Tyler Duckworth was found dead in an overflowing bathtub after a neighbor noticed water coming from his North Dakota apartment ... TMZ has learned.

Grand Forks PD tells TMZ ... officers responded to "The Challenge" star's home around 11:45 AM Tuesday for a welfare check involving an unresponsive person.

Police say a maintenance worker had gone into Tyler's unit after a neighbor reported excessive water coming from the apartment ... and discovered an overflowing bathtub with Tyler's body inside.

Tyler Duckworth from MTV's "The Challenge," is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Tyler died Tuesday after he was reportedly found unresponsive in a bathroom in North Dakota, where he had been living in recent years, according to The U.S. Sun.

Local officials reportedly classified his death as unattended, meaning no one witnessed it. The outlet also reports Tyler recently underwent surgery, though it's unclear if the procedure played any role in his death.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's mom, Pamela Warner, worked out a settlement with the actor's daughter's guardians over her inheriting a portion of his fortune ... TMZ has learned. 

Pamela tells us the agreement was hashed out with the guardians for Malcolm's daughter and has yet to be approved by the court. Malcolm's widow, Tenisha Warner, has not weighed in on the deal, nor does it appear she played a role ... but Pamela says she remains "hopeful that all parties will support the resolution."

Pamela said she also wanted to address the recent saddening public statements by Malcolm's widow, Tenisha. 

She said, "Recent claims that Pamela sought to prevent her granddaughter from receiving financial support are untrue."

12:13 PM PT -- Kenan Thompson took to Instagram to pay tribute to his his fellow "All That" star.

Former "All That" star Christy Knowings is dead after suffering an asthma attack that left her with brain damage ... TMZ has learned.

A family member tells TMZ ... Christy was hospitalized Friday after the attack and placed on life support.

We're told Christy remained on life support through Tuesday, when her family made the difficult decision to take her off it. She died Tuesday night at a Los Angeles-area hospital.

Kenan Thompson is mourning his fellow "All That" star Christy Knowings ... saying her death is unimaginable.

Kenan paid tribute to Christy on social media Thursday, shortly after we first reported her death, writing ... "Never could have imagined this day!!"

The 'SNL' star called Christy "a real one" and "one of the funniest people out here" ... while sending love to her family and adding, "Gonna miss you buddy!!!"

Nick Reiner has been indicted for allegedly murdering his parents -- Rob and Michele Reiner -- and special circumstance allegations have been added.

According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ... Reiner pled not guilty Wednesday to two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait after a grand jury indictment was unsealed. He also faces another special allegation that he personally used a dangerous and deadly weapon, a knife.

Special circumstances can increase potential penalties for Nick if he's found guilty at trial. It's unclear if prosecutors plan to pursue the death penalty, but it opens the door for the D.A. to pursue capital punishment if Nick is convicted.

Jill Zarin's mother, Gloria Kamen, is dead.

The former 'Real Housewives' star announced her mom's death in a heartfelt social media post Tuesday ... saying Gloria died earlier this morning.

The cause and manner of death are unclear.

Jill shared 20 photos of her mom in her Instagram post, remembering Gloria as "my best friend, my mentor, and the most important person in my life." 

Reggie Bannister, best known for battling the Tall Man throughout the "Phantasm" horror franchise, has died ... TMZ has learned.

Reggie's wife, Gigi tells TMZ ... the actor died early Sunday morning at their cabin in Crestline, located in California's San Bernardino County mountains. She tells us Reggie was happy to be home during his final moments and died peacefully.

Gigi says Reggie was exposed to Agent Orange while serving in Vietnam and later battled Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease.

Jon Cypher -- who famously played Prince Charming opposite Julie Andrews in the original TV production of "Cinderella" -- is dead.

The actor died August 3 at his home in Central Point, Oregon, with his wife of 40 years, Carol Rosin, by his side ... his family announced.

A cause of death was not disclosed.

Jon became a familiar face on television as the politically ambitious Police Chief Fletcher Daniels on "Hill Street Blues," appearing throughout the acclaimed drama's run.

Actress Tedde Moore -- who famously played Miss Shields in "A Christmas Story" — has died.

Moore passed away last Wednesday in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada, according to a Facebook post under her name. Her cause of death was not released.

Moore kicked off her acting career by starring alongside Christopher Walken in the play, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," in Stratford, Ontario. 

Jake Whisenant -- a climber who holds the record for the fastest time up Yosemite's El Capitan -- has died ... according to a report.

According to the California Post -- which cites the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Coroner -- Jake passed away on August 3. The circumstances surrounding his death are unknown at the time.

Bailee Moore -- a self-described longtime friend of Jake's -- paid tribute to him on social media ... writing that his loved ones take solace in knowing he was doing what he loved when he passed.

Ben Jones -- the actor-turned-politician best known for his role in the show "The Dukes of Hazzard" -- has died ... according to his wife.

Alma Viator -- to whom Jones was married from 1992 until his passing -- shared the tragic news Sunday ... sharing a photo of Ben grinning and holding a dog to her Facebook.

She said Ben passed from a "massive heart attack" while eagerly awaiting the start of the Atlanta Braves' game against the New York Yankees.

Five-time NBA champion and Hall of Fame coach Don Nelson has died at 86, his family announced Sunday.

Nelson’s family announced his death Sunday, saying the Basketball Hall of Famer passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones ... saying "On Sunday morning our beloved husband, dad, grandfather and great-grandfather Don Nelson peacefully went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family."

They added ... "Throughout his last week, friends and family encircled him with love, sharing the blessing of his friendship and revisiting treasured memories." A cause of death was not mentioned.

Robert Carradine’s family is suing the regents of the University of California, alleging serious failures at UCLA contributed to the actor’s death earlier this year.

The wrongful-death and elder-abuse lawsuit filed on Friday claims Carradine entered UCLA’s locked psychiatric unit seeking treatment and hoping the structured environment would "help with his anxiety," according to documents obtained by TMZ.

According to the lawsuit, however, the family believes UCLA failed to follow important safety procedures during Carradine’s stay ... one of the key allegations centers on a belt Carradine reportedly had with him when he was admitted.

The famous sports club from Rosario, Argentina -- Newell's Old Boys -- announced the sad news on social media Saturday, and celebrated him as a "pillar" who vigorously supported one of the best soccer players of all time with his wife, Celia Cuccittini, who survives him.

The club's translated message continued, "His constant companionship and behind-the-scenes leadership were essential in backing every step of Lionel, from his beginnings at Malvinas to the pinnacle of world football glory."

Jorge was not only Lionel's loving father, but also his agent who helped him create a celebrated career from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain and to his current home of Inter Miami.
