L.A.'s FireAid benefit show was a raging success ... raising serious cash to help those hit hard by the wildfires that tore through the city last month.

Since Thursday night’s 6-hour concert, it's estimated more than $100 million has been raised for victims, fire prevention efforts, and for L.A.'s immediate needs and long-term recovery -- and donations are still rolling in.

According to the FireAid team, the $100 mil includes ticket sales from both venues, sponsorships, merch sales, public donations, plus private gifts from the Azoff family, the Eagles, Andrew Hauptman, Ellen Bronfman Hauptman, and U2.

At least one Lyft driver's got a limit to how much his vehicle will lift ... according to a Detroit woman who claims a driver refused her a ride due to her weight, and now she's taking the company to court.

Dajua Blanding says she called for the Lyft last week to take her to her cousin's house to watch the Lions playoff game -- but when the driver showed up in his Mercedes-Benz sedan, the ride was derailed.

Dajua -- who raps in Detroit under the name Dank Demoss -- says the driver locked his doors and denied her entry. She claims the driver told her she was "too big to fit in the back seat" ... and then it got worse.

Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly raked in $22 million after selling her L.A. mansion — but she didn't come close to getting her original price.

The actress cut a deal with an unnamed buyer for her 8,000-square-foot estate in a small, fancy enclave of Brentwood known as Mandeville Canyon, according to the Wall Street Journal. The pristine residence escaped unscathed from the recent L.A. wildfires, which impacted Brentwood, among other surrounding neighborhoods.

The Journal reports Gwyneth made the sale after she slashed the listing price from $29.99 million to $24.9 million last year, but she finalized the deal at $22 million.

Eminem is not the plaintiff in the lawsuit. Eight Mile Style controls his early catalog, and therefore, filed the suit. We're told Em does not have ownership in Eight Mile Style.

Eminem's ride or die for his home state, but not when it comes to a Ford dealership in Michigan using his biggest hit to sell limited edition trucks.

Eight Mile Style, which controls part of Em's music catalog, fired off the lawsuit Monday against LaFontaine Ford St. Clair -- which owns multiple car dealerships -- over an online ad it started running last fall to promote a limited edition Detroit Lions Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The ad is not only scored with "Lose Yourself," but it also features a caption that reads, "You only get one shot to own a Special Edition Detroit Lions F-150."
