Anna Kepner’s stepbrother allegedly choked her “for minutes” as his final “barbaric” act in her murder … according to prosecutors.

In a newly unsealed transcript from a February hearing obtained by TMZ, prosecutors described how they say Timothy Hudson -- Anna’s 16-year-old stepbrother -- killed her … claiming he put her in a chokehold until she suffocated to death.

Prosecutor Alejandra Lopez described it as “a barbaric, intentional, thoughtful act,” saying "[w]hile she struggled to breathe for minutes, he continued to hold her neck in that manner so that she would die from lack of oxygen.”

Dominic Russo's sister Christine is ripping her brother's murderer, Mackenzie Shirilla ... and she's taking issue with the fame, notoriety, and money flowing Mackenzie's way on the heels of a popular Netflix documentary.

Christine joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday, and we asked her about "The Crash" ... a Netflix production about Mackenzie's double murder case following the fatal car crash that killed Dominic and his friend, Davion Flanagan.

Dominic's sister says she's "furious" her brother's "cold-blooded evil killer" is getting a bunch of attention and, in some instances, support ... Christine says Mackenzie is a narcissist, and this is exactly what she craves.

It's everyone's worst nightmare ... a complete stranger jumping out of a vehicle and attacking you on the street in broad daylight ... well, that's exactly what happened to a 14-year-old girl from Michigan, and it was all caught on video!

Check out the terrifying surveillance footage recently released by Kentwood PD ... showing the teenage girl -- blurred to protect her identity -- as she strolls down a sidewalk in the Michigan neighborhood of Kentwood on May 12.

A 911 call was made from Josh Jacobs' home during the alleged violent attack involving the Packers star ... with dispatch telling police she could hear "yelling and screaming" on an open line.

According to newly released dispatch audio, obtained by TMJ 4, officials received not one but two calls about the incident ... one from the scene of the alleged crime, and the other from a neighbor next door.

"Things being thrown," the dispatcher tells officers, adding, "Possibly a male and female."

"Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards' wife Amanda Conner has broken her silence about her recent arrest for child abuse/neglect.

Amanda shared a video on TikTok on Wednesday apologizing for her actions while curling her hair ... admitting to relapsing after 3 years of sobriety, saying she "got too comfortable" and let her "guard down."

The money manager whom Floyd Mayweather claims ran a years-long scheme, where he stole $175 million, is fighting a prison sentence handed down in an unrelated case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jona Rechnitz was ordered to serve 5 months in prison as part of a case involving allegations of wire fraud … but he is fighting the sentence.

The charges were brought back in 2016. Jona pleaded guilty to honest services fraud and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors on related cases in the hopes of getting a lenient sentence. The case dragged on for years until the codefendants’ cases were resolved.

Mackenzie Shirilla claimed she was struggling with "blackouts" just weeks before the crash that killed her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and friend Davion Flanagan ... according to text messages obtained by TMZ.

The messages -- exchanged between Shirilla and Russo, weeks before the 2022 high-speed crash in Strongsville, Ohio -- show the then-teen discussing episodes where she would lose awareness or suddenly black out.

In early July of 2022, Mackenzie texts Dom saying she recently had one of the worst blackouts she's had ... adding she's "scared it's just gonna get worse."

Matthew Perry's ex-assistant is headed to prison for helping supply the ketamine that killed the beloved "Friends" actor ... with a judge handing down the sentence Wednesday.

Kenneth Iwamasa was sentenced to 41 months behind bars after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine resulting in death in connection with Perry’s October 2023 fatal overdose.

Back in 2024, Iwamasa cut a plea deal with federal prosecutors ... they were pushing for a nearly 3 1/2-year sentence -- which is exactly what he got -- and argued Iwamasa became far more than just Perry's assistant -- allegedly acting as the actor's drug supplier and injector despite having no medical training.

Gervonta Davis is in the crosshairs of authorities in Maryland who want the star boxer in handcuffs after allegedly violating his probation during an altercation at a Miami strip club last year.

A Baltimore judge signed off on an arrest warrant on April 24, accusing 31-year-old Tank of breaking the rules of his probation, originally stemming from a hit-and-run in 2020, where multiple people were hurt.

The violation occurred, according to local officials, when Davis allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel, at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami, where she was working as a cocktail server, during the early morning hours of October 27, 2025.

Rossel claimed Davis forcibly grabbed her by the neck and physically moved her through the club against her will ... before she was ultimately able to escape, which surveillance video appears to back up.

DeenTheGreat is spending at least some of his Wednesday behind bars instead of on a live stream ... because the influencer boxer was arrested in Miami-Dade County.

According to jail records, obtained by TMZ, Deen -- whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz -- was booked Wednesday morning and is currently being processed at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.

Records show he was arrested on a felony charge of robbery/strongarm/attempt ... with bond still listed as "to be set."

According to a court doc obtained by TMZ, Hollywood makeup artist Allie Shehorn alleges Pasqual sexually assaulted and raped her during an April 2024 incident while the two were dating.

In the filing, Shehorn alleges Pasqual subjected her to "controlling, coercive, threatening, and physically violent conduct" during their relationship ... claiming the abuse escalated over time.

According to text messages between Mackenzie and Dominic -- released by law enforcement -- Mackenzie says she believed Dominic was trying to harm her during a heated argument between the two. Investigators claimed Mackenzie and Dom got into it while she was driving erratically, just weeks before the fatal crash.

In the Netflix documentary "The Crash," investigators detail an incident that occurred just weeks before the fatal crash, explaining allegations on both ends, with Dom's family claiming he had been in contact with his mom and has asked her to come help him while Mackenzie was driving.

Mackenzie Shirilla's late boyfriend Dominic Russo sent her a chilling text message in the weeks before she killed him in a car crash ... talking to her about life being short.

In the text message, obtained by TMZ, Dom tells Mackenzie ... "Kenzie u know i love u but i dont think we should be together at this point there isnt very much time on earth."

Dominic proceeds to mention constant fights and breakups that don't stick ... telling her they need some time apart.

The heated messages -- exchanged by the couple, roughly a week before the accident which ultimately claimed Dom's life -- show the couple locked in an emotional argument surrounding Dom needing some space from Mackenzie.

In one exchange, Mackenzie tells Dom that she has "so much hate" and claims it stems from everything he put her through ... without getting specific.

Matthew Perry's former assistant Kenneth Iwamasa allegedly cleaned up more than just a house after the actor died ... prosecutors say he also tried wiping away the evidence trail tied to the ketamine conspiracy.

According to a new court filing, obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors claim the former live-in assistant went into damage-control mode immediately after the "Friends" star's death -- allegedly directing another person to destroy ketamine evidence, shredding documents, and scrubbing digital records.

The feds say Iwamasa repeatedly lied to investigators, too ... first by allegedly hiding the fact he injected Perry with multiple ketamine shots on the day of his death, then later claiming Perry had hidden ketamine bottles himself.

Prosecutors say that wasn't true.
