem. That's a real REAL problem."

Jay says Kanye knows how seriously pissed off he is ... and the two aren't close to resolving it.

Jay-Z I Support LaVar Ball 100% ... Bought 3 Pairs Of ZO2's

8/18/2017 5:37 PM PDT

Jay-Z says he is 100 percent behind LaVar Ball ... so much so that he bought 3 pairs of ZO2 shoes, and says that all of black America should support Ball too, because BBB is an African-American company.

Hov sat down with Elliot Wilson & B.Dot on the Rap Radar Podcast on Tidal, and made it clear he thinks what Ball is doing is revolutionary, and necessary for black empowerment.

"Why wouldn't I support him? He feels like he could move culture and his son has a big enough name and a big enough brand that they can do it. Nike had to start somewhere. Why do we get so upset when we, us as a culture, want to start our own sh*t? That sh*t is puzzling to me."

This is a huge moment for BBB ... Jay-Z is arguably the most influential figure in hip hop, and a co-sign this strong is surely to reshape some opinions people might have on LaVar, a dude who's made some negative press lately.

Think LaVar will take advantage of this one? The answer is HELL YEAH.

Madonna Don't Tape My Depo Former Friend Fights Back

8/18/2017 12:37 PM PDT
Breaking News

Madonna's being a real diva about her deposition ... according to her ex-pal and the auction site she's suing to keep them from selling her jailhouse letter from Tupac.

Madonna's set to be deposed in the case next week, and according to new legal docs, she's been allowed to pick the time and the place for it. But lawyers for Darlene Lutz and auction company Gotta Have Rock and Roll claim she's also objected to it being videotaped ... and that's where they draw the line.

According to the docs ... celebs often try to get out of being taped for depos but courts routinely reject the attempts -- even for guys like Donald Trump. Lutz and the auction site feel the same should go for Madge.

As we reported ... Madonna got a judge to temporarily block the auction of Tupac's letter -- along with other personal items like her panties -- in July.

So Drake either doesn't know he's off the list, or he thinks he can reset things and go 500 straight, which would take him to 2027.

The Roots Sued by Ex-Drummer ... You Can't Use My Mug Now That You Dumped Me

8/17/2017 4:54 PM PDT

The Roots are in the business of false advertising ... so claims its ex-drummer in a new lawsuit.

Frank "Knuckles" Walker -- who joined the band in 2002 but was cut loose back in May -- says the band is promoting performances as if he's still with the band. Frank also alleges the band never paid him his fair share of royalties.

In the suit -- first reported by the NY Daily News -- Frank says, by promoting appearances as if he's still a member, the band's using his likeness without permission. Frank adds that his legacy could be damaged if The Roots continue promoting gigs without admitting to fans he's no longer part of the group.

He calls the act despicable but doesn't elaborate on how the band shorted him. Frank's suing to get his cut and for The Roots to stop using pics of him to promote itself.

We've reached out to The Roots, so far no word back.
