Diddy's finally getting a legal victory -- and Jay-Z's celebrating too ... as the woman who'd accused them of raping her when she was 13, is now dismissing her lawsuit.

The Jane Doe accuser filed docs in federal court to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice, which means it can't be refiled. It's a huge 'W' for both music moguls, but Jay, in particular, insisted all along he would not give in to the false allegation ... and now he's come out on top.

You'll recall, the accuser claimed she met Jay and Diddy at a VMA after-party back in 2000, but her lawsuit -- which was filed in December -- was filled with inaccuracies, which came out in the weeks following her suit.

A woman who says she was trafficked as a teenager is now suing Diddy, claiming he paid her and other minors to work a sex party in Miami just a few years ago.

The alleged victim filed the lawsuit Friday and details the encounter she claims went down in or around 2020, when Diddy was hosting a huge party -- which she says was clearly organized as a group sex event in a warehouse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Diddy made a formal announcement and toast to start the party. The woman says she'd already been drugged at that point ... sedated by an unnamed man, not Diddy, she calls her "trafficker." She claims to have been under the thumb of various pimps since she was 12, and at the time of Diddy's party, she was still only 15.

The latest Diddy lawsuit comes from a model who claims he drugged her, and offered her a safe place to rest ... but then held her against her will and sexually assaulted her for hours.

The lawsuit, filed anonymously, claims Diddy and the woman met at a VIP party in 1999 which he was hosting in NYC. The first part of her allegation fits the bill of dozens of other lawsuits ... she claims he handed her a drink during the event, and she felt "extreme drowsiness" and could barely stand.

However, what allegedly happened next is slightly different ... the plaintiff claims she told him she needed to leave because she was feeling woozy, and Diddy suggested she sleep at his house, and assured her nothing would happen. She says she also told him she was married, and did not want to hook up with him.

Diddy forced a woman to consume a drink and then sexually assaulted her in a Los Angeles nightclub, telling her to "take that s***" ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Diddy approached her in the club and offered her a drink, and when she initially refused he told her, "Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up."

Diddy says NBC's crossed a very expensive line by putting out a documentary accusing him of murdering Kim Porter and having sex with 2 underaged women ... and now he wants at least $100 million from the network.

Diddy filed the lawsuit Wednesday morning in New York State, ripping NBCUniversal for "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy" ... a documentary streaming on Peacock. While the federally indicted mogul has seen and heard endless allegations against him -- from the feds and in a slew of lawsuits -- he says NBC "maliciously accuses" him of murdering "the love of his life and mother to his children."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy blasts NBC for that particular claim because the L.A. County Coroner confirmed Kim's death was from natural causes and there's no evidence of foul play. He's also pissed the documentary amplifies YouTube conspiracy theories claiming it can't be a "coincidence" Kim and others in Diddy's world have died.

Diddy had a one night stand with a street performer ... problem is, the guy says he was raped ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a John Doe who claims Diddy orally raped him and sexually assaulted him anally after spiking his drink.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he was singing and playing guitar on the street outside a popular Los Angeles nightclub in November 2022 when a man claiming to be a talent scout for Diddy invited him to a Diddy party.

Sean "Diddy" Combs may have the full support of Kanye West demanding his release from prison ... but some of the high-profile attorneys suing Diddy have a much different take -- one that both music moguls ain't gonna like very much.

TMZ spoke with 3 lawyers -- Tony Buzbee, Lisa Bloom and Tyrone Blackburn -- who responded to Kanye's tirade on X about freeing Diddy from an NYC detention facility.

As you may know, the trio of lawyers have filed a truckload of lawsuits against Diddy on behalf of their clients for alleged rape, sex trafficking and sexual abuse that dates back decades.

7:15 PM PT -- Mr. Combs' legal team tells TMZ ... "As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false."

They continued ... "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."

A former bottle service attendant has just filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming she was raped by a club promoter at Diddy's direction ... and she says it went down at a Trump hotel.

The woman who filed suit anonymously as Jane Doe, claims in the late '90s, she attended an event hosted by Diddy at the Limelight nightclub in NYC. She says the club had 5 floors -- and the top 2 were reserved for sex parties.

She says nothing happened to her at Limelight, but she and a friend made their way to the Trump Hotel in Midtown. She claims she never wanted to go, but "Combs made it clear that they did not have a choice."

