MotoGP champion Jorge Martín suffered a broken hand and foot in a horrifying crash Wednesday ... but check out video of the accident, it certainly seems he's fortunate things weren't significantly worse.

The wreck happened out in Sepang, Malaysia -- as Martín was doing some preseason testing after switching teams in the offseason from Pramac Racing to Aprilia.

Video from the track shows Martín took a tight turn, but couldn't complete it -- and was launched several feet from his bike.

Zana says Ryan had a history of mental health struggles and was working on his issues before fatally shooting himself in Las Vegas.

11:17 AM PT -- In a Saturday press conference, Philadelphia officials said it might take days to know the total death toll from the crash ... specifically how many were killed on the ground. So far, one ground fatality has been confirmed.

All six people aboard a medical ambulance plane that crashed shortly after takeoff Friday in Philadelphia were killed ... a grim confirmation from Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who says aboard were all nationals.

In a statement posted to X ...  translated to English, Pardo said, "I regret the death of six Mexicans in the plane crash in Philadelphia, United States. The consular authorities are in permanent contact with the families; I have asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support them in whatever way is required. My solidarity with their loved ones and friends."

Stunning revelation from Dwyane Wade ... the NBA legend says he had to have nearly half of one his kidneys removed from his body in order to rid himself of a cancerous mass.

The 43-year-old Hall of Famer said on the most recent episode of "The Why with Dwyane Wade" he had the procedure done roughly 13 months ago ... after he went to a doctor for a checkup.

Wade said he had been having some cramping issues in his stomach -- and he'd also been battling some problems with his urine stream. After some testing, the former Miami Heat guard said doctors told him they found a tumor on his right kidney.

A source with direct knowledge of Wendy's case tells TMZ ... Wendy fired Linda Redlisky, who had been Wendy's court-appointed personal attorney.

The source says Wendy had asked Redlisky to file paperwork to get the ball rolling for a trial to decide whether the guardianship is truly necessary. We're told Wendy's pissed that never happened, so she pulled the trigger on Wednesday, canning Redlisky.

Brandi Glanville's mystery illness has gotten so serious to the point she needs to go under the knife ... and Dr. Terry Dubrow is doing everything he can to get her face back to the way she wants it.

Dr. Dubrow tells TMZ ... Brandi is continuing to experience uncomfortable symptoms from her mystery illness, and will require a series of tests to get an exact diagnosis. To get to the bottom of it, Dubrow will perform a surgical tissue sampling, which will hopefully provide clarity to the root cause of the issue.

Brandi is feeling somewhat better after being recommended treatment from Terry last month. The good doc commends Brandi for her bravery during this process and is determined to figure it out.

Harvey Weinstein is begging to go back to court for his rape retrial ... mainly because he doesn't think he'll "hold on" much longer behind bars.

The controversial former film producer -- who is set to be retried in New York City after his 2020 sexual assault conviction was overturned last year following an appeal -- pleaded to move up the court date in a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday ... where HW looked worse for wear.

Weinstein, who was wheelchair-bound and frail-looking during the new court appearance, said he doesn't think he'll be able to attend the current April 15 start date ... as he doesn't think he can survive his incarceration on Rikers Island.

The scene happened during McDonagh's tag team match with Dominik Mysterio against the Viking Raiders. While attempting a move from the ring apron down to the floor, McDonagh seemingly caught too much air ... and missed his opponent. Instead, his head smacked on the announcer's table.
