Wearing a black sweatsuit with the hood up, Jordan didn't talk to reporters as he bolted from the facility in a blue Lamborghini SUV.

Jordan was wearing a pair of his dad's signature sneakers ... but that shouldn't come as a surprise, as he has his own sneaker and apparel store in Florida.

Marcus Jordan was arrested for DUI on Tuesday after cops say he drunkenly got his Lamborghini SUV stuck on some train tracks after a night out on the town.

Marcus Jordan was thrown behind bars on Tuesday for allegedly committing a series of serious crimes, TMZ has learned.

The son of NBA legend Michael Jordan was arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail in Orlando, Florida for DUI, cocaine possession and resisting arrest, according to police records. Marcus also posed for a mug shot and he doesn't look too happy to be there.

As to what led up to his brush with the law, we're still trying to gather details and have reached out to the police.

The 29-year-old -- wearing a blue suit and white shirt -- admitted to a judge that the powdery substance that was found in his wallet following his arrest for domestic violence in October was the illegal drug.

The football player was ordered to remain drug-free and stay out of trouble for the next four months after making his plea.

A hotel worker accused of delivering drugs to Liam Payne in a soap box shortly before his death in Buenos Aires has turned himself in to police in Argentina after being on the run.

Prosecutors tell TMZ 21-year-old Ezequiel David Pereyra negotiated his surrender through his lawyer Monday evening. Police were informed, went to his house, and arrested him.

He had been on the run since being charged with supplying Liam with narcotics.

Braian Nahuel Paiz, a Buenos Aires-based waiter, has been arrested in connection to Liam Payne's death ... for providing Payne with cocaine.

Paiz was booked by authorities outside his home -- where he was under house arrest -- in the Argentinian capital, days after he was charged in connection with the singer's passing.

As the psychiatrist put it ... she decided to stop treating Liam "after careful consideration and assessment," but advised him to continue with a treatment plan -- which included taking medications only as prescribed, avoiding heavy drinking while on medication, weekly therapy, meeting with a primary care doctor, and further testing.

Infobae -- an Argentinian online newspaper -- revealed Saturday that sources with direct knowledge of the case confirmed five people have been charged by a judge.

Bret Watson was in a room on the first floor of the hotel with his wedding planner, and as they looked out the window they saw Liam in free fall. Bret appears in our new documentary, "TMZ Presents: Liam Payne: Who's to Blame?" airing on FOX tonight at 8 PM ET and streaming on Hulu beginning Tuesday.

Bret and the wedding planner ran to the balcony and looked down ... and immediately identified Liam, who he believes died instantly.
