Seal's finally left Heidi Klum -- he flew out of the country last night ... and did it with a you-know-what eatin' grin on his face.

The singer wasn't looking like a guy whose wife is divorcing him as he boarded a flight to her native country of Germany -- smiling for the cameras waiting outside LAX.

By the way, Seal was still wearing his wedding ring.

Right before heading to the airport ... Seal fueled ridiculous speculation his split from Heidi is a PR stunt to pump up record sales by performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

He sang ... "I'll Be Around."

Seal isn't the only one clinging to symbols of his crumbling marriage -- Heidi Klum was also still wearing her wedding ring yesterday in L.A ... but with a twist.

The pic was snapped as Heidi was leaving the set of "Germany's Next Top Model" (yes, it's shot in LA) -- and she was still sporting either her wedding band ... or her engagement ring. If it was the engagement ring though, Heidi was hiding the giant diamond.

It's the first time we've seen Heidi's face since news broke about her split from her husband -- her full face at least.

Millionaire PayPal founder Elon Musk's wife has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The British "Pride and Prejudice" actress -- named Talulah Riley -- filed the papers on January 17th, citing "irreconcilable differences" ... one day before Musk publicly announced the couple's split on Twitter.

In a telephone interview with Forbes on the 18th, Musk -- worth a reported $680 million -- made it sound as though he was the driving force behind the divorce, claiming, "I still love her, but I’m not in love with her. And I can’t really give her what she wants.”

The Forbes headline reads, "Elon Musk to Divorce Wife" -- but clearly, Talulah beat him to the punch. So far, Elon has NOT filed divorce documents.

It's unclear who truly wished to end the relationship, or whether it was a mutual decision.

Seal's marriage to Heidi Klum might not be over -- in a new interview with Piers Morgan, the singer said ... "Is it irreparable? You can never say never."

Seal added, "Whether we get back together or not, it may happen. I can't speak for [Heidi]."

Seal admitted, he's not sure if he wants to reconcile -- claiming, "If it were that easy -- if there weren't problems, we'd still be together. That is the reality."

Seal added, "My love for [Heidi] has not waned one iota. I love her with all my heart."

Seal also commented on his wedding ring, claiming, "I'm still wearing my wedding ring because I'm still married to this incredible woman." So we gotta ask ...

Kenny G and his wife, Lyndie Benson-Gorelick, are working out their marital issues in private ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the case will be handled by a private judge, because both Kenny and his wife want to avoid the drama of a public break-up.

Both Kenny G and his wife filed for legal separation earlier this month. In fact, they each filed their legal docs the same day, leading us to believe this was a coordinated effort by Kenny's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Lyndie's attorney, Gary Fishbein -- and that generally means the parties are getting along.

Seal may or may not have a message for Heidi Klum -- singing Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" on today's episode of "Ellen."

Barack Obama performed his own rendition of the famous break-up song just days ago -- but given the timing of Seal's split from Heidi ... we doubt his performance was an homage to POTUS.

Among the lyrics -- "Baby, let's, let's stay together / Loving you whether, whether times are good or bad, happy or sad."

The song appears on Seal's new album -- but there are plenty of other songs he could have chosen to perform.

So we gotta ask ...

Heidi Klum did not make a snap decision to divorce Seal. She's interviewed a number of the best divorce lawyers in L.A. over the last 2 weeks ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources say Heidi has already selected one of the lawyers based on her interviews, and as we first reported, she has already decided she will file for divorce.

We're told the interviews with the lawyers were conducted at a secret location because Heidi was concerned about a leak.

We're told all of the lawyers she met with have repped a number of celebrity clients -- the attorneys are among the most prominent in town.

And there's a twist. Seal can't hire any of the lawyers Heidi rejected because she shared confidential information with them, so representing Seal would create a conflict of interest. The good news for Seal -- there are still other good divorce lawyers to be had.

Seal kept his promise to appear on Ellen's show, and he explained that he's keeping his ring on -- despite the breakup of his marriage -- because he still has a connection to Heidi Klum.

Seal adds he has no intention of taking the ring off anytime soon.

Heidi Klum's eyes were spotted last night on an L.A. street.

Klum was driving with her mom past a car accident and apparently saw photogs on scene, so she hid the best she could.

Heidi Klum is divorcing Seal largely because she has had it with his volcanic temper ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us ... Heidi's decision to divorce Seal has nothing to do with a third person. There is NO issue of infidelity.

But Seal's inability to control his anger has become too much for Heidi to take, in no small part because it's affecting their children.

TMZ broke the story that Heidi will divorce Seal, and we've learned this was not a snap decision. As one source said, "It was a long time in coming."

We're also told ... their careers also played a part in Heidi's decision. She has become a mega-entrepreneur and extremely rich, and that professional evolution has created a distance between them.

For his part, Seal has a new album coming out and he's about to launch an international tour.

We're told Heidi and Seal are still living under the same roof, but that will change very soon.

Heidi's rep told PEOPLE that the couple was separating, but as TMZ first reported, Heidi wants a divorce. The couple says, "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."

Seal is already speaking out about the breaking up of his marriage to Heidi Klum, telling Tavis Smiley it will be handled civilly for the benefit of their kids.

Tavis asked Seal how he and Heidi can avoid the ugly break-up that has become prevalent among celebs, and he said, "We're just not those kind of people."

Seal said, "What one has to do in this situation is to remain civil, to retain one's dignity, to be professional, and to understand that we are not the only people on this planet that are going through this."

Seal refuses to give up on his marriage -- wearing his wedding ring out in L.A. today ... despite Heidi Klum's plans to divorce him.

Seal braved the rain in a dark gray suit on his way into a studio moments ago ... two days after TMZ broke the story his wife's calling it quits.

As we previously reported, Seal is scheduled to tape a segment for Ellen later today to promote his new album. He's expected to give an interview as well as perform. No word on whether the subject of divorce will be off limits.

Seal is scheduled to appear on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show today to promote his new album, and so far it's all systems go ... sources connected with the production tell TMZ.

We're told Seal is supposed to appear in 2 segments -- an interview segment and another where he sings.

The taping is scheduled for 4 PM PT ... and so far Seal's team has not called to cancel.

If Seal does appear, it's possible if not likely that his people will ask that Ellen not talk about the story TMZ broke .... that Heidi will file for divorce.

Deion Sanders has had enough of his awkward living situation -- sharing a home with the woman he's divorcing -- and now he's asking a judge to force his estranged wife Pilar to move out.

According to docs filed in Texas last week, Deion believes the home is his separate property and that Pilar "should be ordered to vacate the residence."

Deion believes the divorce should be governed by the prenup. As we previously reported, Pilar wants that prenup thrown out because she feels she was duped into signing it. But Deion says Pilar knew exactly what she was signing, and even consulted with lawyers beforehand.

Deion also wants the court to sanction Pilar for violating the rules of conduct for people getting divorced in Collin County ... which state both parties cannot:

-- Disturb the peace of the children
-- Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family
-- Talk about the divorce in front of the kids

Just hours before TMZ broke the story about Heidi Klum gearing up for divorce, Seal arrived back in L.A. after a quick trip to London -- wearing massive shades, a red scarf, an enormous-collared jacket, and a grim expression.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Heidi will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week. We're told Heidi will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the divorce.

The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl from a prior relationship.

The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary ... in a lavish ceremony.

As for splitting up the goodies, there's a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It's unclear how much Seal made.

Heidi attended last Sunday's Golden Globes without Seal. The last photo she tweeted with him was back on December 26.

The last time TMZ filmed Seal and Heidi together, we asked her what the key to a successful marriage is. She didn't answer the question.
