Paramedics rushed to the scene moments after Offset was shot at a casino in Hollywood, Florida ... according to photos obtained by TMZ.

We’ve obtained photos of an ambulance arriving at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL, minutes after the former Migos rapper was shot.

Check the pics ... as they show paramedics pulling up to the entrance with lights flashing while security and bystanders crowded the area -- showing first responders as they place a victim inside the emergency vehicle.

There are a couple of new notes in the Nancy Guthrie cold case ... both from the same person offering information on the kidnapper, but for the first time they're revealing an exact location and claiming they saw her in Mexico.

TMZ received the first new note Monday morning -- the same day Savannah Guthrie made her return to "TODAY" -- and it's from the person who has been offering to rat out the kidnappers for nearly two months now. They say their demand for 1 bitcoin to "deliver them on a silver platter" still stands.

Shortly after we talked about the first note on "TMZ Live," the person sent a second letter saying ... "I Saw her alive with them in the state of Sonora Mexico."

Joseph Duggar's arrest on child molestation allegations prompted an email from his brother-in-law Austin Forsyth ... with Austin offering to help Joseph's wife, Kendra Duggar, get through things.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, there's an email exchange between Joseph and Austin, who is married to Joseph's sister, "19 Kids and Counting" star Joy-Anna.

Austin emailed Joseph on March 25, while Joseph was behind bars at the Washington County Detention Center in Arkansas following allegations he molested a 9-year-old girl in Florida.

Court papers were filed Monday asking the judge to "relieve the Public Defender from further representation" of Nancy's husband, Stephen Bowen ... saying it'd be a conflict of interest.

In the motion obtained by TMZ, the Broward County public defender's office says they're "ethically precluded" from representing Bowen because several members of their office "had both personal and professional relationships" with Nancy.

A Louisiana festival turned into a scary situation when a driver plowed into a crowd during a Lao New Year Parade, leaving at least 15 people injured.
