Trina's husband and "Love & Hip Hop: Miami " costar Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., AKA Swurv, was recently arrested for battery -- over a punch cops say happened nearly 2 years ago!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained the police report detailing Kearse's March 20 arrest in Miami ... according to the docs, a man claimed he was crossing the street back in July 2023 when Kearse's black Dodge Charger stopped abruptly in front of a stop sign, causing his hand to strike Kearse's trunk.

The man told cops Kearse called out to him over it, but when the guy approached the vehicle to explain the situation, he says Kearse grew irate and aggressive and eventually trailed him to a nearby residence.

Owen Hayes, the college baseball player who cops say beat the crap out of an 84-year-old man at a California bar, is no longer enrolled at his university.

Hayes was playing baseball at The Master's University in Santa Clarita, CA up until this week, when he surrendered to authorities at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station and was booked on a charge of felony assault.

In a statement to TMZ, the school says ... "The individual in question no longer attends The Master's University. The University takes all violations of its standards and biblical convictions seriously."

It turns out the second time was not the charm for KSI and Dillon Danis to meet in the boxing ring -- their big fight slated for next week has been pushed back ... but surprisingly, it's not the latter's fault.

KSI broke the news to his fans Friday morning ... saying his body has given up on him as he deals with an illness.

The delivery dude seized the other guard by his clothing, yanking him across the concrete before chucking him to the ground -- grunting like a warrior and going full beast mode with every move.

Here's the deal ... a 31-year-old man named Delange Augustin boarded a flight in Savannah, Georgia bound for Miami, Florida earlier this week with his sister Medjina -- and, the plane took off without incident carrying the siblings, six other passengers, and five crew members.

According to FBI documents, just a minute after takeoff, one of the flight attendants says they noticed Augustin was stomping, yelling incoherently, and appeared "to be in a fit of epilepsy."

The February 26 battle royale erupted at a RaceTrac in Gwinnett County -- about 30 miles from Atlanta -- and after all the dust settled, three suspects were arrested -- Leila DeJager, Morgan Flinchum, and Kaylee George, according to police.

Cops say the trouble exploded after Flinchum went to the station to buy the prom dress from her unnamed female former friend, with the two going into a bathroom so Flinchum could try it on. A third girl -- a friend of Flinchum's -- was allegedly lying in wait in the restroom, and snatched the dress and ran, with the seller chasing after her.

Charges have been filed against seven individuals -- including minors -- involved in an ugly brawl that forced a Pennsylvania high school basketball playoff game to end early, police confirmed to TMZ Sports.

The charges were announced on Wednesday ... just days after fans and players got into a violent fight with 3:12 left in the Uniontown vs. Meadville matchup in the 2025 PIAA 5A Basketball tournament.

"Meadville City Police Officers in attendance called for assistance and upon the arrival of additional units, the situation was quickly brought under control with no serious injuries reported," an MCPD spokesperson said.
