Tiger Woods' Private Plane Lands In Zurich After Vow To Get Treatment, DUI Arrest
Tiger Woods Plane Touches Down In Zurich ... Time For Treatment?
Tiger Woods' private jet landed in Zurich, Switzerland -- home of the most luxurious treatment facilities on the planet -- early Friday morning, TMZ Sports has learned.
We cannot confirm if the golf legend was on the plane ... but it would make a ton of sense if he was, considering Paracelsus Recovery and Kusnacht Practice -- two centers known for being extremely exclusive, private and, of course, expensive -- are nearby.
Some places in Zurich even have one-client admittance ... with top staffers focusing on helping a single person at a time.
Tiger's plane touched down around 10 hours ago ... and it's currently on its way back to the States.
As we previously reported, Tiger vowed to get help shortly after his DUI arrest on March 27 ... going to social media on Tuesday to share his plans.
"I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health," Tiger said. "This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery."
We broke the story -- Tiger got approval to travel outside the country to work on his health, with a judge signing off on it after he claimed it was best for his privacy.
It's not the first time Tiger has opened up on getting help -- after his 2017 DUI arrest, he vowed to combat his prescription pill addiction ... blaming that incident for an unexpected reaction to medication.
The arrest footage for the March 27 DUI was released on Thursday ... and Tiger told an officer he was on the phone with President Trump prior to getting cuffed.
Tiger blew zeroes on his breathalyzer ... but officers stated he seemed impaired after flipping his Range Rover in a crash with a pickup truck carrying a pressure washer trailer. He told an officer he had taken his prescription meds earlier in the day ... and two hydrocodone pills were found in his pocket during a search.
He's been hit with DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a urine test ... as well as a citation for careless driving.
His girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, showed support for him early Friday morning ... going to Instagram to profess her love for him.
Tiger told officers he was hoping to play in the Masters next week ... but as we know now, that's not happening.
