Safaree’s attempt to lower child support payments to his ex-wife Erica Mena has resulted in a volcanic eruption of receipts ... surveillance video appears to show Erica being a human tornado inside his home ... while his mother got a good look at his schlong!!!

Neither are mainstays on "Love & Hip Hop" anymore, and Safaree has been pushing for the courts to lower his child support, which missile-launched a flurry of "deadbeat" allegations from Erica all week.

To defend his name, Safaree dropped a 30-minute vlog capturing Erica in the act of smashing furniture in his home as their children looked on -- but she's willing to cease fire.

Artem Chigvintsev has walked away with his best-case scenario following a 2-hour hearing in his Nikki Garcia (AKA Bella) divorce case ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the professional dancer and the retired WWE star had a hearing in the Napa County, California court Tuesday, where a judge ordered the exes to share custody of their son, 4-year-old Matteo.

This was certainly the outcome the "Dancing with the Stars" alum was hoping for ... as he previously requested joint custody when he filed his divorce response in September.

Mustard's divorce is in the books ... because he's come to a settlement with his ex-wife Chanel Thierry ... and he's walking away with a ton of luxury cars and real estate.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mustard's divorce attorney Samantha Spector helped with the deal in which it looks like Mustard is walking away with a bunch of pricey assets.

The settlement calls for Mustard to hang on to a fleet of luxury whips, including a 2022 Maybach Benz, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 2019 Lamborghini Urus ... plus more.

Nothing has changed since 2023 that would warrant this desperate filing and attempt for attention other than Mr. Young's refusal to drop his confidential efforts to have Sophy's license terminated by the Osteopathic Medical Board."

4:10 PM PT -- The judge has granted the TRO.

Dr. Dre's former psychiatrist isn't just suing him, he's downright terrified of him -- so much so, he's asking a judge to order the music mogul to stay away ... TMZ has learned.

Dr. Charles Sophy filed for a temporary restraining order Friday in L.A. County Court ... citing the alleged threats he says Dre texted him over the course of 18 months. Sophy, who had served as a marriage counselor for Dre and his now ex-wife Nicole during their divorce, wants the court to force Dre to stay 100 yards away from him and his 22-year-old son.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, he also wants Dre to stop contacting him altogether ... whether by phone, text or email. Sophy's fear is evident in the documents -- he says Dre knows where he lives, and has previously been inside his home.

Cardi B gave herself an early birthday present with a lavish stay at a luxury short-term rental in Paris ... and the place looks fit for a queen.

Sources tell TMZ ... last week, Cardi B shacked up at a super exclusive Airbnb in Paris, a penthouse overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

"All mental health professionals work with individuals and families at their most vulnerable and emotionally challenging times of their lives. However, threatening and harassing someone as a means to express one’s emotions is an unacceptable behavior that the world at large cannot tolerate. Unfortunately, Mr. Young’s recent conduct since the filing of the complaint only perpetuates his chosen consistent pattern of behavior. This dispute is about his consistent pattern of negative and abusive behavior and nothing else."

Dr. Dre's firing back against his former psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy, a day after the shrink filed a lawsuit against the music mogul ... claiming Sophy tried to turn Dre's own son against him.

In a legal letter obtained by TMZ -- sent back in February, 2023 -- Dr. Dre's lawyer, Howard King, rips into Sophy, claiming the doc committed malpractice and breached his duty of trust.

King expressed a similar sentiment to TMZ in response to Sophy filing his lawsuit Wednesday, accusing Dre of threatening him -- however, the letter paints a more serious picture of the alleged havoc wreaked by Sophy.

Judge Greg Mathis is feeling confident about a possible reconciliation with wife Linda ... who filed to divorce the TV judge back in August.

Despite the marriage woes, Judge Mathis tells us he's on the road to a romantic reunion ... confirming he and Linda have been doing well in recent weeks.

As he puts it ... things are so much better now and he and Linda will "be reconciled shortly."
