Whitney Purvis has been placed on suicide watch at the Georgia jail where she's being held for involuntary manslaughter ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the "16 and Pregnant" star was medically designated and committed within the jail system after making suicidal comments behind bars. Our sources say she's also undergoing a detox as she withdraws from drug use.

We broke the story ... Purvis was arrested Monday, accused of distributing a dangerous street drug known as "Tranq" -- a lethal mix of fentanyl and xylazine.

Here's the verdict sheet returned by jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial ... and you can see the check marks for "Not Guilty" on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Jurors reached their verdict Wednesday morning last week after a couple days of deliberations ... and they acquitted Diddy on one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura and one count of sex trafficking of "Jane."

The 12-member jury -- 8 men and 4 women -- only checked "Guilty" on counts 3 and 5 ... which are both transportation for the purpose of prostitution, AKA the Mann Act.

Diddy's legal team is touting their huge victory at the federal criminal trial last week ... while blasting the latest lawsuit against the mogul, claiming he doused a man with his semen after masturbating into a Notorious B.I.G. shirt.

Attorneys for Diddy have now responded to the suit filed Monday by the John Doe plaintiff, who accuses Diddy of ejaculating into the garment and tossing it at him, causing semen to splash on his lap and arm.

The suit comes just days after Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges at his federal criminal trial in NYC -- though he was convicted of the lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Total mayhem outside a California GameStop this weekend -- three men got into a fight while waiting in line for Pokémon cards ... resulting in one man being stabbed, and cops swooping in and arresting the two suspects.

Watch the clip of the wild brawl that went down Saturday morning in Colma, near San Francisco -- it all kicked off when Miguel OrellanasFlores and Isaiah Calles reportedly cut in line, sparking an argument with the victim. The three men exchanged blows as other people scrambled out of the way.

After the video cuts out, police say things escalated when 49-year-old OrellanaFlores allegedly smacked the victim in the back of the head with a glass Mason jar. Then 27-year-old Calles allegedly grabbed the shattered glass and stabbed the victim multiple times.

Whitney Purvis has double the trouble with the authorities -- not only was the "16 and Pregnant" star picked up by local police, but the feds also arrested her and are now investigating the case ... TMZ has learned.

Jae W. Chung, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, tells TMZ ... Whitney was busted Monday by Atlanta-based DEA agents and officers from the Rome Police Department in Georgia.

As we first reported ...Whitney was hit with state charges of involuntary manslaughter and drug offenses in connection with the fentanyl death of John Mark Harris.

Whitney Purvis is in police custody after being arrested for felony involuntary manslaughter involving a fatal overdose ... TMZ has learned.

The "16 and Pregnant" star was busted Monday by sheriff's deputies in Floyd County, GA ... according to online records. The involuntary manslaughter charge is for intentionally distributing a drug called Tranq -- a combo of Fentanyl and Xylazine.

Cops say the Tranq caused the victim -- John Mark Harris -- to suffer a toxic overdose.

The feds are hesitant to pursue criminal charges against powerful men named in the Jeffrey Epstein files because they aren't confident they can secure a conviction ... at least according to investigative reporter Tara Palmeri.

Tara's been covering the Epstein case for years now, and she joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday to give us her read on the DOJ/FBI memo announcing no "further disclosure" and no investigations against uncharged third parties.

While Tara agrees there's no client list, she says the FBI definitely has evidence linking the rich and powerful to Epstein's prostitution ring ... but she says the memo makes them sound gun-shy about prosecuting.

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis left a lengthy and emotional message on the online obituary page of a man who fatally overdosed on drugs she allegedly supplied ... TMZ has learned.

The heartfelt comment, posted on March 3, was written weeks after the February death of John Mark Harris -- who authorities say was given deadly drugs by Purvis prior to his death.

Purvis wrote ... "John mark, I hate that I found out what happened today and missed your funeral. I wish I could've found out sooner and attended your celebration of life. thank you for being such a great friend to me and always making me feel beautiful and cared for."

LAPD's finest are hot on the trail of the three suspects who broke into Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles home last month -- and detectives may soon get a break in the case ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … investigators are combing through surveillance footage and submitting fingerprints lifted from the scene to be compared to other prints in the police database. Dallas Cowboys star KaVontae Turpin was allegedly hitting speeds near 100 MPH with a gun in his backseat before he was arrested over the weekend, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to an Allen Police Department incident report we obtained, Turpin was pulled over at around 11:49 PM on Saturday in Texas after cops say they clocked him going 97 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in his 2022 Dodge.
