A pistol-packing bystander turn into a hero during the Idaho In-N-Out mass shooting, blasting away at the suspect as the deadly violence unfolded on video.

The Idaho Stateman reports that Jordan Salinas drove to the In-N-Out restaurant in Twin Falls for lunch with his girlfriend on Saturday afternoon when, all of a sudden, bullets started whizzing through the air. 

Police say 24-year-old Chad Williams opened fire at the diners with what appeared to be a large rifle, killing three people and injuring seven others.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Pima County Sheriff's deputies initially gave little attention to dried blood on Nancy's front porch -- reportedly wondering whether it came from an unrelated head bump or nosebleed. Testing later confirmed it was Nancy's blood ... and authorities now believe it was connected to her kidnapping.

The outlet reports deputies also failed to immediately tape off the Tucson property ... leaving reporters, livestreamers, and even Amazon and pizza delivery drivers free to approach the porch. Authorities didn't put up crime-scene tape until three days after Nancy disappeared.

A mass shooter opened fire at an Idaho In-N-Out Burger, leaving at least three people dead and seven injured, according to authorities. 

The mayhem began Saturday afternoon at the burger joint in Twin Falls -- a city in southern Idaho -- where the gunman opened fire, officials said.

Twin Falls spokesperson, Josh Palmer, told TMZ ... police received a call of an active shooter and quickly responded, but the shooter had already exited the restaurant and fled the immediate area.

The Sheriff in the Nancy Guthrie abduction case is speaking out after authorities released two ransom notes tied to the disappearance of the 84-year-old, hoping the public can help crack the case as the investigation enters its sixth month.

Pima County Sheriff’s Department Sheriff Chris Nanos says investigators decided to make the letters public because they believe someone may recognize the wording, handwriting style or details inside the messages ... and that could provide the breakthrough they need.

In a video shared Saturday, Nanos explained that releasing the notes was a calculated move designed to spark someone’s memory.

Christian's family filed a wrongful death suit against One Paraiso condo … but they ultimately settled before a trial.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, One Paraiso and FirstService Residential will cover the costs of any outstanding hospital or medical bills, as well as any liens of that nature. In return, Christian's family has dismissed the suit with prejudice.

Nancy Guthrie died "shortly" after she was taken from her home in Tucson, Arizona ... according to a never-before-seen ransom note that cops say was sent days after she was snatched out of her bed in the middle of the night.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department released two notes received by local Tucson news outlet KOLD ... the first is a Feb. 2 ransom demand and the second, received on Feb. 6, claims Nancy "perished."

The note is addressed to the Guthries and it says ... "We did not fully grasp the seriousness of her physical condition. We never intended to hurt her, that was not our intention. She perished shortly after she was taken. We believe it was heart related."

The author says Nancy "is buried in nature" ... and they tell the family, "Nothing you could have done could have changed the outcome."

"Love After Lockup" star LaTisha Collier will be serving the next 15 years in a low-security prison ... only a short drive from where her husband Keith Collier lives, TMZ has learned. 

LaTisha is headed to an all-female prison in Iowa, which holds around 900 inmates. The reality star will be allowed visitors from family and friends ... and Keith won't have to move mountains to get there.

The prison is a couple of hours from Davenport, Iowa, where the couple had been living.

Prosecutors have reached a plea deal with Courtney Clenney in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, TMZ has learned.

Court records obtained by TMZ show Courtney reached a plea deal in the criminal case accusing her of fatally stabbing Christian Obumseli in Miami-Dade County.

The OnlyFans model's lawyer, Frank Prieto, confirmed the deal to TMZ.

She was facing life in prison on a murder charge.

As we reported ... Courtney killed Christian during an altercation in their Miami high-rise back in 2022 ... she claimed self-defense.
