Kendra Sunderland may want to tell her friends to slow down ... cops in Texas say a speeding car led to her arrest ... after an officer says he saw a THC vape in her lap when the car was pulled over.

TMZ's obtained legal documents detailing the lead-up to the porn star's arrest ... with an officer saying a white 4-door Lexus came to his attention when he spotted it driving over the speed limit.

He claims he checked the license plate and discovered the car had expired tags, at which point he pulled the vehicle over. The officer says that's when he noticed a THC vape pen on Kendra's lap -- she was sitting in the passenger seat -- and asked for her ID.

In his controversial new documentary, "Lover of Men" filmmaker Shaun Peterson makes a compelling case for the theory that President Abraham Lincoln was gay.

We caught up with the director on "TMZ Live" Friday, where Peterson touched on some of the evidence presented in the doc ... including 2 instances where the 16th President of the United States shared a bed with close male friends for extended periods of time.

Peterson notes it was a common practice for men to share a bed in those days, as a way to save money ... but Lincoln did not face financial restraints at the time, earning several incomes from being a legislator and lawyer -- yet he still chose to split a mattress with businessman Joshua Fry Speed for 4 years.

"Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams' wedding plans are hitting a speed bump -- her fiancé Christian Gold is going to jail a week before he's supposed to be at the altar ... TMZ has learned.

Christian was taken into custody Friday morning in Georgia's DeKalb County courthouse for a probation violation. The judge sentenced Christian to 15 days behind bars, which must have been a major shock for Jennifer, who was in court supporting her man.

However, the judge showed some mercy for the couple's marital plans -- Christian's going to do 2 days in jail for now, and then he'll be temporarily released, so he can walk down the aisle.

Georgia School Shooting Suspect Booted From Discord in 2023 ... Violated Extremism Policy

2:18 PM PT -- The Atlanta division of the FBI confirmed the agency investigated threats made by then-13-year-old suspect Colt Gray via Discord in May 2023. The threats ... which included pictures of guns ... were to commit a future school shooting -- but no mention of when or where.

The FBI referred the threats to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office ... and deputies visited the home to interview the suspect and his father. The suspect denied making the threats ... and although there were guns in the home ... the father told deputies Colt did not have "unsupervised access."

It was determined there was no probable cause for arrest or any other action.

The suspect charged with murdering four people at a Georgia high school this week was banned from Discord for violating their extremism policy.

A rep for the popular messaging platform tells TMZ ... an account believed to be connected with Colt Gray was created in early April 2023 and banned just six weeks later for violating the platform's anti-extremism policy.

We're told "Discord’s Safety team immediately responded to law enforcement," provided all necessary info for their investigation, and removed the user from the platform.

11:47 AM PT -- Colt Gray is being charged with four counts of murder, according to a statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

New video from the aftermath of the deadly school shooting at a Georgia high school shows the heroism of the teachers and staff ... with a woman tending to one of the gunshot victims.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you see a body lying face-down on the floor and bleeding out ... with a woman, presumably a teacher, trying to stop the bleeding with rags and towels.

There's a ton of blood around the victim, who is down in one corner of the classroom ... chairs are knocked over and desks are askew ... indicating chaos and panic after shots rang out.

Zedd Drops Case Against Alleged Harasser

Zedd’s agreed to drop the restraining order he filed in July against a woman he claims was impersonating and harassing him.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the DJ and the woman, Rezwan Senobarian, reached an agreement and asked for the case to be dismissed on Wednesday.

No further information was given ... but it's an interesting turn of events as it's a big shift from Zedd’s earlier claims against Rezwan.

Artem Chigvintsev's domestic violence arrest is moving along ... 'cause the Napa County Sheriff just turned the case over to the D.A. -- and, formal charges could be coming.

Napa County D.A. Spokesperson Carlos Villatoro tells TMZ ... their office is currently reviewing the case, and no decision has been made yet on charges the pro dancer may face.

We're told the D.A. will make a decision after a thorough review of the case and will then make a public announcement.
