Safaree’s attempt to lower child support payments to his ex-wife Erica Mena has resulted in a volcanic eruption of receipts ... surveillance video appears to show Erica being a human tornado inside his home ... while his mother got a good look at his schlong!!!

3:58 PM PT -- The general director of Punta Mita Hospital said in a statement to TMZ ... "Recently, there have been defamatory statements made on social media platforms aimed at our hospital and our doctors.

"Every decision and action taken by our medical staff is guided by their professional commitment to safeguard lives and ensure the best possible care for all those who seek our services."

The matter is under legal review, and "we remain confident that any misunderstandings will be clarified in due course," Dr. Luis López Avelar said, calling the accusations "unfounded" and "harmful."

Joe Francis claims a "sick person" is trying to extort him for money in Mexico, threatening to release police photos of him and sensitive information ... so Joe's telling his own version of events.

The "Girls Gone Wild" founder just posted the photos he claims he's being extorted over ... he says they show his injuries from an alleged incident back in March, when he says he was beaten and robbed at gunpoint near his huge estate in Punta Mita.

As victims of the murders under Marsy's Law, the family members can go to court to be heard ... and, they will all reiterate their belief that Erik and Lyle should be released from prison.

1:25 PM PT -- Kitty's niece -- Karen VanderMolen -- says she's always believed Erik and Lyle's story ... feeling something was wrong in their household growing up. She adds that if Erik and Lyle were women, they would've received a much shorter sentence.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ ... Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory was transferred Tuesday from FCI Coleman Low in Wildwood to community confinement overseen by the BOP's Miami Residential Reentry Management Office.

Our sources say Big Meech is now serving his sentence in a halfway house.

Erik and Lyle aren't just receiving support from big-time celebs like Kim Kardashian ... they've got family in their corner too, who are holding a press conference to push for the brothers' release.

According to multiple reports, about two dozen members of the Menendez brothers' family will host a press conference in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon to pressure L.A. County District Attorney George Gascón to officially recommend resentencing the notorious killers.

Among the key pieces of new evidence the family is expected to discuss is a letter written by Erik just months before the killings ... in which he allegedly told his cousin, Andy Cano, about the abuse he and Lyle faced at the hands of their father.

Diddy used a TV remote to rape a woman as payback for her telling him she believed he had something to do with Tupac Shakur's murder ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy founder is being sued by a woman named Ashley Parham, who claims Diddy sexually assaulted her in a gangbang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Parham met a friend of Diddy's at a bar in February 2018, and he called Diddy on FaceTime ... but Parham says she wasn't impressed by the man's famous friend, telling Diddy to his face she thought he played a part in Pac's death.

Diddy says federal prosecutors are making it impossible for him to mount a defense, because they refuse to give up the names of his accusers in the criminal case against him.

Diddy's legal team filed new docs Tuesday asking a federal judge to direct the U.S. Attorney's Office to identify the anonymous alleged victims referred to in the indictment ... so, he can specifically address the allegation he "abused, threatened and coerced" women, and others, to satisfy his sexual desires.

In the docs, Diddy says once the names are revealed, he believes there will be "voluminous evidence" the interactions with the alleged victims were consensual. He wants the feds to be more specific about who exactly is claiming non-consensual acts.

Paula Abdul is fabricating new details of an alleged sexual assault she claims her former "American Idol" boss Nigel Lythgoe committed ... according to new docs he's filed in their ongoing battle.

The former 'Idol' and "So You Think You Can Dance" EP filed docs Tuesday, calling out Paula's memory of an alleged 2015 incident in Las Vegas. As we first reported, Paula initially claimed she witnessed Nigel groping her assistant during a 'SYTYCD' shoot ... which Nigel denied when Paula first filed her lawsuit last December.

But Nigel's raising an eyebrow at the fact Paula's story changed 9 months later when she filed an amended lawsuit ... accusing him of also sexually assaulting Paula in Vegas. She claims after the assistant rejected him, Nigel touched Paula's "buttocks, hips, waist and her breasts" and also tried to kiss her on the neck.

Donald Trump's hotel in Miami is being sued by a man who claims he was injured jumping feet-first into a pool that was a lot more shallow than he was led to believe.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a New Jersey man named Salvatore Musumeci Jr. claims he was at Trump National Doral Miami on business in February 2023 when he jumped feet-first into a swimming pool he says was marked on the pool deck as being 6 feet 3 inches deep.

Problem is ... the guy claims the pool depth was actually just 3 feet 6 inches deep ... and he says he sustained serious and permanent personal injuries as a result of jumping into the shallow, mismarked pool.

10/16/24 8:28 AM PT -- An Amazon rep tells TMZ ... "The behavior shown in the video is unacceptable, and the driver is no longer delivering packages on behalf of Amazon."

An Amazon delivery driver is facing scrutiny after threatening to shoot a resident and his dog in a tense exchange ... and it was all captured on the home's doorbell cam.

Check it out ... the resident, who goes by royal_robs on TikTok, eagerly greeted the deliveryman as he arrived with some highly anticipated car parts. As the resident opened the door, a dog barked loudly in the background ... prompting the driver to warn the man to not let his pooch outside.

The resident tried to assure the driver everything was all right ... noting in the caption the dog was "in the living room with [his] girlfriend" at the time.

2:59 PM PT -- Eddie Hearn's attorney, Frank Salzano, released a statement to TMZ Sports ... saying Jake's claim that his comments were protected under New York's Anti-SLAPP laws -- which shield defendants from lawsuits meant to hinder their freedom of speech -- "fails for several reasons."

"The most glaring reason is that Anti-SLAPP laws were primarily enacted to protect against plaintiffs who filed claims seeking to suppress freedom of speech, these statutes were not enacted to protect maliciously false or defamatory statements – which Paul’s remarks clearly constitute," the statement read.

Salzano said the plan is to dismiss the "meritless" claim and continue with Hearn's defamation case.

Jake Paul isn't taking his fight with Eddie Hearn laying down ... 'cause two years after the British promoter filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit against the Problem Child, the 27-year-old is firing back with his own legal action against Hearn.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jake argues Eddie's suit is nothing more than an attempt to silence his right to free speech using intimidation tactics to shut Paul up.

Jake says Eddie's lawsuit is straight BS, and he shouldn't owe the Matchroom Boxing promoter a red cent. Instead, Paul claims he's the one who's deserving of a fat payment ... arguing in the docs he should be entitled to compensatory and punitive damages, in addition to the cost of legal fees.

Village People frontman Victor Willis is no longer speaking out against Donald Trump using the song "Y.M.C.A." at DT's rallies ... admitting he's benefiting greatly from the publicity.

After the former prez danced for 40 minutes to a variety of songs, including the Village People's anthem, during his Pennsylvania town hall Monday evening, Victor issued a formal response ... in which he lamented 45's frequent use of the song ... but confessed there's not much he can do about it.

Diddy's legal team is pushing back on the Texas attorney who hit Diddy with a slew of lawsuits Monday ... slamming Tony Buzbee as a lawyer craving attention.

The Bad Boy Records founder's attorneys tell TMZ ... "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity" ... a reference to Buzbee, who says he's representing 120 alleged Diddy victims.

Diddy's legal team adds ... "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone -- adult or minor, man or woman."
