Lady Gaga's tour dancer was dancin' till they were ... accidentally off the stage!

The Grammy winner suddenly brought her Saturday night concert in Australia to a screeching halt after one of her dancers fell off the stage as they were sliding on their legs down the runway. It's all on video -- everyone was strutting down the stage as Gaga sang "Garden of Eden." You can see the dancer, named Michael Dameski, glide right off the end of the stage, made slippery due to heavy rainfall.

Gaga immediately stopped the production to tend to Michael and then led an applause as she confirmed he was A-okay. Those at the venue said on social media she stalled the concert long enough so crew members could find him some shoes with better grip.

Zach Ertz couldn't hold back the tears after a big hit resulted in him being carted off the field ... and, there's now speculation he won't play in the NFL again.

The Washington Commanders tight end took the field in his team's game against the Minnesota Vikings Sunday ... and, with about 2 minutes left in the third quarter, he  jumped to try and catch a pass from QB Marcus Mariota.

While in the air, Vikings safety Jay Ward leaned down and went straight through Ertz leg ... causing his knee to bend like elastic. It's a brutal hit ... so, watch at your own risk.

Lloyd may want to add a little pine tar to his dancing shoes ... because he straight-up slipped mid-show and nearly smacked his chin on the unforgiving stage!

The R&B singer was performing down in Alabama Friday night ... and, while his backup singers hyped him up to begin his song "Girls Around the World," Lloyd -- dressed in a bright yellow suit -- showed off his fancy feet.

Check out the clip ... Lloyd's spinning in circles, kicking up his feet and he slides his left heel behind his right right before one of his bandmates shouts out "Talk to them, Lloyd!"

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ the band was in Krakow, Poland, on their sold-out European tour Thursday when things took a turn -- they slid down a set piece, Logan smacked his leg on something, and his knee just busted wide open. Big yikes.

This all went down toward the end of the show during one of their high-energy numbers, "Love Me Love Me" -- and the gash in his knee was so gnarly, the doctor had to close it with one giant suture to help it heal properly.

Will Ferrell is taking a brief breather from his new Netflix golf comedy ... 'cause a minor injury has put him on the sidelines ... TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell TMZ ... the actor recently suffered an injury off set, and while it wasn't serious, it was enough to keep him from filming scenes scheduled this week at the Bicycle Casino just outside Los Angeles.

It's unclear exactly how or where Will got hurt, but we're told the issue made it impossible for him to shoot the planned material safely or comfortably this week. Producers have temporarily rearranged the schedule while he recovers.

"Days of Lives" star Suzanne Rogers is revealing her fight with cancer ... she says she was diagnosed over the summer and has already completed treatment.

In an interview with TV Insider published Thursday, Suzanne says she was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer.

Suzanne says she felt something was off with her body and went to the doctor. She underwent a series of tests, which confirmed she had cancer.

Sunbeam's heated mattress pad caused severe burns to a guy just trying to get a good night's sleep ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

Jack Ryger is the man behind the suit ... and in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he claims he used a Sunbeam heated mattress pad in December 2024 and suffered painful injuries.

Ryger claims the Sunbeam product caused burns and scarring on his arms ... and he included a bunch of photos of his alleged injuries in his lawsuit.

Good news for Cam Skattebo -- the New York Giants rookie sensation is set to be released from the hospital on Monday, according to his dad, who tells TMZ Sports he's already on the road to recovery!

We spoke with Leo Skattebo Monday morning, just about 24 hours after Skatt suffered a gruesome ankle injury during the second quarter of the Giants vs. Eagles game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia ... and he told us the plan was for his son to be discharged later today.

Given the serious nature of the injury -- a dislocated ankle that required emergency surgery -- it's an encouraging sign that Cam will get to leave the Philly hospital for his bed at home.

Cam Skattebo -- the New York Giants breakout rookie running back who has electrified their offense -- was carted off the field after a big hit seemingly left his ankle facing the wrong way.

The 23-year-old fourth-round pick out of Arizona State University took the field against the Philadelphia Eagles ... and, as he was running over the middle on a passing route, when a ball came his way -- and an Eagles defender dragged him down from behind.

Dylan Efron went from dance breaks to nose breaks in the middle of his "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsals Saturday ... ending up in the hospital after suffering some damage to the ol' moneymaker.

The former "Traitors" winner took to Instagram to show pics of his injured snout from the emergency room, saying, "It's midnight, and I'm in the hospital because Dani broke my nose. We were trying a new move, and I took an elbow right here."

Dylan added that when dance partner Daniella Karaghach's elbow made contact with his nose, it made "a really loud crack."

Bryant Gumbel is currently hospitalized in NYC after some sort of "medical emergency" ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, the former "Today" cohost was transported Monday, just after 9 PM, from his Manhattan apartment building.

Brandy says a medical incident drove her offstage in Chicago Saturday night ... revealing a sudden wave of dehydration threatened to make her faint.

The singer-songwriter explained her sudden departure from her United Center show in an Instagram post Sunday morning ... telling her fans that -- after weeks of nonstop rehearsals -- she experienced feelings of dehydration during the show.

Brandy says she did return to the stage after initially leaving it ... but adds she couldn't connect to the tunes sonically -- and acknowledges it wasn't her best show by any stretch of imagination.
