Caleb Flynn's murder trial just concluded for its 7th day.

As you know, the "American Idol" alum has been charged with killing his wife earlier this year.

The trial's already been pretty gripping ... because his mistress, Alleigha Botner, took the stand and read their disturbing texts out loud.

The Cornell frat brothers accused of drugging and gang-raping a student aren't in the clear yet ... prosecutors are reopening the case.

Tompkins County D.A. Matthew Van Houten tells ABC News he plans to put the 2024 case before a grand jury with the alleged victim's cooperation.

The apparent reason for the U-turn? Her explosive civil lawsuit. Van Houten says the lawsuit tells a "dramatically different" story than the one she originally gave police.

He claims she never initially said she was unknowingly drugged, forced into sexual activity or incapacitated.

Corie Walsh, the Illinois woman allegedly obsessed with the Lindsay Clancy trial who is accused of killing her 2-year-old son, shared a slew of never-before-seen photos of her child on Facebook before the alleged murder ... and one post is downright chilling.

Included in the trove of photos are Christmas Eve pictures of her son Barrett -- who Walsh has been accused of murdering -- looking terrified next to his siblings wearing matching pajamas.

Walsh eerily wrote in the caption ... "PSA: There was no harming of [Barrett] while posing for photos despite the look of sheer terror on his face."

Gottmik -- who made history on "RuPaul's Drag Race" for being the first trans man to compete on the show -- has been arrested for a DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... around 4:50 PM on Sept. 16, Burbank Police officers responded to a traffic collision involving a black Porsche and multiple parked vehicles.

They add that they determined the driver of the Porsche had collided with a parked Toyota Camry, which was pushed into two additional vehicles.

R&B sensation Keke Wyatt allegedly threatened to put a bullet in another woman's head ... allegedly extending a gun out of her car window while shouting out warnings ... this according to her arrest warrant.

We've obtained the affidavit from the warrant that lays out law enforcement's version of events leading up to Keke's arrest earlier this week ... with an officer claiming they were dispatched to an area in Georgia on September 20 regarding an alleged domestic disturbance.

According to the docs, the incident apparently went down between two people during a custody exchange ... with cops saying Keke was also there, but wasn't one of the two people involved in the exchange.

Cops say a witness told them they saw a fight break out between the two people ... before Keke allegedly pulled out a black 9mm Beretta and pointed it through the window of the car.

An Arizona man was arrested after punching his son-in-law's convicted killer inside a Maricopa County courtroom ... and it's all on video.

Alberto Ontiveros Sanchez attacked Abel Uribe after giving an emotional address to the court during Uribe's sentencing hearing for murdering David Navidad-Parra.

According to Fox 10 Phoenix, Sanchez charged the defense table and punched Uribe multiple times in the back of the head.

A rep for the Henry County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Keke was busted September 20 and then booked into the Henry County jail for terroristic threats, simple assault, and cruelty to children.

The sheriff says Keke was released two days later after posting a $1,050 bond. We're working on getting details on what Keke allegedly did to get tossed in the clink.

The courtroom gallery at Caleb Flynn's trial couldn't help but chuckle after listening to 2 A.I. songs he wrote to his mistress as he stands accused of murdering his wife.

Both ballads -- which featured the same lyrics written by Caleb but different A.I.-generated vocals and tracks -- were played back to back during Thursday's trial hearing ... prompting rolled eyes, shaken heads, and raised eyebrows throughout the gallery.

Even Caleb seemed uncomfortable ... with the accused killer patting his forehead more than once with a napkin.

A pediatric physician was fatally stabbed, and his wife has been left critically injured ... after a man in his underwear claiming to be God allegedly broke into their home and attacked them in their sleep with a knife.

Dr. Idris Evans -- who was a pediatric critical care doctor at a children's hospital -- was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital ... WPXI reported.

His wife -- who was also wounded in the attack -- rushed next door to a neighbor's to call 911 ... and thankfully their two kids also escaped the home in time ... according to WPXI.

Elizabeth Holmes is barred from reaching out to the many investors she was convicted of ripping off -- to the tune of over $452 million -- once she gets out of federal prison ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Holmes -- the former CEO of Theranos -- must have absolutely no contact with the 14 victims of her scam, unless a probation officer directs her to do so.

Authorities successfully prosecuted Holmes for concocting a fraudulent scheme to convince investors to pour money into her tech startup that promised to revolutionize blood testing.

Under the special conditions of her supervised release ... Holmes must also make restitution payments to the investor victims, including $40 million to Walgreens and more than $14 million to Safeway.

A Pennsylvania man who shot his ex-wife five times during a brutal attack sparked by child support has been convicted of attempted murder ... and prosecutors say he showed little remorse, even portraying himself as a hero in court.

Darrell Long -- a 63-year-old man -- was found guilty Tuesday of attempted first-degree murder and several other charges stemming from the March 2025 attack on his former wife, Dawn.

According to prosecutors, Long went to Dawn's Lebanon County home while she was sleeping on her living room couch and allegedly attacked her with a .22-caliber rifle before opening fire.

Michael Peguy Desronvil, the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case, is sick and tired of the way her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is treating him ... and he's preparing to fire back.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Michael and his legal team plan to file a bar complaint against Kevin ... they believe Kevin should be suspended, disciplined, or even disbarred for allegedly targeting Michael in the days after the mistrial.

Our sources say Michael feels Kevin publicly identified and essentially outed him ... which they see as a huge issue, considering Kevin is an officer of the court.

Reality star Sidney Starr basically claims she is too famous for jail ... a new tactic in her renewed attempt to get out on bond.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former "Love & Hip Hop" star, who is facing child molestation charges, says she has no criminal history and poses no danger to the community if released pending her trial.

Her lawyer said incarceration is having "adverse effects" on her physical and mental health ... and says Sidney is a celeb who is "recognizable to a sizeable portion of the jail population."

Sidney's fame comes with a price ... she says she is "continually pressured by other jail inmates for money, and has had her personal identification number for the jail's video communication system stolen and used by other inmates."

Caleb Flynn's mistress broke down in tears while testifying in his murder trial ... sobbing as she poured over her texts with the "American Idol" alum ... including one where she told him she wanted to kill his wife.

Alleigha Botner took the stand Thursday, sobbing as she told the court, "I just wish I didn't say this. I didn't mean it."

The message that brought her to tears reads ... "I want to kill her, Caleb."

She also read Caleb's chilling response ... "That makes two of us."
