Jay-Z and Diddy 'False' Rape Accuser Drops Lawsuit

Diddy's finally getting a legal victory -- and Jay-Z's celebrating too ... as the woman who'd accused them of raping her when she was 13, is now dismissing her lawsuit.

The Jane Doe accuser filed docs in federal court to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice, which means it can't be refiled. It's a huge 'W' for both music moguls, but Jay, in particular, insisted all along he would not give in to the false allegation ... and now he's come out on top.

You'll recall, the accuser claimed she met Jay and Diddy at a VMA after-party back in 2000, but her lawsuit -- which was filed in December -- was filled with inaccuracies, which came out in the weeks following her suit.

A woman who says she was trafficked as a teenager is now suing Diddy, claiming he paid her and other minors to work a sex party in Miami just a few years ago.

The alleged victim filed the lawsuit Friday and details the encounter she claims went down in or around 2020, when Diddy was hosting a huge party -- which she says was clearly organized as a group sex event in a warehouse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Diddy made a formal announcement and toast to start the party. The woman says she'd already been drugged at that point ... sedated by an unnamed man, not Diddy, she calls her "trafficker." She claims to have been under the thumb of various pimps since she was 12, and at the time of Diddy's party, she was still only 15.

The latest Diddy lawsuit comes from a model who claims he drugged her, and offered her a safe place to rest ... but then held her against her will and sexually assaulted her for hours.

The lawsuit, filed anonymously, claims Diddy and the woman met at a VIP party in 1999 which he was hosting in NYC. The first part of her allegation fits the bill of dozens of other lawsuits ... she claims he handed her a drink during the event, and she felt "extreme drowsiness" and could barely stand.

However, what allegedly happened next is slightly different ... the plaintiff claims she told him she needed to leave because she was feeling woozy, and Diddy suggested she sleep at his house, and assured her nothing would happen. She says she also told him she was married, and did not want to hook up with him.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Diddy approached her in the club and offered her a drink, and when she initially refused he told her, "Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up."

Diddy says NBC's crossed a very expensive line by putting out a documentary accusing him of murdering Kim Porter and having sex with 2 underaged women ... and now he wants at least $100 million from the network.

Diddy filed the lawsuit Wednesday morning in New York State, ripping NBCUniversal for "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy" ... a documentary streaming on Peacock. While the federally indicted mogul has seen and heard endless allegations against him -- from the feds and in a slew of lawsuits -- he says NBC "maliciously accuses" him of murdering "the love of his life and mother to his children."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy blasts NBC for that particular claim because the L.A. County Coroner confirmed Kim's death was from natural causes and there's no evidence of foul play. He's also pissed the documentary amplifies YouTube conspiracy theories claiming it can't be a "coincidence" Kim and others in Diddy's world have died.

Diddy was admitted to a New York hospital last week after experiencing pain with his knee ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the music mogul was taken to a Brooklyn hospital from the Metropolitan Detention Center on Thursday.

According to the NY Post, Diddy was at the hospital for a medical scan (MRI) because his "knee was bothering him." The rapper reportedly has a history of knee issues.
