Nick Papageorgio ... from Yuma ... is about to be single again ... TMZ has learned the wife of "Vegas Vacation" star Ethan Embry has filed for divorce.

Sunny Mabrey -- a model who once starred in Limp Bizkit's "Nookie" video -- filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court ... asking a judge to end her 7-year marriage to 34-year-old Embry.

36-year-old Sunny -- who filed the documents without a lawyer -- blamed the split on irreconcilable differences.

Mel Gibson's step-mother insists it's all Mel's fault she's getting divorced from the actor's father -- and now, she wants Mel to pay her legal bills.

Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson just filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, asking a judge to make Mel a party in her divorce proceedings with Mel's father Hutton Gibson, who filed for divorce back in June.

According to the docs, filed by attorney Brian J. Kramer, Mel not only pushed his father to divorce Teddy -- he booted her from her marital home too ... and has been covering Hutton's legal bills.

As a result of his alleged involvement, Teddy wants a judge to order Mel to pay HER legal costs too -- which she estimates will be around $65,000. She says she has already spent $30,000.

Teddy also wants a judge to order Mel to let her back into her house. (As we reported, Teddy is already seeking a restraining order to block Mel from kicking her out, but that hasn't been ruled on yet).

And there's more ... Teddy wants $15,000/month in spousal support from Hutton -- an expense Mel would probably be footing.

There's a hearing today to rule on Teddy's latest request.

The ex-wife of Keenan Ivory Wayans is about to embark on a brand new adventure ... by playing the ex-wife of Keenan Ivory Wayans ... on the VH1 reality show "Hollywood Exes."

Sources tell us, Daphne Wayans -- who was married to Keenan from 2001 to 2004 and has 5 children with him -- will join the cast for the second season of the VH1 show ... just as soon as they get picked up by the network.

Wayans will be in good company ... joining the exes of Prince, R. Kelly, Will Smith, Eddie Murphy and Jose Canseco as they try to come out of their husbands' shadows and into their own.

Ya know ... by using their famous last names.

We shot Daphne earlier this week hanging out with her future co-stars (below), and they all seemed pretty chummy.

Tom Cruise has had it with reports he's a bad dad, and his lawyer is calling one of the mags on the carpet.

Attorney Bert Fields just fired off an email, attacking "Life & Style," for what he says is "a bogus cover headline that Suri has been 'ABANDONED BY HER DAD.'"

Fields says, "That, as anyone knows who saw their photos together yesterday and today, is a disgusting, vicious lie." Fields goes on, "Until this week, Tom was shooting a film on location, but he spoke to Suri every day."

John Cena's divorce nightmare has come to an end ... in fact, the two sides have agreed to bury the hatchet ... TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported, Elizabeth Huberdeau felt like she was blindsided when Cena unexpectedly filed to end their 3-year marriage back in May.

Things got nasty ... quickly ... with Liz making moves to challenge the couple's prenup. Liz also said she believed Cena was messing around with other women behind her back.

But now, Liz's attorney, Raymond Rafool, tells TMZ the two have managed to work things out privately ... saying, "All matters [in the divorce] have been settled and resolved amicably.”

The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Katie Holmes was tight-lipped on the streets of New York this AM ... sans Suri.

As her 6-year-old daughter took a chopper ride with her 50-year-old estranged husband ... Katie went to SoulCycle for a little spinning.

Katie spins a lot ... at least that's what Tom's people say.

Tom Cruise capped off his first day back with Suri with a fancy sleepover at his swanky Manhattan hotel ... and now the father-daughter duo is all set for another day of fun, excitement and helicopters.

Tom just left The Greenwich Hotel ... with Suri wrapped up in his arms. Seems Cruise is doing everything in his power to make sure Suri feels comfortable:

Security blanket? Check.
Dolly? Check.
Stuffed animal? Check.

We're told Tom rented out 3 suites for himself and staff ... so they had all sorts of room to play and hang out.

As for today ... Tom and Suri just boarded a chopper ... and we're told the two have an action-packed day ahead of them.

Tom Cruise looked just like any other dad -- who's world famous and watched by dozens of paparazzi -- as he took his daughter to gymnastics moments ago in NYC.

Suri Cruise had her head buried in Tom's shoulder as they left the Greenwich Hotel, and walked through a gauntlet of photogs and fans to get to their SUV.

Cameras were also waiting as they arrived a few minutes later at Chelsea Piers for Suri's gymnastics class.

10:45 AM PST: We're told Tom is taking Suri to Chelsea Piers later today for her gymnastics lesson. As for how Tom picked Suri up ... we're told he went to Katie's apartment, but he never saw his soon-to-be ex-wife. He was inside the apartment for less than 5 minutes.

Tom Cruise has reunited with his daughter for the first time since Katie Holmes filed for divorce last month.

