Presley Gerber's final hours are coming into focus ... with sources telling TMZ he appeared to be under the influence when he checked into rehab the night before his death.

Influencer Clavicular is facing charges of rape, drugging someone for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts -- allegations his rep is pushing back against.

Milli Vanilli's Fab Morvan revealed his modest 4-figure monthly income as he fights his estranged wife Kim Marlowe's request that he pay her legal fees in divorce court.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Fab said he earns $1,846 per month in wage/salary income and another $1,500 a month as a bonus, which he says is based on an annual bonus of $18,000.

The paperwork said Fab only has $3,845 in cash and in his bank accounts. He lists $0 in stock, bonds, and other assets.

Nick Mathews -- a CEO in the rehab and sober living space -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to discuss Presley's shocking death at a Santa Monica rehab facility.

Charles asked Nick if people should be surprised that Presley did not appear sober when he checked in the night before he died.

Nick tells us many addicts are intoxicated when they arrive after one last night of partying, and sobriety isn't always a precursor to getting into a rehab facility.

Brittney Griner's estranged wife, Cherelle Griner, is asking the court to consider how rich the WNBA star is when determining support ... TMZ has learned.

Cherelle filed court docs responding to Brittney's divorce petition after 8 years of marriage. During Brittney's detention in Russia, Cherelle was extremely vocal, calling for her release.

In her paperwork, Cherelle listed the date of marriage as June 18, 2018, and the date of separation as July 24, 2026 ... and she said the marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation."

Clavicular is firing back at the person accusing him of rape ... posting what he claims are old text messages and a handwritten letter that paint a much friendlier picture of their relationship.

The influencer shared screenshots of the alleged messages and letter on social media Monday ... writing, "Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously... really petty of you."

The messages appear to show the woman telling Clavicular, "I want you (not gonna lie)," saying she wanted "a man to relax with" and suggesting they keep everything private and off social media.

Presley Gerber's ex-girlfriend is "very angry" that the model died at 27 from a suspected overdose in a rehab facility ... and she says he didn't deserve to die young.

The alleged victim claims she met Clavicular on social media, and it "evolved into her being paid to do Looksmaxxing videos." She said he invited her over to his home in Massachusetts, and she arrived around 5 PM, and his mom and grandma were inside.

Kim Zolciak's son, Kroy Biermann Jr., is back home with his mother after his release from jail in his sexual battery case ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... KJ was released within the last several days and is now living with Kim, who has full-time care of him.

As TMZ first reported ... prosecutors in KJ's criminal case recently filed emergency docs asking a judge to order forensic interviews with "minor children." No other details were provided.

Carrot Top's legal team rushed to court days after his attempted suicide, begging the court to stop the man allegedly attempting to extort the comedian from filing damaging court documents they believe are intended to harm their client ... TMZ has learned.

A motion filed on behalf of Carrot Top -- legal name Scott Christopher Thompson - seeks to stop Brian Evans, the alleged extortionist, from filing new motions and other documents in their ongoing legal battle.

The Bulwark released a report on Monday ... stating Clav has been charged with rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor, all related to an alleged incident that went down in May 2025.

While the alleged victim in the case has not been identified, it appears to be the same incident relayed by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in a civil lawsuit she filed earlier this year.