Diddy forced a male adult entertainer to coat his body with baby oil before sexually assaulting him ... and the guy says the substance made him incapacitated ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the guy claims he first met Diddy in 2007 when he was working as an adult entertainer in Las Vegas. He says Diddy would hire him through an agency to dance and strip, but claims their encounters went off the rails sexually once Diddy introduced baby oil.

An anonymous man says he was an up and coming rapper/singer in 2015, when he landed a nightclub gig in L.A., and Diddy showed up with his entourage and a ton of Ciroc bottles for the crowd ... according to a lawsuit filed Monday by attorney Tony Buzbee.

The John Doe accuser says one of Diddy's associates told him if he did well, Diddy would talk to him about possibly signing with Bad Boy Records. After his performance, he claims he was invited to a VIP section with Diddy and other "well-known" artists, many of whom were taking drugs.

Diddy was admitted to a New York hospital last week after experiencing pain with his knee ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the music mogul was taken to a Brooklyn hospital from the Metropolitan Detention Center on Thursday.

According to the NY Post, Diddy was at the hospital for a medical scan (MRI) because his "knee was bothering him." The rapper reportedly has a history of knee issues.

Jason Oppenheim is sounding off on federal prosecutors' latest allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, saying the indictment makes it sound like it's illegal for men to lavish significant others with expensive items.

Check it out ... the "Selling Sunset" boss said his piece on Friday's "TMZ Live" -- which he co-hosted -- and questioned the case against the mogul, specifically the feds' claim Diddy provided 3 women money to cover their living expenses, and gave them career opportunities.

Jason says that sounds like prosecutors are "criminalizing half the relationships in Hollywood" ... because that's just what rich men in showbiz tend to do for GFs. He says it sounds like the prosecutors' case is pretty "thin," if that's all they have.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations from federal prosecutors, who've now added 2 new victims to the case ... and accused him of a much longer reign of terror.

The new filing -- known as a superseding indictment -- adds "Victim-2" and "Victim-3" ... both of whom are women. Previously the feds had only listed "Victim-1," who is clearly Diddy's ex, Cassie, based on Diddy's own attorneys connecting her to the infamous hallway beating video.

According to the new docs, Diddy allegedly transported all 3 women to "engage in prostitution" ... which is one of the charges he was already facing from the original indictment.

Jay-Z's increasing his calls for a court to sanction Tony Buzbee -- the lawyer representing numerous people accusing Diddy of a variety of sexual misdeeds -- with Jay's side blasting him for not even meeting with his client before he filed the complaint ... but Buzbee isn't backing down.

The rapper's new legal docs in support of his motion were filed earlier this month asking for sanctions against Buzbee ... and, in it, Jay's team points out that Tony now admits he never met with the Jane Doe suing him before he signed off on the complaint.

Although Buzbee insists the case was appropriately vetted, Jay's lawyers are hammering him for never actually meeting the Jane Doe before it was filed -- which Jay and his side see as a huge lapse in his ethical responsibility.

The infamous raid on Diddy's cell in a New York City jail was spearheaded by the very federal prosecutors who charged the music mogul with sex trafficking and other serious crimes -- at least according to Diddy's lawyers, who say they have the proof!

Diddy's lawyers filed new legal documents flat-out accusing Southern District of New York prosecutors of directing the November 2024 sweep of Diddy's cell with the help of Bureau of Prison correctional officers inside Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.

In the docs, Diddy's lawyers point to a meeting between BOP officials and other federal agencies on the morning of the second day of the sweep to discuss a potential search of Diddy's unit ... and they say supervisors from SDNY, including the Diddy trial team's unit chief, weighed in that a search of Diddy's cell was warranted.

Diddy is going after a grand jury witness and a lawyer he claims have been spreading lies about him ... accusing them of fabricating stories for media attention.

The disgraced mogul is suing Courtney Burgess -- a man who appeared as a witness for the grand jury -- and Ariel Mitchell, Burgess' lawyer, for spreading what he says are "outlandish claims" and "baseless speculation" to feed the public's desire for "wild lies."

Diddy fired back at some specific claims in the lawsuit as well ... calling out Burgess for alleging he possesses video of the star sexually assaulting celebrities and minors.
