The house always wins ... except against this pickup truck!

Local outlet KVVU-TV reports the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to an accident this afternoon after a pickup truck crashed into a casino downtown.

Check out the video ... you can see the vehicle perched on a pile of rubble just inside the Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel front doors as cops investigate the scene.

Dominiq Ponder -- a quarterback at the University of Colorado -- had double the legal limit of alcohol in his system when he was involved in a fatal car crash that took his life last month in Boulder County.

According to the medical examiner's autopsy report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Ponder's blood-alcohol content was recorded at .167 g/100 mL -- the legal limit in Colorado is 0.08.

The medical examiner also listed his cause of death as multiple blunt force injuries the 23-year-old suffered as a result of the crash.

A Louisiana festival turned into a scary situation when a driver plowed into a crowd during a Lao New Year Parade, leaving at least 15 people injured.

The chaos unfolded Saturday afternoon in New Iberia, where cops say a vehicle slammed into multiple pedestrians near the parade route. Video from the aftermath shows people on the ground, while others rush in to help the injured.

Witnesses describe a horrifying scene ... one attendee says the driver appeared to inch forward at first, revving his engine like he was joining the celebration before suddenly barreling into the crowd.

Jon Jones was caught on camera in a heated road altercation in New Mexico over the weekend.

In the footage, Jones is seen stepping out of his vehicle in Albuquerque and confronting another driver after an apparent close call on the road. The tense exchange shows both men going back and forth in the middle of the street.

The other driver, identified as Bryan Beltran, claims Jones nearly hit him multiple times before things escalated. You can hear him in the video saying ... "You almost f***ing hit me, bro," while Jones tries to keep things from boiling over.

Eugene Mirman's grateful he hasn't bit into his last burger here on Earth ... thanking the heroic individuals who pulled him from a fiery car wreck earlier this week.

The "Bob's Burgers" voice actor took to social media to acknowledge all the kind messages he's received from friends and strangers ... before shining a spotlight on his rescuers and the hospital staff that's nursing him back to health.

Mirman says he's doing "relatively alright" considering the circumstances ... before joking he hasn't had a phone in recent days because of the crash -- but he can't recommend slamming into the Bedford Toll Plaza to cut down on screen time.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio from Tuesday's terrifying crash, and you can hear responders describing him after he was pulled from the completely destroyed 2026 Lucid Gravity. He was quickly transported to the hospital.

Later in the audio, responders describe the vehicle as totally engulfed in flames and note they're dealing with not one but two blazes. They eventually got them under control and used a giant fire retardant sheet to help.

The victim in the Tiger Woods crash has lawyered up ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The notice of appearance and invocation of rights were filed in Florida on Thursday ... showing Jeromy Bullard will be represented by Jason Fagnano, a personal injury attorney who specializes in auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents.

The development now allows Bullard to be represented in the criminal case ... and makes sure his rights are protected every step of the way. It doesn't necessarily mean he's suing Woods.

Comedian Eugene Mirman was rescued from a fiery vehicle yesterday, and we have video and photos showing the full devastation of the accident that nearly claimed his life.

These shots are absolutely horrific ... in new video and pictures obtained by TMZ, Mirman's 2026 Lucid Gravity is actively burning as emergency workers are seen frantically trying to extinguish the blaze.

Firetrucks block off access to the toll, where the accident occurred, preventing the public from coming near the incinerated car.

10:40 AM PT -- Masyn Winn just shared a picture from the crash scene ... showing his black car banged up in the front.

"For everyone wondering ... I'm feeling great!" Winn said. "Car is a little banged up but nothing that can't be replaced! Big thanks to our security team and first responders for taking care of me! See yall on the field soon!"

St. Louis Cardinals player Masyn Winn was involved in a car accident hours after saving the day for his team ... with the organization announcing the shortstop was uninjured in the wreck.

The Cards released a statement on the matter ... stating 24-year-old Winn was traveling on Interstate 64 and Highway 40 when wet pavement caused him to crash.

The team said Winn was alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident ... and local authorities responded to the scene, as well as Cardinals staffers and security.

5:48 PM PT -- A rep for the "Bob's Burgers" voice actor, Eugene Mirman, tells TMZ ... "Eugene was in a very scary car accident. He wants to thank the bystanders, state police, first responders and hospital staff who saved him. He is grateful to be on the mend. At this time, we kindly ask for privacy for Eugene and his family as he focuses on recovering from his injuries."

Comedian Eugene Mirman -- who voices Gene Belcher in the animated comedy "Bob's Burgers" -- was pulled from a burning car after a terrifying crash Tuesday in Bedford, New Hampshire ... multiple sources tell TMZ.

The actor was trapped inside his 2026 Lucid Gravity, which had caught fire after he struck the Bedford Toll Plaza.

A veteran State Trooper, along with New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte and other witnesses, reportedly helped pull Eugene through the car window and bring him to safety.

Add Elin Nordegren's name to the growing list of people "concerned" for Tiger Woods' well-being after his rollover crash and DUI arrest.

Nordegren -- who shares two kids with Woods -- is reportedly worried after Friday's wreck, according to People … which ended with Tiger in handcuffs, where he's now facing three charges, including driving under the influence.

According to the report, Nordegren has concerns about whether Woods can stay healthy over the long run ... and be there for their kids -- 18-year-old Sam and 17-year-old Charlie.

7:15 AM PT Tuesday -- TMZ Sports obtained the arrest affidavit that shows Tiger Woods had two loose hydrocodone pills in his pocket at the time of his DUI arrest and stumbled through his field sobriety test.

Tiger Woods is addressing the question everyone is asking -- Why doesn't he get a driver, especially if he has a clear substance abuse problem. Well, he's not giving the answer people wanted.

Tiger cares a lot about his privacy, at least according to People. The mag cites an anonymous source who claims he won't hire a private driver because he "doesn't want anyone to watch over him or know what he is doing." The source adds that the legendary golfer also thinks he's fine to drive.

The insider goes on to say that Tiger "despises public scrutiny." It's pretty ironic, because he's come under plenty of scrutiny after getting busted twice for DUI.

7:15 AM PT Tuesday -- TMZ Sports obtained the arrest affidavit that shows Tiger Woods had two loose hydrocodone pills in his pocket at the time of his DUI arrest and stumbled through his field sobriety test.

Tiger Woods was arrested in Jupiter, FL, after speeding down a street, clipping a car, and rolling his Range Rover over ... according to law enforcement.

The accident happened around 2 PM ET. A pickup truck was turning into a driveway on a two-lane street when the Range Rover roared down the street at a high speed, according to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek.

The driver of the pickup truck tried to turn into a driveway, but the Range Rover was going at such a high speed that the pickup truck could not fully enter the driveway, and Tiger clipped that vehicle, causing the Range Rover to flip over on the driver's side.
