The Georgia teen charged with running over his teacher during a prank gone horribly wrong is speaking out for the first time ... saying he plans to lean on his faith as he moves forward.

18-year-old student Jayden Wallace -- who is facing first-degree vehicular homicide after allegedly running over math teacher Jason Hughes said in a statement, "I pledge to live out the remainder of my life in a manner that honors the memory of Coach Hughes by exemplifying Christ. He will never be forgotten."

Wallace’s family also released a statement, obtained by 11Alive, saying Hughes meant the world to their son -- adding "Jay expresses his deepest sorrow and sincerest apology to the Hughes family."

So much for the friendly skies! A Southwest Airlines flight from Miami to Denver went completely off the rails before takeoff ... and the whole thing was caught on camera.

Watch the video ... a man -- whom the Miami PD report identifies as 32-year-old Marcial Martinez -- is yelling at someone named Marissa to leave the plane with him as he's being escorted off for being disruptive.

But soon, all hell breaks loose ... Marcial appears to bum-rush a man standing between him and Marissa and a huge fight ensues involving at least one flight attendant and other passengers about the March 6th flight.

Britney Spears' mug shot will not be added to the collection of famous faces busted over the years ... because authorities ain't releasing it, TMZ has learned.

A Ventura County Sheriff’s Office official tells TMZ … the department determined that the booking photo does not fall within their requirements and is considered discretionary.

We're told it’s their practice to release booking photos for violent crimes or when an individual is an immediate threat to the public. The charges being brought against Britney do not warrant release in accordance with the policy. So, that's that.

The woman accused of shooting at Rihanna's house while the singer was inside seems to have taken cops on a trip through Los Angeles after the incident ... according to just-released dispatch audio of her arrest.

In the recording, obtained by TMZ, cops appear to tail Ivanna Lisette Ortiz in a white Tesla Model 3 as she drove into the parking lot of a shopping center.

According to the audio ... it appears the suspect got out of the car, getting down on her knees as officers approached her vehicle.

Harvey Weinstein says prison life has been brutal so far -- claiming he’s already taken a beating behind bars ... including one attack that left him bloodied on the floor.

In his first official sit-down interview behind bars, Weinstein says the incident went down at NYC’s Rikers Island when he simply asked the guy in front of him if he was done using the phone ... and the inmate allegedly responded by decking him in the face.

Weinstein told The Hollywood Reporter the punch sent him crashing to the ground, bleeding everywhere -- and even though guards asked who did it, he says he kept quiet because snitching behind bars is a no-go ... calling it the "law of the jungle."

Overall, things clearly aren’t looking great for Harvey healthwise -- 'cause his rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ he’s also battling spinal stenosis, blood cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, has a heart stent, is losing vision due to disease, and is now confined to a wheelchair.

Princess Eugenie is stepping down as patron of the world’s oldest human rights organization ... and the timing’s raising eyebrows after her father, former Prince Andrew, was arrested last month.

The UK-based charity Anti-Slavery International confirmed the split in a statement thanking Eugenie for seven years of support, ending with a polite send-off ... "We hope that she continues to work to end slavery."

The org didn’t waste time cleaning house -- her profile was quickly scrubbed from the website ... despite previously praising her work ''across the board with leaders in the fight against modern slavery.”

A correctional officer working in the wing where Jeffrey Epstein was incarcerated the night he died searched his case on the internet less than an hour before his death ... this according to Department of Justice records.

Tova Noel -- a former guard at Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Lower Manhattan, New York City -- did a couple Google searches about Epstein's case on August 10, 2019 around 5:43 AM. The convicted pedophile was found dead around 6:30 AM.

Noel searched "latest on Epstein in jail" and clicked on an article about documents related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, her newly released search history reveals.

Britney Spears did not try to run from cops after they pulled her over earlier this week ... despite reports to the contrary.

Here's the deal ... a new rumor is going around online that Britney led cops on an hour-long chase before she was arrested for DUI after several outlets reported the fake news.

However, California Highway Patrol Lt. Matt Gutierrez tells TMZ ... the pursuit absolutely did NOT happen.

The report seems to be based on dispatch audio ... with the first call about Britney's car coming in around 8:13 PM, before she was finally pulled over an hour later.

