French Montana Selling New Jersey Mansion With Home Studio

6/22/2018 12:40 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Freshly sworn-in U.S. Citizen French Montana is getting rid of his New Jersey mansion, and it's proof that you can get a lot more house in the suburbs of New York than in Los Angeles.

The crib in Pequannock Township, about 25 miles outside NYC, is on the market. The place is huge ... 6,134 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. There's also a recording studio adjacent to a theater and bar on the third floor. The estate has a manicured yard with a pool and half-basketball court.

The property is listed by Maxwell Ullman and Danielle Fiorina.

As you may recall, French bought Selena Gomez's house in Calabasas in 2016, so it's possible he's putting down roots on the west coast for good. That home only has 5 bedrooms and cost French $3.3 mil.

NFL's Brandon Browner Jailed for Domestic Battery

6/22/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Ex-Seattle Seahawks star Brandon Browner was arrested and convicted in a domestic battery case stemming from a May incident ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs, Browner was arrested in L.A. County on May 6, 2018 for battery and child endangerment. Details surrounding the incident are unclear.

But records show Browner pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to probation.

Here's where things go from bad to worse ... sometime after the conviction, the court found Browner had violated his probation from a previous case -- and ordered him to serve 60 days in jail.

He was released after just 2 days due to overcrowding.

A rep for the L.A. Sheriff's Dept. tells us, "Anyone sentenced to 180 days or less for a non serious offense is immediately released due to continuing overcrowding."

It's just the latest in a string of legal issues for the former Pro Bowl cornerback who's been arrested several times ever since his career ended back in 2015.

We reached out to Browner for comment, but haven't heard back.

Khloe & Tristan The Couple That Slays (Calories) Together ... Stays Together

6/21/2018 4:00 PM PDT
Breaking News

If there was any doubt Khloe & Tristan have put the whole "cheating and embarrassing her in front the world" thing behind them, we have video of the couple doing something they'd never do if they were fighting.

Working out together.

Khloe just had baby True a couple months ago, and Tristan is trying to keep his world-class NBA physique in peak second-place form, so they hit a session together and posted the whole thing.

The couple's been seen all over town recently, hitting up hot spots and showing off a united front for the paparazzi, letting everyone know it's all good, so the joint sweat session shouldn't be a surprise.

As for the workout ... KK opted for cardio with light resistance, while TT went for strength.

Let's hope he's stronger than he was last year.

Deandre Ayton No Doubt About It ... Goes #1 to Suns in NBA Draft

6/21/2018 4:40 PM PDT
Breaking News

With the first pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns select Deandre Ayton ... the gigantic beast of a center from the University of Arizona!!

OK, so there wasn't much doubt about this one ... Ayton's been called a player of a generation and possibly the next Wilt Chamberlain, so it was a no-brainer for the Suns to take him first.

Plus, he gets to stay in the state where he made a name for himself in college and already has a huge fanbase, so ... solid move.

Thursday night's draft class is considered one of the best, but most unpredictable other than the top pick, in years. Should be fun.

Warner Bros. Sued Your 'Westworld' Game's a Rip-Off!!!

6/21/2018 5:03 PM PDT
Breaking News

Warner Bros. got in bed with a tech company that jacked codes in order to fast-track and produce its "Westworld" mobile app ... so claims another company in a new lawsuit.

The gaming company, Bethesda Softworks, is suing the media giant and Behaviour Interactive and, in the suit, says Behaviour stole its designs, artwork and codes ... and used them in the "Westworld" game.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Bethesda says it hired Behaviour first, in 2014, to work on its popular mobile app game, "Fallout Shelter." Later, after "Westworld" premiered in 2016 ... Behaviour went on to create the "Westworld" game for Warner Bros.

Bethesda's issue, according to the suit, is that Behaviour used its "Fallout Shelter" coding for the "Westworld" game. And, Bethesda believes there's a smoking gun -- the same bugs that appeared in an earlier version of 'Fallout' also showed up in the "Westworld" game.

Bethesda is suing to get the game shut down and to get a slice of the profits. We've reached out to Warner Bros. and Behaviour ... so far, no word back.

