The woman Hulk Hogan made his infamous sex tape with just surfaced in public for the first time since the wrestling legend died ... and we've got a look.

Heather Clem ventured out Monday in Tampa, Florida ... rocking a sports bra and some yoga pants as she stopped at a convenience store.

You'll recall, Heather was at the center of Hulk's 2012 sex tape scandal ... they banged on camera while she was married to Hulk's former friend, infamous radio host Bubba The Love Sponge.

Hulk Hogan's Florida bar honored him on his birthday by throwing an all-day rager ... and the festivities got so large, even Nick -- the WWE legend's son -- popped by!

TMZ Sports is told ... Hogan's Hangout in Clearwater threw a 7 AM to 2 AM party on Monday on what would have been the wrestling icon's 72nd cake day, and droves of Hulkamaniacs showed up to pay their respects.

People clad in red and yellow attire cruised through the doors throughout the afternoon ... and at around 8 PM, Nick stopped in to lead karaoke.

Kelly Clarkson -- Brandon Blackstock's second ex-wife -- has been front and center since his death ... but his first ex, Melissa Ashworth, is now grabbing the spotlight.

Over the weekend, Ashworth took to Instagram to post a tribute to Blackstock, who died August 7 following a long battle with melanoma, a form of skin cancer. She was married to him from 2001 to 2012, before he tied the knot with Clarkson in 2013. Both marriages ultimately ended in divorce.

In her IG post, Melissa describes Brandon as witty, charming and an "absolute gentleman who happened to wear cowboy boots, wrangler jeans, and a cowboy hat." She says he was the greatest dad and "loved hard and he fought hard."

Kelly Clarkson got real emotional while belting out her reworked version of "Piece by Piece" just 12 days before her ex, Brandon Blackstock, died -- and the clip is gut-wrenching.

Check this resurfaced TikTok from Kelly’s July 26 show in Vegas -- Kelly was choking up as she intro'd the song -- saying she wrote it back when her marriage to Brandon was full of hope and dreams for the future. But now? It's had a few emotional tweaks over the years, to say the least.

Kelly revealed she’d actually changed the lyrics to the song back in '23, three years after her split from Blackstock. But after some therapy and reflection, she realized they came off a bit angry. So, she tweaked them again, making the new version feel more grown-up.

DJ Unk's larger-than-life presence is still being felt in death ... the late "Walk It Out" rapper just received a shimmering headstone that rivals those Big Oomp chains he used to wear!!!

The blinged-out headstone was crafted courtesy of Cemetery Tim's services, who tells TMZ Hip Hop that it was Unk's wife, Sherkita, who reached out to him and provided some of her favorite photos she wanted to use for his headstone.

Unk's headstone was installed and it debuted Sunday at South View Cemetery in Atlanta.

Linda Hogan is putting her family drama to the side to honor her late ex-husband on Monday ... sharing an emotional tribute to Hulk on what would have been his 72nd birthday.

Linda -- who was married to the wrestling icon for 26 years -- posted the message alongside a throwback picture from their early dating days ... showing them sharing an embrace as they posed for the camera.

"Me and Hulkster .. 1981 Happy Birthday Terry .. I love and miss you so much ..," Linda said.

Derek & the Dominos founder Bobby Whitlock has died, TMZ can confirm.

His "heartbroken" manager Carol Kaye tells us he passed Sunday morning at 1:20 AM "after a brief illness." He took his last breath at home in Texas, surrounded by family.

His family is currently working to pinpoint a charity fans can send donations to in his honor, Kaye says.

Brady Kiser told cops he realized something was wrong on the evening his son, Trigg, drowned in their backyard pool when he saw his dog acting strangely, according to new documents.

The police released a redacted report about the death of the 3-year-old Friday ... and, in it, they say Brady told an officer his son went outside to play after he finished eating.

Cops say Brady told them he was busy with his infant and lost track of Trigg ... until he turned to look outside and saw his dog standing over the water.

Jeffrey Louis Starr -- a former child actor -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed with multiple family members.

Starr passed away last month ... with a family source telling us he took his last breath in a hospital in Carbondale, Illinois surrounded by loved ones. We're told he dealing with an illness before he died.

According to the New York Times ... 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White believed he got sick after taking the COVID-19 shot and had an unhealthy fixation on the vaccine, prompting his dad to call authorities to report his son was suicidal.

Japanese boxer Shigetoshi Kotari has tragically passed away following a serious injury he sustained in a title fight just 1 week ago.

The World Boxing Organization (WBO) announced on X Kotari died on Friday after his August 2 match in Tokyo against Yamato Hata ... and remembered him as a "warrior in the ring" and a "fighter in spirit."

The super-featherweight underwent emergency brain surgery to treat a subdural hematoma following the fight, per a translated press release shared by the Japan Boxing Commission. A subdural hematoma is a type of bleeding that occurs between the brain and skull, per Cleveland Clinic, and can be fatal if not attended to.

Kaylee Goncalves' father is talking to politicians about taking away commissary funds for murderers like Bryan Kohberger ... and, in his ideal world, that money would be repurposed to pay for the killer's execution.

We caught up with Steve Goncalves Friday ... and, he tells us he's working with two Idaho legislators to make convicted murderers like Bryan Kohberger reimburse taxpayers for the investigation costs of their crimes through their prison commissary funds.

Emilie Kiser's husband, Brady Kiser, knew their 3-year-old son, Trigg Kiser, was playing in their Arizona home's backyard before he fell into the pool and drowned in May.

A Chandler Police Department report obtained by TMZ reveals Brady admitted to law enforcement he saw his toddler playing outside -- and near the pool -- calling it a common activity for him.

He said ... "He loved to be outside, he loved to play outside, and so in my mind it was, you know, just that of him going and doing as he routinely had other times going out to play, the difference was I was the only parent home."
