The "Crypto King of Kentucky" suspected of torturing a man for weeks inside a swanky multimillion-dollar New York City townhouse spent big at a super exclusive erotic night club ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us John Woeltz and his alleged accomplice William Duplessie started going to a club called The Box back in February, and there were nights where they would drop between $80,000 and $100,000 ... and we have photos and videos of them in the club.

The Box bills itself as a unique and exclusive club featuring nightly shows combining music, theater, burlesque and erotica ... and there's supposedly a sexy peep show.

Mary Lou Retton was charged with DUI earlier this month, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Court records show the Olympic gold medalist was hit with the misdemeanor count in Marion County, West Virginia, following a May 17 arrest.

Britney Spears caused a big commotion on a charter jet Thursday ... so much so, authorities met her after she got off the plane and gave her a warning.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney was flying with her security from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to LAX when she started drinking -- then pulled out a cigarette, lit it, and started smoking.

The flight attendants were alarmed and ordered her to put out the cig, which she did. We're told she was "difficult" ... and when the plane landed, our sources say she was met by authorities and warned about her conduct. She was then free to leave.

A 21-year-old has been hit with two criminal charges ... after authorities claim he supplied Kavan Markwood -- a minor -- with alcohol just prior to the Pirates fan's tragic fall at PNC Park last month.

Court records show Ethan Kirkwood is facing two misdemeanor counts of furnishing liquor to Markwood a short time before the 20-year-old sustained significant injuries in a 21-foot tumble from his seat at the Pittsburgh vs. Chicago game on April 30.

A criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ Sports, states Kirkwood was seen on security video buying two tall cans of beer just before the start of the game. Subsequent video, the report states, showed Kirkwood and Markwood later holding beers in their hands.

5:23 AM PT -- Chris Brown will remain in police custody following his UK arrest and grievous bodily harm charge, Judge Joanne Hirst ruled Friday, TMZ can confirm. His next appearance will be on June 13 at London's Southwark Crown Court.

Chris Brown has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm in response to him allegedly smashing a tequila bottle over a music producer's head in 2023.

He was expected to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court at 10 AM on Friday, the Metropolitan Police Service confirmed.

Adele Kelly, the Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London North, also confirmed his charge and reminded anyone interested in the case proceedings "are active and that he has the right to a fair trial."

Prosecutors working the criminal case surrounding the deaths of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau are asking a judge to rule the brothers' BAC levels inadmissible as evidence.

Officials at the Salem County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey filed court documents on Wednesday ... arguing the Gaudreau bros' intoxication measurements should not be presented to the jury -- stating they're "irrelevant" to the charges levied against the Gaudreau's alleged killer, Sean Higgins.

The authorities stated in the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, "Multiple witness accounts show that it was the defendant's actions and his actions alone that caused the collision that led to Matthew and John Gaudreau’s deaths."

Two security guards have been busted and slapped with felony battery charges after a wild, caught-on-camera beatdown of a guy at an Indiana bar -- and the footage is brutal.

The distressing video allegedly shows security guards Sean Shell and Johnathon Turner going off on Shane Hendrix ... kicking, punching, and dragging him across the floor at Chaser's Bar & Grill in Evansville -- all after he was accused of a confrontation with a bartender over an unpaid tab.

According to authorities, the guards didn’t even try to escort him out first -- they went straight into full-on assault mode.
