Jerry Rice was at an event for the American Century Celebrity golf tourney in Lake Tahoe over the weekend -- when 50 Cent's "In Da Club" started playing ... and Mr. Rice ditched his top.

From there, he spotted his assistant in the crowd ... and decided to dance up on her -- eventually droppin' his butt down in her lap like he was straight outta "Magic Mike."

Seems to be an annual thing for Jerry ... who busted a similar move with a G-string clad dancer at a Lake Tahoe club last year.
