Two people were found dead at a home in West L.A. owned by Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Sunday ... TMZ has confirmed.

The Los Angeles Fire Department was called to the home around 3:30 PM PT for medical aid ... and, authorities found a man, approximately 78, and a woman, approximately 68.

We've confirmed the house does in fact belong to the "This Is Spinal Tap" director ... though we do not know the identities of the deceased at this time.

Peter Greene 'Pulp Fiction' Star Dead at 60

Peter Greene, an actor best known for playing villains in flicks such as "Pulp Fiction" and "The Mask," has died.

Greene was found dead Friday in his Manhattan apartment, his manager Gregg Edwards confirms to TMZ. He tells us his body was discovered after a neighbor heard music playing all night and knocked on the door. When there was no answer, they contacted police. Authorities arrived for a wellness check and found him deceased.

Andy Dick has gotten lucky if he mainly uses crack cocaine to get high, our law enforcement sources say ... because fentanyl isn't generally mixed in with the drug.

Two current federal Drug Enforcement Administration officials tell TMZ ... mixing fentanyl with crack's a fool's errand. The substance burns off with heat -- so putting it in the drug wouldn't produce the desired effect.

The chemical structure of fentanyl breaks down once someone lights up the rocks ... and it loses its potency. We're told the drug will still have some effect, but it simply won't be as strong -- and it certainly won't have a lethal effect on a person.

Jeff Garcia -- the beloved voice actor who appeared on many popular 2000s shows -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple family members tell TMZ ... the comedian and actor was pronounced dead early Wednesday morning after he was taken off life support Tuesday night at a Southern California hospital while surrounded by family and friends.

We're told Jeff was dealing with multiple medical complications in the months before his death ... suffering a brain aneurysm back in the spring, during which he fell and hit his head. He recovered from the aneurysm, but our sources say he suffered a stroke several weeks ago.

Our sources say Jeff canceled multiple shows recently because he wasn't feeling well ... which wasn't like him at all, but he didn't go to the hospital, believing he'd be fine without treatment.

Family sources tell us Jeff is currently hospitalized in Southern California, but it's unclear what is ailing him.

We're told Jeff was previously hospitalized around November 20 with pneumonia ... but he recovered and was discharged a few days later.
