Ts Madison is sounding off on Donald Trump's executive orders attacking transgender and Black communities ... saying no legal sanction can change the truth.

We caught up with the TV personality in NYC, where she told us she was unbothered by the recent executive orders ... as it would not change the fact she's a Black and trans woman.

Ts, who is the first Black transgender woman to star and executive produce a reality show, struck back at the new administration's "only 2 genders" declaration by reminding her fans they have "a right to identify exactly however you choose to identify."

We caught up with the comic at LAX Wednesday ... and, we had to ask him about Trump ascending to the highest office in the land, again, earlier this week.

Rock starts by joking about an interaction he had with a drug-sniffing dog while getting off the plane in L.A. ... claiming he hadn't seen one in a while, but he did at LAX -- when its handler was allegedly encouraging the animal to check only Black travelers for drugs.

Famed rapper Project Pat's son has died after a shooting in a Tennessee park -- though the details around the incident are still murky ... TMZ has learned.

Patrick Houston Jr. -- son of the rapper and nephew of Three 6 Mafia co-founder Juicy J -- was killed last week in Imogene Heights, a historically Black Memphis neighborhood.

Memphis Police say the shooting went down just after 1 PM Friday ... and, when officers arrived at the scene, they found Houston dead.

The disgraced mogul is suing Courtney Burgess -- a man who appeared as a witness for the grand jury -- and Ariel Mitchell, Burgess' lawyer, for spreading what he says are "outlandish claims" and "baseless speculation" to feed the public's desire for "wild lies."
