Ace Frehley Rockin' To 100?!? Psychic's Prediction Off by a Couple Decades

KISS guitarist Ace Frehley was riding high on optimism earlier this year ... thanks to a psychic who swore he’d be shredding till he hit the big 1-0-0.

Back in March this year, Ace was all smiles talking about his comeback following a nasty arm injury ... in an interview with New Jersey newspaper The Aquarian, he said, "I just spoke to a psychic. She goes, 'Ace, you’re going to live to be a hundred.' So I said, 'No problem!'"

In the interview, Ace also gave props to his family tree ... bragging about the great genes that kept his dad going to 96, his mom to 86, and his sister to 99 ... so he was clearly thrilled to be following suit.

Actress Samantha Eggar -- best known for "The Collector," "Doctor Dolittle" and "The Molly Maguires" -- has died, TMZ can confirm.

The lively British actress died peacefully Wednesday surrounded by family at her home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles ... her family tells TMZ. We're told she struggled with a "long illness" before her passing.

Samantha hit the big screen running, earning an Oscar nomination for her breakout role in the 1965 film "The Collector." She went on to have a prolific career, appearing in more than 100 projects on the big and small screens, including voiceover work.

Paulson told Access Hollywood Thursday ... "She was a very dear friend of mine, so it's not something I'm able to talk about yet."

While the pain is still raw for Paulson, she did muster up the courage to offer one special detail about the late Oscar winner ... "What you thought she was as a performer ... she was even more spectacular as a human being. And I was the luckiest person in the world to have had her in my life they way that I did."

The legendary musician died Thursday after being hospitalized, and placed on life support ... with the family coming to the difficult decision to turn off his ventilator.

In a statement to TMZ, Gene and Paul say ... "We are devastated by the passing of Ace Frehley. He was an essential and irreplaceable rock soldier during some of the most formative foundational chapters of the band and its history. He is and will always be a part of KISS's legacy. Our thoughts are with Jeanette, Monique and all those who loved him, including our fans around the world."

12:20 PM PT -- It appears Diane began seeing the doctor September 24th and last saw her doctor on Thursday, October 9th. She was pronounced dead on Saturday, October 11th.

Diane Keaton has been cremated ... and her death certificate backs up what her family said ... that she died from pneumonia ... and there were no other significant contributing factors.

In the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the official cause of death is listed as primary bacterial pneumonia.

The document also says Diane died Saturday and was cremated Tuesday.

Italian Model Stabbed to Death on Balcony … Ex-BF Arrested at Scene

An Italian model was found dead on her balcony in Milan after her ex allegedly stabbed her more than 20 times ... according to local reports.

Pamela Genini was killed Tuesday, local newspaper il Fatto Quotidiano reports ... though neighbors apparently tried to break into the apartment when they heard screaming from inside to help Genini.

The outlet reports Genini was stabbed 24 times in the neck, back, upper limbs, and hands ... and, when police arrived, they allegedly found 52-year-old Gianluca Soncin standing over her.

Diane died this past Saturday at age 79 ... and as TMZ first reported, the L.A. Fire Dept. paramedics responded to her home around 8:08 AM, transporting one person -- confirmed by sources as Keaton -- by ambulance to a nearby hospital.

Diane Keaton’s cause of death has been revealed -- the legendary actress passed away from pneumonia.

Diane's family revealed the cause of death in a statement to PEOPLE, saying ... "The Keaton family are very grateful for the extraordinary messages of love and support they have received these past few days on behalf of their beloved Diane, who passed away from pneumonia on October 11."

The family added ... "She loved her animals and she was steadfast in her support of the unhoused community, so any donations in her memory to a local food bank or an animal shelter would be a wonderful and much appreciated tribute to her."

D4vd Cops Have Rental Home Security Vids ... Was Celeste There Before Death???

LAPD's sitting on a potential goldmine in the D4vd investigation ... surveillance videos from the singer's Hollywood Hills rental home that could reveal whether Celeste Rivas was there prior to her mysterious death.

TMZ has learned cops seized all the footage from multiple security cameras at the house last month while executing a search warrant. The owner of the house, Malden Trifunovic, tells us the external cameras would show anyone who went in or out of the house ... so, the footage could help cops track Celeste's movements leading up to her demise.

Malden says he hasn't seen any of the footage himself, because he intentionally did not have access to the cameras, to allow his renters privacy -- so, he has no idea if Celeste was ever in the house. He says he's asked LAPD for a copy of the warrant and an itemized list of what was seized from the house, but has not gotten a response.
