Spencer Pratt says he feels like a ghost after losing everything he has in the Pacific Palisades wildfire ... and the weight of starting life from zero and figuring out a way to provide for his family is hitting him hard.

The reality TV star joined us Monday on "TMZ Live" and he opened up to us about watching his life literally go up in smoke ... and it's emotional.

Spencer was born and raised in the Palisades and he says losing his house, all his possessions and his parents' house makes him feel empty and hollow.

A massive rebuild is needed in Los Angeles after devastating wildfires wiped entire neighborhoods off the map, and local architect John Cordic says the city can be reconstructed in a couple years ... as long as city officials get on board.

John joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked him the question on a lot of folks' minds ... how long is it going to take to rebuild L.A.?!?

With over 12,000 structures burned to a crisp in the Palisades and Eaton fires, it's a monumental task that will require a Herculean effort ... but John says architects and engineers are ready to get to work ASAP ... and he thinks 2 to 3 years is the best-case scenario.

Jason Oppenheim isn't just "Selling Sunset" -- he's opening up his wallet for the Los Angeles Fire and Police Departments ... writing a hefty check amid the disastrous wildfires ravaging the city.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the Oppenheim Group boss made a donation of $100K to split between the LAFD and the LAPD in the wake of the wildfire damage in L.A.

Jason tells TMZ ... he's motivated to draw attention to the fundraising needs of these key first responders. He tells us the city of L.A. needs to refocus its budget plans ... noting there's nothing more important than prioritizing the safety of the community, especially when the money is going to fruitless passion projects.

The accusations against Diddy keep stacking up -- he's now facing another sexual assault lawsuit by a Jane Doe who says she was underage when the alleged assault occurred.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ -- an unnamed woman has come forward and is suing Diddy and two John Does who she claims were with him.

The woman claims in 2000, when she was 16, she ran into Diddy and two men, who apparently worked for him, in an SUV after leaving a babysitting job in Manhattan. She says they offered her a ride home, and after much pressure from Diddy, she eventually agreed.

Spencer Pratt literally fled his Pacific Palisades home before it burned down with just the shirt on his back ... which is evident from the new video obtained by TMZ.

Spencer and his wife Heidi were at Marshall's in Santa Barbara Sunday, wearing the same shirt he was wearing last Tuesday when the massive fire erupted in his neighborhood, torching the family house he shares with his wife, Heidi Montag, and their 2 kids.

Spencer and Heidi lost everything in the fire, and he's already moving to rebuild their lives. He's trying to get Hulu to do a show with his family, which will help with the enormous cost of rebuilding and restoring.

Claressa Shields is raving about the new biopic, "The Fire Inside," chronicling the boxing star's rough-and-tumble upbringing in Michigan ... a "surreal" film "T-Rex" says will positively impact countless people!

"I just believe it's very inspiring," Shields told TMZ Sports. "I've seen my movie now nine times and to see Ryan Destiny portray me as well as she did. I know that 'The Fire Inside' is going to change lives. [Ryan] did such a great job."

The movie, which dropped on Christmas, tells Shields' story as a young female fighter in Flint  -- overcoming challenges such as sexual abuse, abandonment, and poverty -- to the Olympic podium, where she made history as the first American woman to win gold in boxing.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are trying to stay positive amid the L.A. wildfires, keeping busy with a trip to Legoland after evacuating their L.A.-area home.

Witnesses tell TMZ that John and Chrissy, along with their kids, were spotted at Legoland in Carlsbad, CA on Friday afternoon, leaving after a fun-filled day.

They were accompanied by a large group and bodyguards, but despite everything, they seemed happy and relaxed, enjoying a break from L.A.

As L.A. wildfires wreak havoc, one local church is stepping up -- offering critical housing and counseling services to help those displaced, TMZ has learned.

Pastor Jeremy Johnson from Fearless Church in L.A. tells TMZ they’re opening their doors with 150 beds ready for those in need -- plus free hot meals, coffee, and shower access to help evacuees get back on their feet.

He also emphasized they’re stocked with essentials like baby food, pet supplies, and water -- along with emotional support services for those in need.