5:45 PM PT -- A rep for The Monkees tells TMZ ... Michael did not collapse during the band's soundcheck -- he had a minor health issue before he even made it to the venue. We're told the issue's not serious, but he was advised to rest for the next week.

We're told 75-year-old Nesmith collapsed to the ground during the band's soundcheck Thursday afternoon at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, PA. Michael was not unconscious, but he was rushed to a hospital.

His rep says Michael's already been discharged, but it's unclear what the medical emergency was that prompted his hospitalization.

Breaking News

FOX News analyst Dr. Charles Krauthammer has died after a battle with terminal cancer.

Krauthammer had a cancerous tumor removed from his abdomen about 10 months ago. Doctors thought the surgery had been successful, but then he was told the cancer returned and he only had a few weeks to live. He revealed the diagnosis in an open letter earlier this month in the Washington Post, where he was a contributor.

Charles -- who was paralyzed in a diving accident while in medical school -- won the Pulitzer for Commentary for his Washington Post columns in 1987. His book, "Things That Matter: Three Decades of Passions, Pastimes and Politics,” was also a New York Times best seller. In recent years, he'd appeared on FOX News’ “Special Report with Bret Baier” as a panelist.

FOX News CEO Suzanne Scott said in a statement, “Charles was a guiding voice throughout his time with FOX News and we were incredibly fortunate to showcase his extraordinary talent on our programs. He was an inspiration to all of us and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his beloved wife Robyn and his son Daniel."

The network says it will air a special in his honor on Friday night.

Despite the grim prognosis from doctors, Charles still wrote in his letter, "It was a wonderful life."

He was 68.

'Revenge of the Nerds' Star Allegedly Attacked Wife Before Death

6/21/2018 3:26 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

The estate of Bernie Casey -- a former NFL-star-turned actor -- is being sued by a woman claiming to be his widow, who alleges the 78-year-old violently tackled her to the ground just 1 week before his death.

The woman behind the suit is Cheryl Castillo -- who claims she and Bernie lived together in L.A. as husband and wife ... but things went south during an altercation on Sept. 10.

According to her lawsuit, Castillo claims she was having an argument with Casey over their cars, when he suddenly grabbed her by the arm and tackled her to the ground "as though [she] was a football player."

Before Casey starred in movies like "Revenge of the Nerds" and "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka" -- he was a Pro Bowl wide receiver for the L.A. Rams back in the '60s.

Castillo claims she suffered injuries from the alleged attack and wants Casey's estate to fork over some big money to make things right.

Casey died on Sept. 19 after suffering a stroke. Castillo believes his health conditions affected his mental ability in the last years of his life.

XXXTentacion may have had a child on the way at the time of his murder ... at least that's what his mom is hinting.

X's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, just posted a photo of an ultrasound with the caption, "He left us a final gift." While it's hard to imagine the photo would mean anything other than the rapper had a child on the way, Cleo doesn't provide any further detail.

It's also unclear who the child's mother is ... many are speculating it's his ex-girlfriend, Geneva, but sources close to the rapper tell us it's not her.

TMZ broke the story, X was murdered in South Florida Monday after two armed men approached his car, shooting him in broad daylight.

Cops arrested one man in connection to the killing Wednesday night, and we've learned as many as 2 more suspects could still be arrested.

Our Bieber sources say it was all in good fun and, as of now, there are zero plans for a wedding -- Justin and Hailey are still just enjoying each other's company.

6/21/2018 2:22 PM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

YG had his goons beat up a fan, before the rapper himself snatched some jewelry off the guy ... at least that's what the fan claims in a new lawsuit.

The fan says he spotted YG last month at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and asked him for a pic. He says the rapper refused and started cursing at him -- and, as he was walking away, he claims YG told his crew to "get him."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the guy says the next thing he knew ... he was surrounded by YG's pals, who punched him in the face and held him down. He says he was totally out of it when YG stepped up and grabbed his gold chain and diamond-laced pendant.

He claims YG and co. immediately fled the scene. He's suing YG for assault, battery and theft ... and wants at least $250,000. He's also going after the Cosmo for inadequate security.
