Brooklyn Beckham rang in his birthday surrounded by his wife, Nicola Peltz, and close friends ... 'cause TMZ has learned there's still radio silence between him and his famous parents.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Brooklyn has not spoken to David or Victoria Beckham at all -- even on his birthday -- despite both of them posting loving tributes to him on social media.

We're told Brooklyn still has his parents blocked on social media, meaning he didn't even see their birthday messages directly. According to our sources, Brooklyn feels the public posts come off performative ... which is a sentiment he and Peltz have had throughout the family's ongoing feud.

Looks like all the skeptics can put those divorce rumors to bed! Pink's husband Carey Hart has been snapped in New York City for the first time since Pink announced she was moving her family to the Big Apple.

Check out the pics ... the 50-year-old motocross and off-road truck racer and was snapped lugging a huge backpack around the snow-lined streets of NYC Wednesday, bundled up in a black puffer jacket.

Pink and Carey both have homes in L.A. and don't own property in New York -- yet -- so they're currently living in a rental.

Anderson .Paak's divorce is starting to pick up movement ... with his estranged wife requesting primary physical custody of their 2 kids -- and spousal support.

The musician's estranged wife Jae Lin filed legal docs in L.A., obtained by TMZ, earlier this week ... Jae says she wants to share legal custody of their children, ages 9 and 13 ... but she wants primary physical custody, with Anderson getting secondary physical custody and visitation.

She's also requesting spousal support, and wants to terminate the court's ability to award such support to Anderson.

James Marsters has been paying his ex-wife Patricia Jasmin Rahman thousands in spousal support for nearly five years ... but it appears the monthly payments will end soon.

According to the divorce judgment, the veteran actor agreed to pay a base payment of $4K every month to Rahman beginning August 1, 2021 ... which is set to continue until either one of them dies, Rahman remarries, or June 1, 2026 -- whichever comes first.

In addition, if Marsters' yearly income was to exceed a certain threshold in any year, the star would also have to make an additional payment to Rahman, according to the deal.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Bethenny’s former lawyer, Jamie Schreck, claims the 'RHONY' alum has not been providing dates for her to be deposed ... since 2022.

Jamie said Bethenny has “abandoned” the case, “failing to prosecute or do anything on it for nearly four years.” He said she has not responded to his offer to settle the case for $25K ... in addition to not providing available dates to be deposed. Bethenny and her team have since engaged with the suit and dispute she ever abandoned the case.

Timothée Chalamet brought the ladies in his life to a "Marty Supreme" event Monday night ... with both his GF Kylie Jenner and his mom Nicole making an appearance.
