DaBaby's taking a plea deal in his 2020 felony battery case ... and we’ve learned the "Rockstar" rapper won't have to do any time for allegedly sucker punching Gary Pagar, the homeowner of a music video shoot location.

DaBaby wasn't in the L.A. County court Thursday, but pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery through his lawyer, Blair Berk, and was sentenced to one-year probation, in addition to time served.

DaBaby was also ordered to pay $10k restitution, to stay 100 yards from Pagar, and is forbidden from possessing firearms and deadly weapons during the probation period.

7/11 -- 11:30 AM PT -- Christina Fulton released a statement saying, "On April 28th, 2024, around 5:30 pm I received urgent messages from friends of my son, Weston Cage regarding his deteriorating mental state, urging me to come help. When I arrived to offer support and console him, he was already in the midst of a manic rage. Within minutes, I was brutally assaulted and sustained serious injuries."

She continued, "Despite my desperate pleas to the responding Police officers to detain him for a mental health evaluation, the Police officers refused my request and neglected my urgent need for my medical attention. As a mother, I am deeply saddened and concerned about Weston’s on-going mental health crisis. It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs."

Weston Cage kicked off his day in police custody ... arrested for allegedly assaulting his mother Christina Fulton.

Brendan DuBois, a best-selling New York Times author and former "Jeopardy!" champ, was arrested Wednesday in New Hampshire on child porn charges.

DuBois turned himself in to authorities Wednesday -- this after the Exeter Police Department executed a search warrant on his home following a joint investigation with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce which kicked off in March.

DuBois has been hit with 6 felony Class A complaints of possession of child pornography.

An alleged drunk driver in New York careened through a nail salon at top speed ... and, the unbelievable moment was caught on video.

The shocking clip -- published by the New York Post -- shows the car speeding out of a Long Island parking lot late last month, but instead of turning onto the main road, it dashes straight across the street toward a strip mall.

The car jumps the curb and keeps on moving, before eventually crashing into Hawaii Nail & Spa ... reportedly killing four people including an off-duty NYPD officer, and injuring nine others.

5:50 PM PT -- A source close to Daphne Joy is providing some clarity, telling TMZ ... she deleted the rape allegation post in an attempt to smooth things over with 50 Cent, for the sake of their son. It appears 50 has also taken down his posts about Daphne.

We've learned Daphne's hired attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and reached out to him for comment ... but no word back.

Interesting development between Daphne Joy and 50 Cent ... she's scrubbed her social media post accusing him of rape amid the rapper's ongoing lawsuit over that very post.

Here's the deal ... Daphne, the mother to 50 Cent's son Sire, publicly accused the rapper of raping and physically abusing her in a March 28 Instagram post. 50 immediately denied the claim, and then in May he sued her for defamation.

Now, Daphne's post has been deleted from her official IG account. It's unclear exactly when she took it down, or why ... but it's gone.

Philadelphia cops, and Meek Mill, are searching for a man who allegedly masturbated on a woman's leg in a Dollar Tree store, and new footage captures the shocking aftermath.

The video posted on X was apparently recorded by the alleged victim ... and in it, see her chasing a man out of the store while yelling to everyone that he had ejaculated onto her leg while she was shopping -- before turning tail and making a speedy exit.

Check out the clip ... as the alleged suspect flees the store, the woman is yelling, "He f***ing nutted on my f***ing leg!!! You go to hell, bitch!"

Diddy is going to be indicted any day now ... at least according to an attorney representing one of his alleged sex trafficking victims.

Adria English's attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and told us a possible criminal indictment against the Bad Boy founder is coming sooner than later, and perhaps even "very shortly."

Mitchell-Kidd is definitely in the know here ... her client is the former porn star who recently filed a bombshell lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault and sex trafficking.

Former NFL star Adrian Wilson -- a five-time Pro Bowler -- told cops he broke multiple objects and threatened to kill himself during a heated argument with his wife before his arrest last month ... this according to police documents, obtained by TMZ Sports.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department incident report, Wilson's family members accused the ex-Arizona Cardinals defensive back of flying off the handle at around 5 AM on June 1 at their Scottsdale, Ariz. residence.

