Chud The Builder is making an emotional plea in court to get his Ford truck back … claiming cops seized it during his recent arrest but have yet to return it ... TMZ has learned. 

We obtained new court docs showing Chud asked for his 2018 White Ford F250 to be turned over to him. The vehicle was taken into custody by cops after Chud's May arrest.

Chud says the seized car was not contraband or evidence in the arrest. He says the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office continuing to hold on to his car “without legal justification” is causing undue hardship to him and his fiancée, who needs the pickup to get around.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone allegedly slapped her estranged husband, Patrick Mendes, prompting her arrest for domestic battery .... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Patrick called cops on May 22 and reported a domestic violence incident with Thais. He claimed she slapped him in the face at her Nevada home.

Once officers arrived, Patrick told cops he'd served Thais with divorce papers 2 days prior and went to her home that day to let their child say goodbye because Thais was leaving for Brazil, her native country.

Karmelo Anthony, the Texas teen charged with stabbing a high school football player to death at a track meet, has a big day in court ... his murder trial starts today, and the first order of business is jury selection.

Anthony's raised a whopping $600,000 for his legal defense fund ... he's claiming he acted in self-defense when he allegedly stabbed Austin Metcalf to death at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas. They were both 17 years old during the April 2025 altercation.

Anthony told police Metcalf got physical with him after he warned Metcalf not to touch him. Anthony allegedly pulled a knife from his bag and plunged it into Metcalf's chest. He was placed under arrest and later indicted by a grand jury for murder after Metcalf died from his injuries.

Former prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is back in the crosshairs of police in England ... he's under investigation for an alleged encounter back in the day with a woman at Royal Ascot.

Cops across the pond are reportedly looking into an alleged incident from 2002 at the famous racing festival ... with police "examining events in 2002 as they consider wider possible crimes by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, including sexual misconduct, ­corruption and fraud" ... according to The Sunday Times.

Royal Ascot is the most prestigious horse racing event in England with a rich history of tradition dating back centuries ... and in 2002, it was reportedly attended by Andrew's mom, Queen Elizabeth, his older brother the future King Charles, his younger brother Prince Edward, and his older daughter Princess Beatrice.

Florida residents on a late-night taco run were treated to a chimichanga special ... but not the mouth-watering kind.

Here's the deal ... the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office says it received a call very early Thursday morning from Taco Bell employees reporting what the sheriff's office has jokingly said was a man with his "chimichanga" out, according to local outlet WFTV.

The office says authorities arrived and allegedly discovered Brandon Irizarry -- a 28-year-old man -- outside the restaurant with multiple pairs of pants pulled down.

Rapper Stunna Girl found herself behind bars Thursday night in North Carolina after she was arrested for failure to appear in court in a different case that's been hanging over he head for nearly a decade ... TMZ has learned.

The "Pretty Privilege" artist was arrested by the Mooresville Police Department during a traffic stop while she was in a black and white Mercedes, according to police records.

It's not clear what led to the traffic stop ... though it resulted in her being booked into the Iredell County Detention Center for failure to appear in court over a previous charge.

She didn't get too comfy in the clink, 'cause it appears she was released hours later on a $3,500 bond.

Anna Kepner’s stepbrother allegedly choked her “for minutes” as his final “barbaric” act in her murder … according to prosecutors.

In a newly unsealed transcript from a February hearing obtained by TMZ, prosecutors described how they say Timothy Hudson -- Anna’s 16-year-old stepbrother -- killed her … claiming he put her in a chokehold until she suffocated to death.

Prosecutor Alejandra Lopez described it as “a barbaric, intentional, thoughtful act,” saying "[w]hile she struggled to breathe for minutes, he continued to hold her neck in that manner so that she would die from lack of oxygen.”

Sugar Ray Leonard claims his whole family is terrified of his 25-year-old son ... stating drug issues turned Daniel into a violent, stealing monster.

