Todd and Julie Chrisley have been pardoned after President Donald Trump signed off  Wednesday ... meaning they're officially free after more than two years in prison.

A White House official confirmed to TMZ ... the papers are all signed and the pardons are official -- so Todd and Julie will be walking out of federal prison very soon.

Their daughter Savannah shared the news to her Instagram too -- posting a pic of Trump beaming while presenting the pardons ... and claiming God hasn't turned his back on the Chrisley fam.

Todd and Julie Chrisley have not just regained their freedom, they may regain millions and millions of dollars they paid in restitution.

As you know, President Trump pardoned the Chrisleys Tuesday, citing what he believed was an unfair trial and sentence.

The Chrisleys were sentenced to more than 7 years in prison and ordered to repay more than $17 million in restitution. Their lawyer has said they have paid some of that restitution back, but not all of it.

David Geffen may be in for a battle, because his estranged husband has just filed legal docs strongly suggesting his estranged hubby wants a chunk of David's fortune.

David Andrew Armstrong (aka Donovan Michaels) filed a response to Geffen's divorce petition. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong's lawyer, Samantha Spector, checked a box that asks the judge to "Determine rights to community and quasi-community assets and debts."

That's significant, because TMZ has previously reported, Geffen, an 82-year-old whose wealth is estimated at $8.7 BILLION, has been retired for 15 years. Our understanding is he has no income other than investments, including property sales and dividends from stocks and equities. Those assets are all separate property.

The second suspect in NYC's notorious crypto torture caper is now cooling his heels behind bars after being hit with formal charges by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors filed a criminal court complaint Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court, charging Bitcoin entrepreneur William Duplessie with several felonies -- kidnapping, assault, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon.

At his arraignment Tuesday evening, Duplessie was ordered held without bail after prosecutors asked the judge to remand him due to the severity of the crimes.

3:05 PM PT -- A Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesperson tells TMZ ... The pardon process could take up to a few days before the Chrisleys are released. The Chrisleys might even wind up at a halfway house before they're totally free.

An attorney for the Chrisleys, Alex Little, partner at Litson PLLC, said in a statement ... "President Trump recognized what we’ve argued from the beginning: Todd and Julie were targeted because of their conservative values and high profile. Their prosecution was tainted by multiple constitutional violations and political bias."

President Trump is looking out for his fellow reality TV stars ... because POTUS just issued full pardons for "Chrisley Knows Best" stars Todd and Julie Chrisley.

The reality TV couple had been serving hard time after being convicted in 2022 of financial crimes ... but now they will be getting released from federal prison.
