Josh Duggar is on the move within the federal prison system, getting transferred to a penitentiary that caters to inmates who need medical and mental health services ... TMZ has learned.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star turned convicted sex offender was transferred May 29 from a minimum-security facility, FCI Seagoville in Texas, to the Federal Medical Center in Forth Worth ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Duggar had been locked up at FCI Seagoville from June 2022 to May 2026 ... but the BOP refused to explain the reason behind the move, citing security concerns.

TMZ obtained audio from a prison call between Mackenzie and her mother, Natalie, mocking the community she once called home.

Give it a listen ... Mackenzie is heard complaining about residents of the Cleveland suburb ... describing Strongsville residents as "sad and depressing."

Mackenzie and her mother even suggest folks back home are spreading false information about Mackenzie online ever since she was arrested and convicted of murdering her boyfriend Dominic Russo and his friend Davion Flanagan.

Mackenzie Shirilla's dad was in full damage-control mode after her arrest ... repeatedly warning police not to question his daughter.

Body cam footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Steve Shirilla arriving at the Strongsville Police Department shortly after Mackenzie was arrested in November 2022 in connection with the crash that killed her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and friend Davion Flanagan. Check out the video ... Steve yells about cops supposedly not being allowed to question his daughter as he demands to see her immediately.

At one point, an officer reminds him Mackenzie is legally an adult and can speak for herself. Steve's response? "Yeah, but she's a dumb 18-year-old."

Diddy New Sexual Battery Case Possible in L.A. ... D.A. Reviewing Claims

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new D.A. probe, and potentially new criminal charges ... and it's all tied to an L.A. sexual battery claim made against the mogul ... TMZ has learned.

The case involves publicist Jonathan Hay, who filed a police report in September 2025, claiming Diddy sexually battered him in 2020, and again in 2021. Detectives have presented their findings to the L.A. County District Attorney, and it's now under review ... according to the D.A.'s spokesperson, Venusse Dunn.

Hay initially filed the report in his hometown of Largo, Florida, but it later got transferred to authorities in L.A., where Diddy allegedly committed the crimes.

Karmelo Anthony, the Texas teen charged with stabbing a high school football player to death at a track meet, has a big day in court ... his murder trial starts today, and the first order of business is jury selection.

Anthony's raised a whopping $600,000 for his legal defense fund ... he's claiming he acted in self-defense when he allegedly stabbed Austin Metcalf to death at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas. They were both 17 years old during the April 2025 altercation.

Anthony told police Metcalf got physical with him after he warned Metcalf not to touch him. Anthony allegedly pulled a knife from his bag and plunged it into Metcalf's chest. He was placed under arrest and later indicted by a grand jury for murder after Metcalf died from his injuries.

Florida residents on a late-night taco run were treated to a chimichanga special ... but not the mouth-watering kind.

Here's the deal ... the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office says it received a call very early Thursday morning from Taco Bell employees reporting what the sheriff's office has jokingly said was a man with his "chimichanga" out, according to local outlet WFTV.

The office says authorities arrived and allegedly discovered Brandon Irizarry -- a 28-year-old man -- outside the restaurant with multiple pairs of pants pulled down.

Virginia Horrifying Bus Crash Leaves 5 Dead Total of 44 Hospitalized

A horrific overnight crash on Interstate 95 in Virginia has left five people dead -- including a 13-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy -- after a bus slammed into slowed traffic in a work zone, authorities said.

The deadly chain-reaction collision reportedly happened early Friday, around 2:35 AM on the southbound lanes of I-95 in Stafford County, near Quantico, according to state police.

Investigators say the bus struck multiple vehicles that were slowing down ahead of a construction zone, triggering a fiery crash that left one car engulfed in flames ... four of the victims were inside that vehicle.

United Airlines Flight Diverted Due to Hijack Attempt Passenger Detained

A United Airlines flight bound for Minneapolis was diverted and forced to make an emergency landing after a disruptive passenger allegedly attempted to gain access to the cockpit.

According to reports, the passenger repeatedly tried to enter the flight deck, prompting the crew to divert the aircraft to Dane County Regional Airport in Wisconsin at approximately 9:30 PM.

In audio recordings -- obtained by 12 News Investigates -- authorities are heard eventually being able to restrain the individual after several attempts to breach the cockpit area ... with an official reportedly saying over radio comms, "Don’t think they were able to cuff him but were able to get control of him after multiple attempts to try to breach the cockpit."

Mackenzie Shirilla hasn't been a model prisoner in her last few years behind bars ... at least according to prison officials, who say she's committed a number of rule violations -- including several of a sexual nature.

We've obtained conduct reports about a bunch of alleged rule violations during Shirilla's time behind bars ... including altering prison clothes and possessing contraband.

For example, officials say they caught Shirilla with a prescription medication that wasn't hers in January 2025 ... as well as "a personal photo of herself containing drug use." In her statement on the incident, cops say Shirilla told them the photo didn't have drug use in it -- and insisted the pills they found with her were actually prenatal vitamins she got from someone else.