The 70-year-old boxing legend laid out his family's problems in a restraining order request filed last week ... where he said Daniel has been addicted to drugs for "7 or 8 years at least" -- and his behavior has gone downhill in the process.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Leonard stated Daniel wrecked five of their cars in the past year ... including a hit-and-run incident. He also claimed Daniel experienced four overdoses -- two that required medical assistance to "bring him back to life" at the hospital.

A 911 call was made from Josh Jacobs' home during the alleged violent attack involving the Packers star ... with dispatch telling police she could hear "yelling and screaming" on an open line.

According to newly released dispatch audio, obtained by TMJ 4, officials received not one but two calls about the incident ... one from the scene of the alleged crime, and the other from a neighbor next door.

"Things being thrown," the dispatcher tells officers, adding, "Possibly a male and female."

Streamer DeenTheGreat is out of jail following his arrest for alleged attempted robbery ... and TMZ has obtained video showing the influencer celebrating his release with a familiar face by his side.

Deen -- real name Nurideen Shabazz -- walks out through a gated release area Wednesday night in Miami, before immediately embracing model and internet personality Celina Powell waiting for him outside. Moments later, he also links up with streaming partner and former boxing champ Adrien Broner ... who paid the $2500 bail to spring DTG from behind bars.

The mood outside the facility looked like a happy reunion despite the looming legal drama ... with phones recording as the group gathered around Deen following his release.

DeenTheGreat is pleading not guilty to an attempted robbery charge after cops say he tried snatching a woman's phone during a confrontation on a yacht in Miami ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the influencer, whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz, formally entered a written plea of not guilty after his arrest on a felony charge of robbery/strongarm/attempt. The filing also demands a jury trial and requests discovery from prosecutors.

Deen's attorney, Richard Cooper, tells TMZ ... "Mr. Shabazz has had a target on his back for some time now by people wishing to make a name for themselves off of his hard work. The facts are incomplete so far and we ask for patience. We expect the legal process—not social media commentary or clout-chasing—to determine the outcome."

Mackenzie Shirilla claimed she was struggling with "blackouts" just weeks before the crash that killed her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and friend Davion Flanagan ... according to text messages obtained by TMZ.

The messages -- exchanged between Shirilla and Russo, weeks before the 2022 high-speed crash in Strongsville, Ohio -- show the then-teen discussing episodes where she would lose awareness or suddenly black out.

In early July of 2022, Mackenzie texts Dom saying she recently had one of the worst blackouts she's had ... adding she's "scared it's just gonna get worse."

Matthew Perry's ex-assistant is headed to prison for helping supply the ketamine that killed the beloved "Friends" actor ... with a judge handing down the sentence Wednesday.

Kenneth Iwamasa was sentenced to 41 months behind bars after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine resulting in death in connection with Perry’s October 2023 fatal overdose.

Back in 2024, Iwamasa cut a plea deal with federal prosecutors ... they were pushing for a nearly 3 1/2-year sentence -- which is exactly what he got -- and argued Iwamasa became far more than just Perry's assistant -- allegedly acting as the actor's drug supplier and injector despite having no medical training.

The stepbrother charged with raping and murdering 18-year-old Anna Kepner on a Carnival cruise ship got some more good news as his murder case moves forward ... a judge is allowing him to remain free on bond.

Anna's 16-year-old stepbrother, Timothy Hudson, was spotted going in and out of court Wednesday in Florida ... and was greeted by a throng of reporters as he exited court with his father and swept into a waiting SUV before driving off.

The alleged rapist killer didn't say anything and kept moving.

DeenTheGreat is spending at least some of his Wednesday behind bars instead of on a live stream ... because the influencer boxer was arrested in Miami-Dade County.

According to jail records, obtained by TMZ, Deen -- whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz -- was booked Wednesday morning and is currently being processed at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.

Records show he was arrested on a felony charge of robbery/strongarm/attempt ... with bond still listed as "to be set."
