"Succession" star Nicholas Braun is free and clear after his DUI arrest last summer ... TMZ has learned the record has been completely expunged.

Av Harris, a rep for New Hampshire Judicial Branch, tells TMZ ... Not only has the DUI case been dropped against Braun, but -- as of December 10, 2025 -- a judge granted a petition to annul the record. A certificate of annulment was issued December 17, meaning the public record has been completely erased ... like it never existed.

We reached out to police, prosecutors and Braun's defense attorney to find out exactly why the charges were dropped. So far no word back.

But, this is all great news for Braun, considering he owns a bar called Ray's in New York City.

Legal trouble for former 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Mia Thornton ... she just got arrested in Georgia, and it's all on video.

Mia was busted Wednesday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and booked into the Fulton County Jail on a larceny charge ... police body cam footage shows.

Cops say Mia has been accused of stealing from a furnished condo ... to the tune of $11,000.

Delonte West found himself back in the slammer in Virginia -- this time, for a scary situation.

The former NBA star was taken into custody on Nov. 3 after the Fairfax County Police Department received a call for service regarding a male found unconscious and not breathing, the department tells us.

Officers arrived at the scene at a section of Fair Haven Avenue and Richmond Highway with EMS, and found him to be breathing. Police tell us they offered to take West to a hospital and he refused.

And just like that, Aaron Phypers is a free man! The estranged husband of Denise Richards swiftly bonded himself out of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station Friday night after satisfying his $200,000 bond.

We broke the news -- he was arrested after a contentious court hearing in L.A. Friday afternoon on an outstanding warrant his lawyer, Michael Finley, told TMZ is believed to be connected to Denise's allegations of physical abuse.

Michael accused the whole thing of being a set up at the hands of Denise's legal team.

Max Ehrich, an actor who was once engaged to Demi Lovato, is dealing with a legal mess down in Florida ... because he got arrested for allegedly getting violent with a family member.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Max was arrested Tuesday night for battery on a person 65 or older ... and the charge involves domestic violence on a family member.

We're told Max posted $1,000 bond and was released from jail Wednesday.

Nicholas authorized his attorney to enter a not guilty plea to the misdemeanor DUI charge he's facing after being arrested last month ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The actor had already been released on his own recognizance and now a judge is ordering him to stay away from alcohol, narcotics and controlled substances as the case moves forward.

Kelley Wolf has reportedly entered rehab as she works to prioritize her health while navigating a contentious split from Scott Wolf.

According to PEOPLE, the "Real World: New Orleans" alum has begun treatment while facing three misdemeanor charges tied to her estranged husband.

Kelley Wolf is in trouble again with the law in Utah ... this time she landed in jail for two misdemeanors after posting a series of disturbing Instagram messages, TMZ has learned.

Kelley  — the estranged wife of "Party of Five" star Scott Wolf — was taken into custody Tuesday night and booked into the Summit County Jail for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

She hasn't gone before a judge so no bail has been set. Police have not released a detailed narrative, but we've reached out to them ... no word back yet.

Police say "Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh told them he'd been drinking and was on his way back from a tavern when he crashed his car in New Jersey last week ... and cops say they found open containers in the vehicle.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the Rumson Police Department says they found an open cooler bag containing multiple empty and open White Claw Hard Seltzer cans in the Ford Explorer Dylan wrapped around a utility pole.

The docs also say a witness told cops they heard Dylan's wife allegedly screaming "get the bag out of the back seat" multiple times before police arrived.

Lil Nas X is breaking his silence over his arrest and subsequent felony charges ... he says it's been a terrifying few days but he's going to be just fine.
