Ryan Garcia has learned his fate -- the boxing superstar has agreed to a one-year ban from the sport as part of a settlement with the New York State Athletic Commission ... and his huge win over Devin Haney is now officially a "no contest."

The org. confirmed the agreement to TMZ Sports on Thursday ... saying Garcia's legal team worked with the NYSAC to reach the solution to his performance-enhancing drug investigation.

Along with the ban, 25-1 Garcia will cough up his $1.1 million purse from the fight ... as well as a $10k fine.

A man is suing Lil Uzi Vert, Floyd Mayweather and several of the boxing legend's Money Team employees, claiming they contributed to an ass-kicking he took last summer -- but Uzi says he had nothing to do with it.

The man's name is Abdullah Ali, and according to the lawsuit he filed Thursday in New York ... members of Mayweather's TMT team and Lil Uzi roughed him up on June 27, 2023 after he had simply tried to catch a glimpse of what appeared to be a Mayweather-owned trailer while it was parked near an NYC hotel.

Ali's celebrity attorneys, Matthew Blit and Michael Rose, tell TMZ Sports ... Ali had crossed a street for a better view, and began filming when a Rolls-Royce was unloaded from the trailer.

Boxing superstar Ryan Garcia says he's retiring from boxing at 25 years old ... an announcement that should be taken with the biggest grain of salt to ever exist.

King Ryan shared the news in a lengthy social media rant on Wednesday ... in which he referenced his current performance-enhancing drug scandal, his mother's health, a lawsuit from Logan Paul's Prime drink company and his divorce from Drea Celina.

Garcia's claim comes on the heels of his massive win over previously undefeated Devin Haney in April ... which is now under review after his samples were popped for Ostarine, a banned substance.

Jake Paul has a new opponent for July 20 -- Mike Tyson is out, and Mike Perry is in.

TMZ Sports has confirmed the Bare Knuckle FC star is stepping up to face off against El Gallo next month ... which was initially supposed to be the blockbuster fight with the boxing legend before it was postponed due to the recent ulcer flareup Tyson suffered on a flight.

We're told the bout will now take place at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida ... and will air on DAZN Pay-Per-View.

Most boxing fans are PUMPED for Jake Paul and Mike Tyson's November fight. But, there's a group of critics who've attacked The Problem Child for fighting a mid-50s Iron Mike.

We asked 27-year-old Paul what he'd say to the detractors.

"Tell Mike Tyson that. Because he does not give a s*** what anyone thinks," Paul told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show this week (airs nightly on FS1).

Same s***, different day -- that's star boxer David Benavidez's motto heading into his big bout Saturday night ... 'cause the boxer tells us he plans to kick Oleksandr Gvozdyk's ass, just like he did when they sparred a few years back.

Benavidez (28-0) and Gvozdyk (20-1) are one of the two Prime Video PPV main events this weekend at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas ... with the winner taking the WBC interim light heavyweight title.

Hulk Hogan isn't ruling out Mike Tyson in his forthcoming match against Jake Paul ... noting the boxing legend still has a lot of fight left in him.

Adrien Broner wasn't without one of his front teeth for long after it was knocked out during his fight with Blair Cobbs ... the boxing star revealed on Sunday he's already replaced the missing chomper!

If you missed it, Cobbs socked the fang out of Broner's mouth on Friday during a dominant performance at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida.

In the second round of the bout, Cobbs landed a right jab ... and then a left hook that sent Broner to the canvas.

7:47PM PT -- Garcia's attorney, Darin Chavez, tells us ... "[Ryan] was taken by the BHPD to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment and to our knowledge, may be charged with public intoxication."

Ryan Garcia was arrested for felony vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills Saturday afternoon ... and TMZ Sports has video of the superstar boxer being led away by cops in handcuffs.

Law enforcement sources tell us the boxer was arrested and taken into custody after he allegedly damaged property at the hotel, including his room and the hallway.

In California, any damage over $400 can be considered a felony.

Claressa Shields isn't letting go of her wish to wreck Jake Paul's ass in the ring ... telling TMZ Sports she's still down to duke it out!!

Remember, the 14-0 female heavyweight started calling out the Problem Child back in 2020 ... when she challenged him for disrespecting the sport during our interview that year.

6/7 -- 10:20 AM PT -- TMZ Sports talked to Jorge Masvidal's boxing coach Jorge Capetillo -- who was front and center (JC was rockin' the burgundy t-shirt) when things kicked off on Thursday -- and we asked him about the brawl ... including what led up to the melee, and whether he's okay after the fight.

Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal don't fight for another month, but the action was well underway at their press conference on Thursday ... with "Gamebred" getting in the middle of a violent scuffle.

It all went down in Anaheim just minutes ago ... shortly after Diaz stormed off the stage without doing a ceremonial face-off with his opponent.

Jake Paul will still face off against Mike Tyson in the ring ... the highly-anticipated boxing match has been rescheduled for November 15.

As we previously reported -- the bout slated for July 20 was pushed back after medical professionals told Iron Mike to take it easy for a few weeks due to a recent ulcer flare.

The bout will still go down at the home of the Dallas Cowboys -- AT&T Stadium in Arlington -- and air on Netflix.

Deontay Wilder's fiancée, Telli Swift, just got a temporary restraining order against the star boxer ... after she claimed he abused her on multiple occasions over the last six years.

Swift, who began dating Wilder in 2015, applied for the TRO in Los Angeles late last week ... and on Monday -- two days after Wilder was knocked out in a high-profile match with Zhilei Zhang -- a judge granted it.

In her application for the order, Swift accused Wilder of choking her "at least five times" since 2018. She also stated the 38-year-old heavyweight spit on her several other times ... and claimed he once shoved her face in a pillow in a fit of rage for so long, she "nearly suffocated."