Tom wrapped his latest movie shoot and flew to New York City, where we're told he'll be spending several days with his 6-year-old daughter. This pic (above) shows Tom carrying Suri into The Greenwich Hotel.

Sources tell TMZ ... Tom will have no contact with Katie. Suri will be picked up and taken back with the help of intermediaries.

"Star Trek: Voyager" star Robert Picardo has had a pretty stellar career over the past few decades ... unfortunately the same can't be said for his marriage -- 'cause the actor just filed for divorce from his looong-time wife of almost 28 YEARS.

The 58-year-old actor -- who starred in "Star Trek" and "Stargate: Atlantis" -- filed for divorce from his wife, Linda Pawlik, in L.A. Superior Court Wednesday ... citing irreconcilable differences.

Picardo and Pawlik have two daughters together, but neither are minors. They tied the knot waaaaaay back in 1984.

Just think ... that's worth about 142 Kim K. marriages.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have officially severed ties -- their divorce became final today.

Russell filed for divorce at the very end of 2011, and the settlement was hashed out quickly, but it takes a full 6 months before a divorce in California can become final.

We broke the story ... even though there wasn't a prenup, Russell walked away from half of the $44 million fortune that Katy racked up during their 14-month marriage.

Even though they had to wait for a legal divorce, they didn't wait to move on. Both have been seeing other people for months.

After less than 650 days of marriage -- "Spy Kids" star Alexa Vega took a cue from Katie Holmes' playbook and officially pulled the plug on her marriage to a much older man, TMZ has learned.

The 23-year-old actress -- who played Carmen Cortez in the "SK" franchise -- filed docs in L.A. Superior Court recently ... citing irreconcilable differences with her 36-year-old husband Sean Covel.

In the docs, Vega lists the date of separation as March 5th, 2012 ... meaning the couple was separated for several months before the actress decided to legally axe the union.

Vega and Covel were married October 10, 2010 in South Dakota ... the actress was just 21 at the time -- but you can check her out (below) at age 6, starring opposite Rick Moranis in "Little Giants."

"Real Housewives of O.C." star Vicki Gunvalson just scored a multi-million-dollar haul in her drawn-out divorce -- TMZ has learned, she's walking away with the ex-couple's gorgeous mansion.

Vicki and her husband Donn have been hammering out the details of their divorce since Vicki filed back in 2010 -- and now, TMZ has obtained legal docs which show Vicki was granted sole ownership over the ex-couple's 5,400 square foot Coto de Caza home.

It's GIANT ... and it sits on a one-acre plot of land, featuring a ridiculous pool with a waterfall.

As we reported, the Gunvalsons attempted to sell the house last year for $2.695 million -- but clearly, the house didn't budge. So now, they've decided it's all Vicki's problem.

Tom Cruise did not pay Katie Holmes a lump sum in his divorce settlement, but he will pay handsomely in the child support department ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Our well-connected sources tell us ... reports that Katie scored $50 million are "ridiculous." We're told she did not get a lump sum of money at all. As we previously reported, Katie signed a prenup which gave her goose eggs by ending the marriage. And, sources connected with Katie have been telling us from day 1 that she was not after his money. As one source put it, "She has her own money."

We do know, however, that Tom is paying "a lot of money" in the form of child support. Tom will be making regular payments for 12 years. Our sources say all tolled, Tom will be paying "more than $10 million" in child support, though no one would be more specific.

It's one of his most famously bizarre moments -- Tom Cruise jumping up and down on Oprah's couch ... on national TV -- but surprisingly, the big O doesn't think the outburst had ANY effect on his marriage.

Oprah was out in DC yesterday, when she was asked if Tom's infamous 2005 couch stunt damaged his relationship with Katie Holmes -- and she burst out laughing ... calling the mere notion "ridiculous."

In case you forgot, Tom had been dating Katie just over a month at the time ... and exploded on Oprah's show, explaining how head-over-heels he was about his new girl.

But here's the thing -- the incident is widely cited as evidence that Scientology had fundamentally changed Tom Cruise ... for the worse ... so it's not crazy to wonder if Katie saw red flags from the get go.

Tom Cruise did NOT settle his divorce with Katie Holmes because he feared she might spill secrets about the actor -- this according to Tom's lawyer.

Attorney Bert Fields scoffs at reports claiming Tom was fearful of what Katie might reveal, telling TMZ, "Tom had nothing to hide and did nothing in the agreement to hide anything. People are just making this stuff up."

As for the child custody arrangement, it appears Tom will indeed have the "significant" contact with Suri that we reported about last week. Fields said, "Tom will definitely have a meaningful relationship with his daughter, but I can't talk about specifics of the agreement."

Fields said Tom's primary concern in the settlement was Suri and added Tom was "pleased we could work out how Suri will be treated and dealt with."