Cops say Wilson's wife, Alicia, told them everything started after she found out he was having an affair. She stated she filled out legal separation paperwork from Wilson -- and left it in the guest house that he had been staying in.

9:30 AM PT -- Josh Klinghoffer's attorney, Andrew Brettler, tells TMZ ... "It was a tragic accident. After Josh struck this pedestrian in the intersection, he immediately pulled over, stopped the car, called 911 and waited until police and the ambulance arrived. Obviously, he's cooperating with the police throughout the traffic investigation. This was purely a tragic accident."

Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer is being sued for wrongful death and for allegedly being behind the wheel of a car that ran over and killed a pedestrian.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Josh was driving a black GMC Yukon in Alhambra, CA back in March when he made a left turn and ran into a pedestrian who was using a crosswalk.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is ripping tourists for doing some sightseeing in Missouri ... she's pissed folks keep stopping by the house she and her now ex-boyfriend slayed her mother, Dee Dee.

Gypsy just went scorched earth in the comments of a TikTok video showing a couple driving by her old Springfield, MO home multiple times.

GRB says the folks in the video have "no respect or decency" ... adding a "tragedy" happened on the property.

A juror in the Karen Read mistrial now confirms what the defense claimed earlier this week -- that the jury voted unanimously to acquit her on 2nd-degree murder -- and the juror told the defense team it would be "unjust" to retry her.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the juror described the last day of the trial as a "whirlwind" and "very confusing." After the judge declared a mistrial, jurors were loaded on a bus and the jurors were wondering, "Is anyone going to know that we acquitted [Karen Read] on Count 1 and 3? No one ever asked about those counts."

As we first reported ... Read was acquitted on charges of murder and leaving the scene of an accident by a unanimous vote of 12-0 in her favor. But, the jury was deadlocked on the last charge – vehicular manslaughter – voting 9-3 in favor of a guilty verdict. For a conviction on the vehicular manslaughter charge, the jury needed to be unanimous.

Police in Oregon put the case together, piece by piece ... all leading to a massive LEGO bust where a toy store owner's accused of buying LEGOs stolen from his competitors.

Here's the deal ... the Springfield Police Department says a 3-month investigation uncovered evidence Ammon Henrikson, the owner of Brick Builders toy store in Eugene, was knowingly purchasing new, unopened Lego sets that had been stolen from local retail stores.

Cops say a raid on Brick Builders recovered more than $200,000 worth of the stolen toys. In total, police say over 4,000 stolen LEGO sets were found in the store.

7/10 6:48 AM -- Mike Gundy is now backpedaling on his words ... saying he was speaking about lapses of judgment in general, not drinking and driving.

"My intended point today at Big 12 media days was that we are all guilty of making bad decisions," Gundy said. "It was not a reference to something specific."

Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy made an eye-popping comment regarding Ollie Gordon's recent DUI arrest ... saying part of the reason he didn't suspend the star running back is because he's "probably" driven after drinking beers "a thousand times" himself.

Gundy announced the 2023 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year would not miss any playing time following his June 30 run-in with police ... and when asked about his decision at the conference's media day on Tuesday, Gundy explained how he felt it was best for Gordon, the school and the team.

Gundy said he did his research on blood alcohol content, body weight and how many drinks it would take to put someone over the legal limit in Oklahoma (0.08) ... and admitted he very well may have done the same thing as Gordon over the years.

Sharon Stone's doubling down on her support for Kevin Spacey, and suggesting most of the backlash against him for his #MeToo era scandal is rooted in homophobia.

Sharon's driving point is that Kevin should be forgiven, and she even used her own experiences with sexual misconduct to make that point.

She told THR, "Kevin grabbed people by their genitals. Many people. But nobody [has publicly said] he's raped them or forced them into a sexual encounter. But there's so much hatred for him because, in his case, it was man-on-man. That's why he's not allowed to come back. Because he offended men."
