Wendy Williams is hitting back at her guardianship attorney's claim about her supposed "good days and bad days" ... saying the statement is actually a bunch of hogwash.

The legendary TV personality tells TMZ ... Roberta Kaplan, who is the attorney representing the guardianship in its lawsuit against the makers of the "Where Is Wendy Williams?" series, has no business commenting on her mental state ... as she's never even met the lawyer.

She adds ... "How would she know that? I’ve never met Roberta Kaplan and I have never talked with her. I’m isolated and locked away in a luxury prison. So much for the Me Too movement."

Yvette Nicole Brown doesn't care how historic an event the presidential inauguration is ... 'cause she says no appearance is innocuous -- and, she sees performing at the event as cosigning the president-elect's statements and policies.

TMZ has obtained legal docs from Palm Beach County, Florida, revealing the rapper is asking for more than $1 million in damages, claiming the gym failed to provide adequate security to prevent the brutal attack by three men -- labeled as Latin Kings gang members in the suit -- at one of the company's South Florida locations.

Tekashi -- real name Daniel Hernandez -- is alleging the gym staff was not properly educated or informed regarding security protocols at LA Fitness, claiming employees failed to promptly request police presence once they were aware of the attack.

Blake Lively is not backing down from Justin Baldoni's massive legal challenge ... and she says his $400 million lawsuit is straight out of the abuser playbook.

Blake's legal team responded to Justin's lawsuit Thursday with a scathing statement, saying ... "This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation and the abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim. This is what experts call DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse Victim Offender."

Lively's team says Justin and his production company are pulling out all the stops to try and "overwhelm the public’s ability to understand that what they are doing is retaliation against sexual harassment allegations."

A pair of Green Bay Packers legends are going to bat for Sterling Sharpe ... insisting this week the former wide receiver "absolutely" belongs in the Hall of Fame.

Justin Baldoni is continuing his legal crusade against his "It Ends With Us" costar Blake Lively -- he and his production company just filed a massive lawsuit against Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane ... seeking hundreds of millions of dollars.

Justin and his company, Wayfarer Studios, which produced "It Ends With Us," filed the federal suit ripping Blake and Leslie for their alleged campaign to smear Baldoni and snatch away control of the movie ... which he directed and costarred in with Blake.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake was "determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story" to deflect from getting publicly trashed as "tone-deaf" during the film's media tour.