The lieutenant explains other drivers presumably saw her car weaving on the road and called the cops -- but that doesn't mean an officer was just waiting around the corner to arrest her. Eventually, an officer in the area spotted Britney and stopped her.

Dr. Drew says Britney Spears needs to focus on two key areas of her life after her DUI arrest ... substance abuse and bipolar disorder.

The good doc joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday and we asked him about Britney firing her sober coaches in the weeks leading up to her DUI bust.

Dr. Drew says sober coaches aren't the solution ... he says Britney's best bet would be to address her addictions with treatment, and that in turn would help with her bipolar diagnosis.

Britney Spears had pills in her possession when she was arrested for DUI ... and TMZ has learned those pills are in the process of being tested, and the results could theoretically mean jail time.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the pills were Adderall -- something she got while recently in Mexico. Our sources say one of the reasons Britney goes down to Mexico so often is to obtain the drug.

Our sources tell us ... those pills will be tested to determine if they contain pure Adderall or an additional substance. It's not uncommon that certain drugs obtained in Mexico are laced with fentanyl, cocaine, meth or other substances.

The PBA is weighing in on the situation involving Crowe, with a spokesperson telling us they're "aware of the reports regarding Cameron Crowe."

They added ... "We will not be commenting while the judicial proceedings take place and Mr. Crowe is being placed on an indefinite suspension, effective immediately."

Professional bowler Cameron "Cam" Crowe -- who is featured in Ben Stiller's upcoming HBO documentary "Born to Bowl" -- has been arrested on drug-related charges, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... 24-year-old Crowe was booked into the Hamilton County Jail in Indiana Thursday just before 2 PM and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. He was arrested during a traffic stop by the Carmel Police Department, we're told.

He was released Thursday.

Influencer Ash Trevino ended up back in jail for allegedly violating her bond conditions ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, prosecutors in Texas filed to hold bond insufficient on February 24 ... alleging Ash drank alcohol on one occasion and purchased it on another -- which they say violated her bail agreement.

She was booked on March 4 and released later the same day ... the judge ended up revoking her original bond and setting new bond at $25K ... and again ordered her not to possess, purchase or use controlled substances, alcohol or firearms.

Trevino also has a curfew from 8 PM to 6 AM ... which will be enforced through the use of an ankle monitor. Regardless of the time of day, Trevino cannot go anywhere that mainly serves alcohol.

Kevin Federline is wishing his ex-wife Britney Spears the best after her DUI arrest ... and he hopes she'll makes some changes in her life.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... "Kevin hopes for the best for Britney and if help is necessary, he hopes that she will neither resist it or those who are attempting to work with her."

Kevin's lawyer says they've spoken since Britney's Wednesday night arrest and says they don't know more than what's been reported in the media, but adds ... "The concern is whether this is just a one off or a one more."

Britney Spears showed her sober coaches the door weeks before getting arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney fired the sobriety coaches after she signed a deal selling her rights to her music and after she returned home to California following a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.

We're told Britney's team also fired other people who were looking out for her ... including security guards who kept an eye on the pop superstar.

Britney Spears’ first husband Jason Alexander is rushing to her defense after her DUI arrest ... calling people out for jumping to conclusions when the full story isn’t even out yet.

In an IG Reel, Jason -- who was famously married to the singer for just 55 hours before their annulment in 2004 -- pointed out her reported 0.06 blood-alcohol level is actually below the legal BAC limit in most states. He also said it’s possible any substances in her system could’ve been legally prescribed medication, which would change the narrative entirely.

Jason doubled down, saying it’s unfair for the internet to run with "drunk driving" speculation before the facts are confirmed ... adding rumors spread fast and people end up judged before the truth is even clear.

Sam Asghari is breaking his silence on his ex-wife Britney Spears’ DUI arrest ... though he made it pretty clear he wasn’t exactly eager to go there, saying his focus right now is on the escalating situation in Iran.

During an interview on NewsNation's "Jesse Weber Live" Thursday, the host slipped in a Britney question right at the end ... and Sam pointed out the conversation was meant to focus on the U.S. and Israel missile strikes on Iran. Still, when asked about the past, he acknowledged everyone makes mistakes.
