Damian Priest is the current WWE World Heavyweight champion ... but he wants more -- telling TMZ Sports that he hopes to build a resume worthy enough to earn a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.

The champ joined Mojo Muhtadi on the  "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... and talked about his long-term goals now that he climbed the mountain in WWE and secured a world title.

"I need more, I'm not complacent," Priest said. "I'm the world heavyweight champ, but now what can I do? Can I be one of the greatest champions? Can I defeat every major Superstar, can I main event and continuously belong in that spot? Those are the things that matter to me now. Can I build a resume that can be Hall of Fame worthy?"

Khabib Nurmagomedov is arguably the greatest ever to grace an MMA cage, so with Deiveson Figueiredo training with the undefeated former UFC champion ahead of his fight with Marlon Vera, we asked "Chito" if he was concerned with the Brazilian star's secret weapon.

"I don't give two f***s who he trains with," 31-year-old Chito bluntly told TMZ Sports (let's be real, if you've followed Vera, you could've guessed his answer.)

Burbank Police tell TMZ Hip Hop they arrested Fenixomar Rypinski on July 26th, at approximately 6:15 PM, after officers detained the vehicle the rapper was riding in on a routine traffic stop

Upon approaching the vehicle, officers claim they observed Fenix in possession of Alprazolam, a psychotropic medication that induces feelings of euphoria, without a valid prescription.

An animal sanctuary in Hawaii is ramping up security after two men allegedly stole their beloved pet pig and killed it on camera ... TMZ has learned.
