The singer posted -- and then deleted -- a B&W vid of Wade talking about his podcast "Trauma to Triumph" ... and, in true Brit fashion, began rambling about how his story hit her right in the feels, and why she totally understood what he was saying.

A police officer in Missouri shot and killed a blind and deaf dog this week ... and while the department's saying the cop feared contracting rabies -- the community's calling BS.

Teddy -- a five-year-old, 13-pound shih tzu mix was killed in Sturgeon, Missouri after escaping his yard. The owner gave the dog some water and called the police ... who The Washington Post reports shot the dog twice within minutes of arriving.

Sean Kingston's sitting in county lockup, awaiting extradition to Florida ... after cops nabbed him Thursday night, and TMZ got footage of authorities meeting him moments after his concert on a military base.
